I don’t even know where to start!, The Apartments are beautiful and the application process is so easy and they respond very quickly. Melanie was super nice and didn’t mind going over everything with me twice just to ensure i understood what i was getting into, the tour was great she didn’t miss a thing. I had no questions and any i did have she answered before i even thought about asking, i love it and I’m super excited to be able to be apart of this community.

I really enjoyed my tour and Julio was an absolute gem. He is friendly, personable and fun while maintaining professionalism. I didnt choose Timber Lake for my next home due to some features that I was looking for (attached garage and a large living room, I have very large and bulky pieces of furniture) The follow up was spot on and if things were a little different I would be moving there. Definitely worth a look.

I really like the new Manager Diamond, hes actually great at communicating and really fixes issues quickly. I dont have many issues but when I do hes on it and thats honestly the main reason Im still here a year later. Other than that, its a cool place to live. The gym is nice, the outdoor trails are my favorite in the summer and all the other amenities are great. Hopefully we can open the pool this summer! *fingers crossed*

I lived here for one year and there’s no way I was going to renew my lease after that. I lived in plenty of apartments in my college days but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with apartment living. The apartments themselves are ok and the complex is pretty nice, but the management (harbor management group) makes none of it worth the trouble. I almost never got responses to emails or phone calls. The only way to get any information or help was to go into the office and talk to them in person. They routinely had issues with their resident portal, they never communicated when construction or anything of that sort was happening (they once had the entrance resurfaced and didn’t tell any of the residents that it was happening. They had the only entrance/exit blocked off entirely and I was trapped in the complex and missed an appointment). I also lived there during Covid and they increased everyone’s rent despite not having access to any of the amenities. They never opened the pool and left the gym closed for a long while (which was the best thing to do during the pandemic, but why INCREASE everyone’s rent during that time!?). In addition to never responding to the residents, they had terrible customer service. When they messed something up, it’s a “Deal with it” attitude instead of “We apologize for the inconvenience”. I moved in right as harbor management took over and you would think they’ve never managed a property before. Please be weary before signing a lease here. If it seems like maybe they don’t have their @$&# together, it’s because they don’t.

Ive lived in this complex for the last 4.5 years and would highly recommend them! The closets are huge, the walking path is great, and the staff have always been great over the years even through the management changes. My only qualm was surrounding the pool - in my experience it seemed to be closed more often than not.Update: I decreased my rating by a star due to the fees charged at move out. Multiple people scrubbed my apartment from top to bottom from hours and it was spotless. I was charged a cleaning fee of $110 for reported pieces of cat food under the sink and a dusty vent. When I moved in there was curry in the cupboards, crusty urine stains on the floor around the toilet, dustpan of dust and misc. items under the dryer, a streaky dirty sink, and a dirty patio (all of which I reported at move in).

Maintenance fellows have also been very responsive to my move in requests. Im grateful to call Timber Lakes at Red Bridge home!

My first and only time renting an apt. My time during the first year here was pretty good. I would had put this review at a 4 star rating but during the second year it has degraded due to the staff lack of cooperating with us. Let me explain we have dealt with the worst neighbor I have ever come across, loud music at random parts of the day, marijuana smells that gave me headaches. We gave records to the office and they said they would look into it but did absolutely nothing. We even gave recordings of party sound levels that they generated which way exceeded KC sound ordinance and videos of after parties people leaving 1 am. The only reason why Im not giving a 1 star is because the maintenance guys are on time and awesome.

My sister lives here and for the most part she has had a decent experience. As of lately the response time with certain issues has caused some concerns. I came by the other day and there is trash all over the place...when I said something to my sister she stated that she has contacted the office staff more than once about the issue and nothing has been done. There have been times when her neighbors have trash left outside their doors which was brought to the attention of the office staff and it has even led to raccoons being in the breezeways (which is not okay when you are visiting at night). I completely understand that there is only so much the office staff can do, however, the grounds being well kept should not be negotiable. I hope this is something that gets addressed quickly.

I have lived here only about 2 weeks but so far I love it! I worked with Melanie and she was really responsive when we had to communicate through email and by phone. There was a small hiccup when I moved in, the countertops had not been resurfaced like I had expected them to be before I moved in but this was scheduled within a few days of my move and the counter tops look great! The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is because I wish the bathroom countertops had been done as well. I plan to live here for a while!

Loved living here with previous management. New management is poorly run. Haven’t had proper AC in over a week with issues with our dogs being out. Have had poor communication on which days they will be coming in, don’t show up on days they say they’ll be in then come in on days they don’t give us heads up so we’ve left our dogs out with the impression that they won’t be coming. Our current temperature is 85 in our place and we still had to wait another day with the manager calling being snippy about making sure our dogs are up. It’s 85 and if they’re up they won’t have access to a fan that won’t be able to point at them and they won’t have access to their water bowels. I will give them some credit they gave us a small AC but it doesn’t have a vent so it’s just producing heat. Poor communication overall and we will be leaving once our lease is up.Also. Don’t get me started on the spider issue.

Please do not rent this property, because you would not get your deposit back. If you are renting this property, please keep all the documentations for conversation between you and management. I will explain my situation in this commend.1. They changed breaking lease fee right before I move out. When I moved in, they told me the breaking lease fee is one month rent, but it changed to two month rent when I try to move out. The management show me a piece of contract, which not include in the contracts you signed. She told me it is additional document that means they can change to any number they want.2. I went to office 4/20/2019 asking about breaking the lease, and I know I need to tell them 1 month early. I received a phone call 4/21/2019 about the room was rented and ask me about if I can move out before 4/31/2019. I said yes. However, they changed mind few days later and my lease end in 5/20/2019.3. I moved out 5/14/2019. I scheduled earlier with management about walk through, and they agreed. However, they told me managements are not in office and they cannot walk through with me. I have a flight in 5/15/2019 morning. I did not realized this is a issue until I received a bill about $40 cleaning fee and $45 damage fee. I asked about picture or detail about that, and they never respond.4. I received mt bill in July as follow. The lease end in 5/20/2019, but they charged me additional $239.52 for the rent between 5/21/2019 - 5/31/2019. I also have a email from the manager asking me to leave before 5/20/2019. I believe I should not be charge for this money.5. My monthly utility in spring is about $60, but the property charged me $178.40. I also asked about explanation about this, but never receive the respond.6. I did not realized my rent for May did not go through, and the property did not ask me anything about this. They used to ask me about this when I moved in in first year. They just dont care about you when they know you will move out.7. I was try to reach out to them about this, because if the cleaning fee and damage fee are reasonable, I can pay these. However, they did not contact me and give this bill to a Rent Recovery Solutions. I really believe they need to explain to e before go to the next step. All in all, I disputed this bill to Rent Recovery Solutions. Lets see what will happened. Here are some additional information:1. The community is not safe. I saw residents reported car stolen twice in 1 year.2. They have security camera in 2019, because the community is not safe.3. The main gate was broken from July, 2018 to March, 2019. If you have bad luck, you would never see it close.4. My friend went to their office to ask not renew the lease, and received $3000 bill when she moved out, because the lease was auto renewed.5. You would not see some good review since 2018, because they changed management. I loved the property when I moved (2016) in then I hate it when I moved out (2019).

DO NOT MOVE HERE. They switched to a new management company and it is the worst management and living experience I have ever been in. They will not call you back if you have any issue. Until you call at least 10 times and ask for a manager. For example I called 10 times in order to receive an itemized statement to break down why my rent increased $150.00 a month and no one would call me back. When they did call me back they refused to send the itemized statement via email, please keep in mind this was during COVID. They would only send it in the mail but I couldnt receive it because I was staying with my parents out of state. I never received an itemized statement and had to end up paying it because they emailed me stating they were going to charge me a late fee. They were willing to send that reminder via email but wont provide a statement via email.Another example of poor management and horrible customer service was when my AC went out in my apartment when it was 90 degrees out. I put in a service request 5 days prior and did not hear anything back. When the management office finally called me back they stated they didnt have to provide AC at all. They also stated that if they did provide AC that they didnt have to respond to the request for two weeks.I could provide at least 8 more examples of mismanagement and poor customer service but I will only provide one more. Most places have payment portals online in order to pay rent. When they switched to the new management they would not accept partial payments. I only get paid twice a month so it was critical for me to pay half of my rent the first pay check and then the last half of rent with my second paycheck. When I asked why we couldnt pay partial payments the management team told me the only way to do that is to bring in a cashiers check (which costs money to me). I travel for my job so this wasnt a realistic option. When I did go to pay my rent 10 days before it was due through the online portal it wont show my rent. When I called and asked they stated rent does not post until 5 days before it was due. So I couldnt even pay it early if I wanted to.I lived here for two years only because they ask for a 60 day notice if you are going to move. If you do not provide a notice before 60 days of your move out day they automatically renew your lease even if they raise the rent. When they send these reminders out they send it the day you have to provide notice and the reminder consisted of a paper letter jammed in my door. I had to tell them the day I got the reminder if I was going to move or not. Since I travel for my job I didnt see this letter until after the 60 days and they stated they renewed my lease automatically and that rent was raised an additional $200 a month. One of the main reason I moved into this apartment complex was to feel safe and I 100% DO NOT feel safe here. The gate never works and they charge you for this service. I do not feel safe with how the management treats me and I fear backlash. Please do not live here, I would not want anyone to experience the unprofessional and living conditions I experienced.

This apartment complex just got purchased by a new company and our experience with the new management has been less than great. They don’t answer the phone, they close the office early without notice. They are charging more and providing less service. They posted charges to our account 4 days after the due date and then gave us a late notice even though we paid the charges that were posted correctly on our account on time. That same late notice they also managed to stick in the wrong apartment door- we’re lucky that our neighbor was nice enough to bring it over otherwise we would of had no idea. Definitely miss the old office staff, they were actually friendly. I understand that transitions are hard, but this new management acts like it’s an inconvenience for them to do their job.

They got new management at the beginning of the year and I had nothing but issues after that. Im so glad I moved out:The only reason Im giving 2 stars is for maintenance and the overall landscape.Mysteriously water and trash increased, almost doubled, I think theyre pocketing the extra. Theres no way one person should have a $120 water bill, especially when before the new management, I paid at most $60-80. I couldnt see itemization reports after they switched management so it makes me think something sketchy is going on.Rent has gone up which is to be expected, but the increase was something like $100! I would never spend the money theyre asking for now especially considering there was no change or upgrade with the amenities. I live in a really nice apartment in river market for the same cost. Mind you this place is pretty much away from anything fun.Thin walls. I could hear everything that my DOWNSTAIRS neighbors did. You can have a normal conversation and hear everything. I could even hear them snoring at nightInflux of new residents dont pick up after their dogs. One area near the front of the complex actual smelled like dog poop for a whileSince the new management took over it is so hard to get them to answer the phone. I usually have to call 3-4 times. Once I got so fed up when I was calling I had to go down to the office just to see if a package might have gotten delivered to the office. They were in the office so Im not sure why no one answered the phone.Never received a trash can and the valet never even come to my building anyway in the 2 years I lived there. Valet trash is ~$30 on top of your rent by the way. Thats the highest rate Ive ever paid for valet trash (a service I never received by the way). I moved to river market and pay $9. Also, note, since the utilities seem to have skyrocketed with no explanation my only guess is this rate has also increased without resident notificationWhen they switched management for some reason the utility bills did not process so the rent portal only showed the actual rent that was due. I asked Josh about this in the office. He said theyre aware and Ill just pay on the next months bill. About 2 weeks later I got a late rent warning notice on my door for the unpaid utilities that also threatened eviction if rent was late again. I paid the rent on time and had zero knowledge of what the utilities were at the time because 1. The new management doesnt give out itemization reports like the previous one 2. The utility charge did not show up in the portal and 3. The office also could not tell me what was due at the time rent was dueAlso the apartments themselves have absolutely zero storage. Good luck trying to find places for kitchen appliances, I barely had room for plates and cups.

Ive lived at Timber Lakes for almost two years now, and I have to say that moving here might be one of the best decisions weve ever made. The complex is so beautiful and quiet that you almost forget youre in the middle of a city. Our dog loves the dog park and all the neighbor dogs, and the community is great. Everybody is super friendly...scraping ice off windshields for each other, helping each other out with car troubles, and keeping packages safe when they are delivered to the wrong address. Maintenance is super quick and kind; they are always very friendly to both me and my dog and come back as many times as needed until were satisfied with the fixes. The office staff are fantastic as well. They always seem happy to help, and even provided small bags of ice melt for all of the residents to apply to areas that might have been missed by the snow removal / salting process. Katelyn, in particular, is phenomenal, always responding to our messages / issues / requests promptly and in a way that makes us feel valued. We love this community, love the friends weve made here, and love living here.

Its a dog friendly community with a nice dog park centrally located on complex grounds. The residents are friendly and courteous and I have some really great neighbors. Residents are courteous of the apartment complex rules so there is no need to worry about late night noise, partying, etc. I love that you cant hear people talking in the next apartment or hear their TV. If I have had to call maintenance Ive always been extremely satisfied.Just recently, my water heater went late in the evening on the weekend. I am THRILLED with the service Dave provided!!! His response was quick, figured out what the problem was right away, left to get the piece that was broken and he returned promptly. It was fixed in no time!! He left me his number in case I had a problem during the night with it. He is very professional, very knowledgeable, clean, efficient, and a nice guy. Very accommodating and helpful. He called me the next day to see if the water heater was still working okay and let me know he was at my service if I needed anything. Couldnt be any more perfect! Give him a raise! lolI also love the indoor gym with all the latest equipment. During summer months, the salt-water pool is refreshing. Its never too crowded either. However, my favorite is the walking path. Its a cemented path that covers the circumference of the complex. Its an interesting walk with hills, trees, and then wide open field spaces. Just moved out, and got a bill ( for almost $700 dollars ) including a carpet replacement. I asked why the carpet needed to be replaced and which part of carpet needed to replaced. The lady on the phone had no idea, saying they hired a “professional “ company to evaluate it. Then, I asked about the details of the bill. They said they would send me another e-mail, never got one.One morning, I found my car had been towed because they were resurfacing the asphalt in the neighborhood. Then they added a fifty dollars charge in my account for this . When I went to ask them about it, they said they already sent an e-mail to notice all the residents. To be honest, they send a lot of unimportant things though e-mail. I dont check every e-mail they send because of this. But when I went back to check the e-mail, it didnt actually help at all. First of all, they forgot to attach maps in the e-mail to let you know where to move your car to, then the map you can only open it on your computer, not on your phone. Seriously? Why not just print a letter and leave it on every door to make sure people see it, or leave a no parking sign before you work on it.We lived in the 2b2b here, the A/C doesn’t work well. We called for maintenance, they checked and said it is fine. We spent $270 on electricity per month to keep the A:C on, but our apartment is still at over 80 degrees even though we set it to be lower. The electricity costs way too much.

I moved out of this complex on the 6th and I had the worst experience with management from the time of applying to the time of move out. Management tries to hold you to terms that are not outlined in the lease and when I tried to have a conversation with the manager several times, each time she refused to speak to with me although she was sitting in the back office. They refused to give me the number to corporate or have them contact me. This is a Greystar community and unfortunately the company is so large that it’s extremely difficult to get in contact with corporate. Don’t live at a complex that seeks to increase revenue rather than uphold the lease. They also did not let me be present at the walk through upon move out. I find this sneaky and sketchy.

I am a very happy tenant of 10yrs at Timberlakes at Redbridge, and my safety, my piece of mind is more important to me than any thing else. Youre not going to find a PERFECT complex anywhere, but I can truly say I am extremely happy with my stay here. I just signed a new lease. I have seen my staff changes in my 10 years of residency and I have been so pleased with them all. If I had any issues or concerns the staff helped me with them in a very courteous and professional manner. We were recently bought by a new company and that and that ALWAYS comes with a few hiccups, but we have a manager by the name of Raven, and she has been nothing but kind & professional from our first physical meeting . I had a concern about a few things when getting ready to renew my lease, Raven took care of it right away. Also, I have NEVER asked the complex to clean my carpet in the 10 years, but because of a few health issues I am unable to clean my carpet myself. I contacted the office to see if I could get my carpet cleaned before I have surgery next week, I talked to the office staff on a Thursday, I got a call Friday telling me the carpet cleaners will be here Monday to clean my carpet. They were here on Monday and did an amazing job. I know you have probably read some not so favorable reviews, but let me reassure you that some people seem to always have negative comments when moving out, or unrealistic complaints because someone didnt jump when they said jump, or they were the problem but made it seems like the office staff was the problem. I have reccomend so many people to come check us out, and they are still living here today. Before you look at another complex, come give this community a chance, I think you will be pleased. I am very excited to see what new changes the new owners plan to make or implement. You have to give the new staff a chance.

I just moved out and guess how much they charge a 7 year resident $1800 for final bill of apartment. They claim I took there washer and dryer but when I first moved in I requested that my own washer and dryer be put in there and they did but they failed on their end to document in my file so I get a bill for 656 for washer and dryer, $500 for paint, and a list of other things. I wouldnt recommend anyone living here with over priced rent that go up every year, not enough parking spots, maintenance barely do a good job.. Need I go on

I lived at Timber Lakes for two years and Im sad to leave! I had chosen to move because you were allowed to smoke inside and that bothered me, but theyve transitioned to non smoking, so thats great! I loved living here. The maintenance team is top notch and will go out of their way to do an outstanding job. I see some reviews saying the office staff isnt friendly or helpful, and I dont understand that at all. Kaitlyn has always been awesome. Sarah and Josh were newer when I left and they were great as well. Cindy was always super helpful and understanding when i had issues with the smoking and tried to help me out.The complex itself is great. I love the lakes and the walking trail. Its beautiful to walk your dog around. Theres also a Bark Park, which my dog loved going to and interacting with other dogs in the complex. I also loved my apartment. I had big closets and plenty of kitchen storage. I loved having an actual laundry room in my apartment as opposed to just a laundry closet area. All in all, I never wouldve moved had I known earlier they were switching to non smoking, but they announced it as soon as they knew and I had already decided to move to a new place. Id recommend this complex to anyone.

I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to live in the Red Bridge area. They have great services including a dog park, a mile long walking trail, beautiful lakes/forests and a work out facility. The only complaint I can think of is that I wish Timber Lakes would switch Internet/Cable services. The current services are unreliable and slow. I would hope that they use the excellent opportunities that Google Fiber is offering Kansas City.

I love living at Timber Lakes apartments. I have been a resident for 1 1/2 years and have had no problems or complaints. The trails are so beautiful and I love walking my dog there everyday. My neighbors have been great. I feel very safe as a single woman in this complex and I have been extremely happy here. Anytime I have needed a repair the staff have taken care of it immediately. Molly is so sweet and I appreciate the extra things she does like calling about packages to pick up at the office. I am planning on renewing my lease and plan to stay here indefinetly. I highly recommend Timber Lakes. It is a serene and peaceful place to live.

Its a nice apartment but I dont like how the gates are always broken. We are supposed to have parking stickers on our cars so we can park in front of our buildings and people who dont live here are supposed to park in the guest parking. Well I have called twice about a person and no one has done anything about it. But other than a couple complaints, this place is nice for the amount I pay.

The maintenance staff is amazing but the office staff is full of immature unprofessionals. The employees are in constant rotation, so by the time I moved out known of the original staff was still remaining. Timberlakes would charge me unnecessarily for not picking up my packages on time from the office, and they are currently overcharging me for a move out fees that my deposit had already covered. There is very little organization in the office and they were constantly disappointing to communicate with. Nearly everyone who works in the office is dealing with a power trip and they seem to abuse their power and do not care about the satisfaction of the tenant once a contract is signed.

There have been issues with break ins lately. Also, a resident shot and killed someone trying to rob them recently. Additionally, the quality (friendliness, responsiveness, professionalism) of individuals in the office has declined over my several years as a resident. Really looking forward to moving!!!

Ive been a resident at Timber Lakes for roughly 5 months now. Today, 8/29, my apartment was broken in to and I had several valuables stolen. The door was pried open effortlessly with a crow bar. My neighbor said she had her car broken in to last week. This just some of the many cases of break-ins that have been on going over the last few months. The front gate has been broken for over three weeks now, where anyone can come and go as they please. The management is not communicating to the community about how frequent the burglaries are occurring, nor are they taking measures to reduce the amount of crime within the complex. I do not feel safe living here. The HVAC unit is loud and ancient. Youll be lucky to keep your apartment below 80° on a 90°+ summer day. Itll run your electric bill $200+/month easily. The maintainece team have always taken the extra step to ensure fixes are made. They actually show they care.TL:DR This is not a safe apartment to live at.

The apartments are fine. They layout is nice inside and out, theres a path around the complex that is great when the weather is good, the ponds are stocked with fish you can catch, theres a tiny dog park area, etc.The staff is very nice and friendly. They will accept all carriers packages and hold them for you. Ive had a couple disappear (out of literally hundreds) but Im not convinced USPS didnt throw them in one of the ponds. Its SUPER close to Cerner Innovations campus. Like, 8-12 minutes drive, no interstate. That part is fantastic. Other than that though... theres nothing. A broken-down Sunfresh, fast food, and a couple of gas stations. Expect a 20+ minute drive if you want to eat out anywhere nice or see a movie or anything like that. The best part is probably the maintenance. They have a website where you can log tickets. Multiple times Ive logged a ticket before leaving for work and returned home to find everything fixed. The maintenance guys are awesome.

I have been a resident of Timber Lakes at Red Bridge for around 5 years. I have seen management change, improvements made and never had a more wonderful experience. The neighbors are great too. Occasionally, our upstairs neighbor cook a dish for our family!I definitely recommend Timber Lakes at Red Bridge to your home too.

We have lived here for four months and just had our apartment broken into. The management has shown absolutely no concern for our situation. Our neighbor was broken into during the same time also. The maintenance guy actually came to our apartment (not even management) to check on us and even stayed until the police left. Come to find out there were two more break ins two days prior to ours and we received not a single email regarding the issue. From our experience, they do not seem concerned about the residents safety. Its a gated community yet the gates remain open majority of the time. There are apparently no security cameras either. Overall this has been the worst experience and we are beyond ready to leave as soon as we can.

Unbelievable, had an appointment with them to view an apartment. Had to leave work early to come see the apartment, and called before I got there to confirm. As soon as I walk in, the leasing agent tells me they no longer have an apartment for showing. Could have told me that before I got there, Im not going to lease an apartment without looking at what I am going to pay for. Then was told by the agent that he would email me the virtual tour video, which never happened. If this is how you treat a potential resident, I dont even want to know how you treat residents.

We moved here from Illinois on June 24th due to our son having brain surgery due to a tumor. His family needed us here to help out. We had a home and were in diar straights to get moved and our home up for sale in just 2 weeks. Our anxiety was through the roof. We decided to move here to Timberlakes. Since day one we were treated wonderful by all, especially with Molly, Courtney and the fabulous maintenance crew. We were and are still having a difficult time with our movers. All of our belongings are on a truck and still have not been delivered. Molly and Courtney knew what a mess we were in and offered a couch left by another tenant and Courtney offered her very own TV. Family provided a blow up bed and we felt so very blessed by all of these people. We cannot say enough how wonderful all of the staff are and our treatment here is one of the best experiences we have EVER had. We feel that God lead us here for a reason and now we know why. Despite the stress over our son, we know now that we can count on them for anything. They all have amazing hearts and we truly love them for all they have done for us. A special Thank You to our neighbors who are just awesome!

At first impression this is the nicest place you could ever hope to live in Missouri but poor management that does not care or listen to complaints makes it one of the worst places to live. The walking trail around the apartments used to be nice but there is now piles of dog poop on the grass and sidewalks surrounding the area. Most residents dont clean up after their dogs and management hasnt done anything about it. There also is very limited parking, especially in the winter and I often have to park almost a block away from my apartment. (They have garages and shelters for rent but those spots are rarely taken and you cant park there without paying.)I could go on about some of the issues here but I wont. You might like this place if you can put up with thin apartment walls, limited parking, dog poop everywhere, and disrespectful management.

We have had a lot of problems living at Timber Lakes at Red Bridge. We have had members of the front office be extremely rude to us when discussing with them issues we were having in our apartment. Our water heater was broken and it took them 3 MONTHS to fix it during this very cold winter. We even took a day off work to be home during the day because we were promised maintenance would come and they never did. When we called the office to discuss this with them, Katelyn was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on us! The service here is terrible. We live in a gated community and the gates have been broken since November (5 months ago). It looks like a nice place to live, but save yourself the headache and live somewhere else.

With all the crimes here, including murders and Greystars’ management’s treatment of residents it’s hard to comprehend why no one has not yet taken out staff.

Ive lived here for three years and the only reason im moving out is because my roommate and I are splitting up and im looking for lower rent on a one bedroom. Ive had a great experience with management, office personnel and maintenance...even with the change in management companies. We have great neighbors and love the amenities the apartment offers. The maintenance lead Daniel goes above and beyond to take care of problems. Our a/c had to be changed out this summer and he and the crew had to make several visits to our apartment to make this happen. He was always pleasant, even when he was working outside normal business hours. The management staff generally acts swiftly to complaints. For instance, there was a time when a couple of the treadmills were not working in the fitness room. After reporting the problem they were fixed/replaced within my next couple of visits. Ive never experienced parking issues as parking is pretty abundant around my building (we have a guest parking lot and a tenant parking lot to choose from). I would say that my good experiences here definitely outweigh any bad ones. My only complaint is that my gate fob recently stopped working and the office has made several failed attempts to reset it, so now I have to enter my code instead of clicking the convenient little button, lol. But, I should also mention that management does a good job of hosting activities and offering freebies to residents. I love that they have an announcement board that you can read on your way in and out of the complex.
