Probably one of the best experiences Ive had with Enterprise. Staff was professional, courteous and fast!!! We appreciate everyone here and will definitely be using them again when we visit the island!

There was only one counter for the enterprise but it was quick and convenient. There was no wait line and even picking up car was quick. The staff is so friendly and nice at the pick up center. He let me look all the convertible cars and chose from one. It help me to choose the car. And even dropp off was quick and didnt charge me extra even though I was few hours late. Thank you

We rented a 2020 Mustang that was the WORST car Ive driven in a long time. Nearly ruined our vacation. Car started to lock in Security Mode and locked up on the road! Drove it straight back to Enterprise. Kimo in Customer Service took care of everything getting us a non Ford replacement vehicle. Thank you for helping us and saving our vacation!

Have usedd the kahului enterprise for work over the last many years. The entire team over here does an unreal job. Worked with Kimo and Pono both were excellent and helped out beyond expectations. will continue to use this company as theyve been solid since the jump. Aloha

Rented 3 cars in 2 weeks. Two on different islands in Hawaii and one at DFW. All agents were very polite and efficient. We did have a windshield wiper come loose in the rain driving up a volcano. (Thank you, National Park Service, for the plastic ribbon. See picture.) That was fixed quickly and now becomes a humorous story instead of a bad experience .

The walk from the small terminal was quick, I think faster than waiting for the Tram to get to the Car Rental Center. At Enterprise, the manager (I forgot his name) was really nice and greeted me as if I was family. He was quick in service and informative with whatever I needed. The car I recieved was super clean and I had no problems the 3 days that I had it. In returning the car, I was greeted by Kimo, a very enthusiastic and friendly return agent. Even though he was wearing a mask, I could tell he was smiling the entire time. My experience with Enterprise Kahului Airport was Awesome and Ill definitely be renting from them again...

We had the Very Best auto rental experience in over 50, yes 50, years. Within 15 minutes of reaching the counter, we were in our rental having Alex making certain we were comfortable with our choice. Having some questions a week into the rental, I phoned and was Lucky again to get Alex. All is well. Thanks to this terrific man. Will only rent from Enterprise each time I visit Maui.

Wow new rental car setup in Maui is great! Quick to get out with car, even quicker to return! Have loved Enterprise for years... never disappointed!

Very long wait to get our vehicle even tho we arrived on time had to wait an hour just to get the vehicle after being on a plane for 9 hours, however they made it up to us by giving us $100 and waiving the gas tax so that wasn’t too bad! Loved our Jeep tho!!

As usual, the staff at Enterprise OGG location allowed for a relaxed transition. It was rough returning to the mainland after living there several months, and the staff made the rental process smooth and easy.

Very, very, inconvenient from the seaport. Cannot speak officeto the airport experience.Firstly, the corporate booking lied, they do not pick up at the seaport. Its a mile and a half walk from the seaport, which I didnt find out until the morning I arrived in Maui via cruise ship. I even cancelled a Hertz rental which was cheaper and a better car because I thought Enterprise would Pick you up. Also, I was charged $20 more than the estimate given to me by the corporate office. So now Im $40+ more than the Hertz total quoted.But this is what really got me angry. I realized I didnt have my camera when I got back on the ship. It was near closing time so I called immediately. They confirmed It was under the drivers seat. I tried to make my way out to get it but the seaport in Maui is extremely long to walk, practically a maze. They would not drive to the port even though security said they would allow them to do so.I begged them to come through security like all the taxis and other car rental shuttles do but to no avail. They would not come. All they did was repeatedly call to harass me about where I was. No matter how much begging and explaining about the long walk that I did, they made a miniscule effort to come into the seaport. I saw other car rental shuttles there, but nope, they will not come to pick you up or bring you a lost item.I couldnt make it because of the long walk and it was time to board. Now they are passing me on the Hilo Enterprise to deal with. Why? I didnt leave my camera in Hilo. This is how stupid they are.Book with someone else or be prepared to walk. The quote is not accurate and in a pinch, they will not help you.

Staff help and shuttle bus driver were very polite as it is everywhere on Maui. The airport is going through some renovations and the car rental booths were all closed but it is where shuttle buses are to take you to the rental lot on or near the airport grounds. We were in and out with a car in about 10 minutes, no wait and my wife and I were taken to the vehicle for an inspection.

Very hard to find rental car return. It is separate from all the others
