Nice location, spacious, comfortable. Street parking can be sparse, so I snagged a spot in the garage. Going on 3 years. No complaints.

The Newbern is a good building to live in. Good location and the apartments themselves are well kept. I would give 5 stars except that the elevator breaks down frequently and the laundry room is not clean. However, requests for maintenance are super fast and the staffed package delivery room is a nice perk.

Super happy with my apartment and the building in general. It is slightly pricier than other apartments I looked at, but I have a large dog which isnt welcome at most places because of his size, AND I think the level of upkeep/maintenance is much higher than other options around town. Maintenance Guru Larry is amazing and goes out of his way to provide a good experience. I always feel comfortable asking him questions or following up on work orders. Plus hes really nice to my dog, so extra bonus points for that.
