Great ride and excellent service! Gaston has been very helpful in facilitating the pick up and providing timely instructions for drop off. Easy no-contact pick up and drop off. Furthermore, BEXT rental provided daily customer service (you can always reach out with questions and concerns). The vehicle itself was almost brand new with low mileage and had no issues. If you are in Maui, and want to take a trip to Hana and beyond, you DO need a Jeep and BEXT is your best option. Five-star service. Keep it up BEXT!

Best car rental ever!!! We’ve rented a beautiful Wrangler, with beach chairs and even 2 towels included. Driving the road to Hana (the full loop) was definitely one of our highlights during our Maui visit. We tried r to find something similar in Ohau, but there nothing even close.The agent was very nice, he brought the car to the airport, right when our plane arrived.When you want to check a Wrangler, there’s no way around Bext!I go now and buy a Rubicon....

These guys did a great job,,..,a nice clean truck, great communication coming in a departing, courteous and friendly and personal service. It was great do deal with a local vs. one of the standard rental agencies. Would have loved to have a jeep but they just were not available for this trip. The Dodge Ram was a great substitute...sitting up higher (plants grow tall here) for better views for oncoming traffic in the twisty/turny and narrowed roads and along the shorelines....thank you guys!!!

Wow, what a difference from your standard rental agency. These guys were great, not only are their cars and options fantastic (beach chairs and towels) but the pickup / drop off and communication processes are what every company should strive for. We flew into the commuter terminal from Lanai and on landing, had a text from them that they were on the way. They met us with the Jeep, gave us instructions for the convertible top and we were on our way! The return was equally easy, they gave us instructions on where to drop the car in the parking lot right across from departures at OGG and 200 ft later we were in the terminal. These will be my go to guys for any return trip to Maui or for any friends who go.

The beach chairs in the back came in handy. We debated spending a little extra to rent a jeep instead of a regular car, but hands down the right decision to go with the jeep and it really wasnt much more. Way better service than we would have received going through a bigger car rental place. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I used BEXT while in Maui and we are so glad we did! Being from the Midwest, I was initially skeptical that all the perks mentioned on the website were true since this isn’t a “typical” airport car rental company. The car and service was better than I ever imagined and I wish BEXT existed in every city! We opted for the drop off to/pick up from hotel option which was SO convenient. They communicated ahead of our drop off time which made everything seamless and ensured we were ready. They even included towels and chairs in the trunk which I thought was a really nice touch. If I ever come back to Maui I will definitely be using BEXT for all my car rental needs.

Very smooth experience. I got a text explaining where the jeep was parked at the Kahului airport. Walked out to long term parking, keys where hidden in a spot, and off we went. Drop off was the same, never met anyone the whole time. The jeep was cool too and didnt look like your typical tourist rig. Brand new, lifted, black rims, and off road tires. Ill use em again next time (me and they wife go to Maui fairly often).

We rented a Jeep Rubicon through BEXT for our trip to Maui.Pros:-Customer Service at its best! Due to airline changes, I had to modify our reservation a couple of times. BEXT was accommodating, friendly, and anticipated issues that I didn’t see coming! Instructions came via text, EASY EASY EASY!-The rental came with 2 beach chairs and 2 towels.-The Jeep was clean and comfortable.Cons:-My husband mentioned that the alignment was off, which made traveling in some spots a little more challenging.-If you’re not used to getting in/out of a car that sits high off the ground, don’t get a Jeep!-leather seats can get hot, so plan accordingly!I can’t say enough great things about this company! I definitely recommend!

If you’re looking for the full Hawaiian Jeep experience this is the only way to go!! Most rental Jeep’s are hard tops and don’t allow the top to be fully removed. Our lifted soft top from Bext not only looked great but was super convenient to remove and replace the entire top at a moments notice. Plus it was well maintained and their customer service was excellent! A bit pricier than most rentals but if you’re going to get a Jeep without removing the top might as well be driving a Camry!

Highly recommend BEXT rentals! Our Jeep was in perfect condition came with beach towels and chairs which come in handy when exploring the island. Pick up and drop off we’re extremely easy and staff were wonderful and responsive. We loved our Jeep and when we come back we will definitely be renting from BEXT again.

On arrival, a simple text confirmed where they would meet us with the Jeep... they brought the jeep to us, and only a few steps outside baggage claim! Gaston was so friendly and patient; he took the time to walk through the features of the jeep and even provided some extra goodies as part of the Cooler/fridge package. We added the beach chairs and towels the one proved were really high quality. The Jeep itself (a Rubicon) was pristine and fully loaded. It was such a blast to drive around the Island. Our kids loved it! Return was also super convenient, and left us just a few steps from the departure/Check-in area for our airline with absolutely no headaches or hassle. We saw plenty of Jeeps during our stay in Hawaii but who wants to experience that gorgeous island with a cover over your head?! Not us! We had the tops and sides off immediately and for the duration of our stay. Lots of power and loved the lifted look. We just came back from an amazing vacation from Maui with my family, but I can’t imagine that week without a car. We had activities planned every single day. It was very hard to get a car for a reasonable price until I decided to call directly BEXT premium rental and I had the pleasure to speak to Gastón. Unfortunately there was not available cars at that moment but he offered to put my name on a waiting list because he was getting some new units delivered and he was not sure to get them on time. We kept in touch for several weeks before our trip and two days before our trip we got the most amazing news. He got two units and our family was one of the luckiest people in getting not only a car, but a brand new Jeep. When we arrived to the airport he drove the car to the parking lot and texted me with the pictures of the car and the instructions to get the car. They actually text me the day before asking if I wanted to receive the Jeep early as they were going to be picking up another jeep from the same property that night. It was nice having personal communication and not dealing with an automated machine! From the moment we landed, Gaston was available to us with an amazing vehicle drop-off and pick-up process. He and his team drop the vehicle off right outside baggage claim and pick it up right as you are about to head into departures. Gaston even provided us a little tutorial of the Jeep to make sure we knew all the tips and tricks for navigating Maui.The price is going to be a little higher than the bigger rental companies, but it is justifiable for the quality of the vehicle, services provided and convenience created through their attention to detail.As we were traveling during COVID-19, I was a little hesitant to book without having confidence in a full refund from the company. I reached out, and Gaston assured me that if the island shut down for tourism or one of the members of my party contracted COVID before traveling, he would offer a full refund. Luckily, this did not come into play.On the island, the vehicle performed beautifully. It got us to every destination we desired. We were able to see the entire island without any worry of the vehicle not being able to handle the terrain.If you want a great experience on Maui with one of the best fleets of vehicles available, this is the company to go through.

In all my years of travel I have never rented vehicle or interacted with an owner of a company who is so dedicated to the customer experience. From start to finish the differences were very obvious.Being sceptical at first using a lesser know rental company turned out to be the best vacation experience on Maui or anywhere else I have traveled. The BEXT experience allows you to rent a jeep and have access to vacation your way.We were met straight away at the airport (even with a flight delay). We were walked through the operations of the jeep (four wheel drive, removing the roof, gps, basic vehicle functions, etc...) electronically signed the rental agreement and we were off. Returning the jeep we were met at our terminal and we assisted with our bags and it was that easy.. No lines, no shuttles and best of all no waiting.If you are wondering if you should or if it is worth it. I am here to tell you there is no other choice if you are looking for the best jeeps, no hassles and just straight vacation fun. My wife and I rented at platinum level Jeep through bext and we had one of the most memorable days or our lives. We drove around the south side of the island to Hana, most rental companies don’t allow this but bext does:) it’s super remote and the views are incredible. It’s not so commercial our touristy along that route so you really get a feel for the real Maui. We stopped at secluded lava rock beaches, swam in water falls and saw many jungles. Our Jeep came with a powered fridge and was full of water pop and snacks. They include an iPad with maps that show all the best things to see. They also bring the Jeep to your hotel and pick it up. There was also beach chairs and towels supplied. We didn’t get them but you can hire a driver, get a surf board or mountian bikes too. We have traveled a lot and this was our favourite excursion

Gorgeous jeeps, new, in perfect condition, beautifully detailed. All the comfort of a luxury car in an off-road vehicle. Terrific customer service too! Rented here a few times and will again and again. Perfect for getting around everywhere, comfortable, and FUN!!

Great customer service, from our rental experience. He waited for us when we arrived at the airport, and drop off was just as easy and accommodating. We rented our Jeep for a week, we had a blast in it, it did all the trails we wanted to do without a problem.
