Great location! Compared to busier parts of downtown, this is a pretty quiet area while still be very conveniently located to everything. Erica and Kerry are awesome and so helpful! They know every resident by name and genuinely care about providing a great and friendly environment to live in!

Such a great area to be in with everything in walking distance. Awesome if you love the city. The best part is the management. It has been the easiest move in experience compared to some that I’ve had. Erica is the sweetest and goes above and beyond to provide the best living experience.

This apartment has a family, community vibe to it. You can be young or old and feel comfortable living in this environment. Everyone is very nice, respectful and will say hello when walking through halls. It is quiet and safe and in a great location downtown between river market, plaza and Westport. You can get anywhere in 5-10 minutes. Birds, Uber’s, etc are always available. Building Manager and Maintenance staff is always there to lend a helping hand or words of advice on anything you may need. Love it here!

I lived at 915 Broadway for over a year and had a great experience overall with it as my home. Any maintenance issues were addressed almost immediately. The management’s communication is exceptional. The apartment’s location and views are incredible for the price!

My fiance and I have been in the market for a new place to live in the KC area. We found 915 and contacted the property. I toured first and loved the location, amenities, atmosphere of the apartment. A week later the manager contacted my fiance to tour. Excited to see the apartment he worked an earlier shift to get off on time, paid for garage parking, and walked two blocks to the building. Upon arrival the apartment was locked. He called the manager and she answered saying she had leased the apartment and the tour was cancelled.I understand that business is business, we hadnt put money down so it is fair that the future tenant has full rights. What annoyed us the most the poor communication efforts made by management. They called us, they set up the appointment with us, and they failed to tell us that it was already leased. They waited until he arrived to inform him he wasnt getting a tour. So disappointed with our experience and a word of caution to anyone looking to live here.

I have had a wonderful experience at 915 so far. The location is excellent, the building is perfectly clean, amenities are great, and the manager Erica is one of the nicest people Ive ever met. Theyre been extremely accommodating to us.

Probably the easiest time Ive had moving into a new place. Erica, the community manager is very friendly and wonderful to work with, and has addressed every concern weve brought up and had it resolved quickly! After 6 months of living here, Ive truly enjoyed every minute. Plenty nearby to do and if you want to venture out further, take a quick street car ride to Power & Light, Crossroads, River Market, or Union Station.

I dont live here, but I went on a tour and these apartments are BEAUTIFUL. If you want a manager that cares and makes you feel welcomed -- try out this place! Erica (manager) is wonderful and through the tour I could tell she actually cared about the people that lived here.

Great walking distance to everything downtown. Management made the move in super easy and they are so friendly. Would highly recommend 915 Apts to anyone looking on moving to the city.

Great modern apartments in an awesome location. I walked to work, restaurants, and bars/nightlife in the area. It was a very good price for a one bedroom downtown!
