I know there is some craziness going on but its craziness everywhere. Jennifer tries her best to make this a safe place. Trash is picked up off the parking lot and grass everyday and the grass is cut 2 times a week. Great management. Jennifer

I love the after school program the office manager is great they keep the grass cut great neighbors

Everytime i come to the office in need help with maintence are anything ms Jennifer in ms.brittney are very helpful in respectful,they give me different resoures rather is pantry are whatever .very polite i definitely recommend

They don’t want you to see the floor plan

This was the worst experience ever The manager Kelly was rude. The maintenance man with the dreads all he did was complained like maintenance wasnt his job. The after school plans were disgusting you had a bunch of kids fighting. You had grown people fighting outside of the complex roches mice rats etc. DONT MOVE HERE.

Do NOT MOVE here PLEASE!!!!!The woman in the front office ALWAYS has an attitude. They are very rude and never fix any problems. MAINTENANCE is a JOKE ! You can call 30x and he won’t come fix your problem and when he finally does he’s complaining like his job isn’t to be a maintenance man.They don’t care about the crime over here. There are so many BUGS in these units and they do NOTHING to fix that problem. Your neighbors could be the cause for the bugs and they still won’t bomb your neighbors place or the whole building. It is sad. This is a last resort kind of place.

Soooooo depressing, plant some trees!also, you might want to invest in a bulletproof vest. crime is rampant. tiny apartments.yes plz cram as many people as possible in a tiny floor plan!

The are very very unprofessional they owner miss kelly is very disrespectful I wouldn’t never tell nobody to go here when I got to the top of the list they didn’t call me to let me no are never sent me a letter they just denied me and told me I had 14 days to appeal they mess up when I called to the main office they wasn’t helpful at all they was very rude and disrespectful to me about a issue they messed up on I would never ever stay here they

Never been there but I can see from the photos they dont want you to see the floor plan or how the apartments look inside. And there are bad reviews about this place, they need more photos of INSIDE of apartments.
