I dont know what townhouse they were showing in their new property advertisement but it sure didnt look anything like the ones Ive been in there. I dont appreciate the camera person for trying to give the faulted ceiling look either.Those apartments(1 bedroom) have no vaulted ceilings. I lived in one.

My car has been broken into twice, my husbands tags have been stolen three times. But they have security but I never see them lately. And there not supposed to be any fireworks on the property, but every time I take my dog outside someone shoots off a m80 and freaks my dog out. She has seizures and high anxiety. But does the apartments care not so ever. And we have lived here for 7 years and two people have been shot on my side. And one of my neighbors car was caught on fire . I feel like privacy is is invaded all the time.my refrigerator is leaking and all they say is to put a bucket in it and my screen door is broken but the only thing they do is cut it with a saw but its still broke and Ive cut my arm on it I dont how many times. I have a leak in the basement but maintenance just says but a bucket 🪣 on my front loader washing machine to catch the water and we pay 670.00 month. And the kids dont have no respect for nobody are anyones stuff they wi take it if they can pick it up.me and my husband are looking for a house and get out of here

Exceptionally Fast Maintenance Staff, Friendly Management Staff and Most Affordable Price for the Northland. My wife and I moved into Parvin Estates in 2015, we were moving into our first house together and we had been looking for quite sometime until we luckily stumbled upon Parvin Estates. We have loved the experience since then. We have had a couple of minor maintenance requests which were handled swiftly and professionally. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quite, affordable and family friendly place to live in, with easy access to major Free Ways and most of all professional management Staff to look into Parvin Estates.

I was a visitor at this complex and my car was towed. The spaces were not clearly marked and the resident I was visiting told me I was in a visitor spot. Apparently their horrible neighbor decided to have my car towed because I was allegedly in their spot (even though there were a multitude of open spots nearby). Parvin did not investigate before towing my car. A security officer informed us that the neighbor who reported and had my car towed to them lied by stating she had told me not to park there but I have never seen nor spoken to this woman. They did not take our calls to the emergency line and were not helpful in responding. We plan on taking legal action if this is not resolved

Its a cool place to live. Only downfall isnt even the apartments fault. Its all these damn kids with parents who dont look after them.

Me and my husband have lived here 3 years we have never had a problem here we have lived in a few apartments this seems to be the best one so far maintenance is quick to do repairs office is quick to answer your questions we always seem to get the Maintenance man larry is one of the nicest people we have meet if your looking for a Apt. We give this places to live a 5 star rating

I love this place the staff and the maintenance are super friendly and if something is broke the maintenance comes very fast I love parvin estates thanks for all the staff and the members they are super friendly very nice helpful they are very wonderful and great thank you all

I been living here for two years never once have I had roches. My neighbors moved out not to long ago and they bomb there place and sent the bugs to my house . Called to inform the office and they still havent resolved the problem. Im very pissed off about it seeing as I didnt have any problems till they moved so how is this my problem now .

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I RECENTLY DISCOVERED THEY HAVE TERMITES!!!!!!! I CONTACTED THE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE CALL CENTER AND APPARENTLY THIS IS NOT CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY, SO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND FIX THE PROBLEM. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP AND IM CURRENTLY TRYING TO FIND A NEW PLACE ASAP!!!!
