The team was amazing! We traveled from GA, so after a long day of traveling it was nice to know we had a ride from the airport! The Jeep we rented was awesome! 2021 Sahara! Leather, navigation and a hard top to boot! Im so glad we rented a jeep instead of a mustang or something.. You need to rent a jeep to see all of the back country stuff! Crusin Maui has, bar far, the best prices for renting jeeps! Their process was very straightforward. No surprise fees or anything. They take a 360 video of the jeep before and after. You answer a few questions, and your on your way. We look forward to renting from Cruisin Maui again!

Wonderful place to rent a vehicle! We were there for a week and after reaching out to several rental car companies, I came across Cruisin Maui when trying to book a vehicle. From the start, they were incredible to work with. They responded quickly with a price quote and I was able to reserve a jeep within a few hours. We loved our jeep while on the island! It made it so much fun to get around. Cruisin Maui picked us up from the airport and the process to fill out paperwork was quick and simple. Dropping the jeep off was extremely easy as well. Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly! We know we will rent from them again on our next trip to Maui!

Awesome company! They could not have made things any easier and gave us one less thing to stress about. Reservations were done all online and through email/text. When we landed I texted them to let them know we arrived and a car was at the airport 10 minutes after we had our luggage. Returning was just as easy, dropped off the car and was taken back to the airport. The employees were super nice, I will definitely use them again when were on the island. SO much better than waiting in line for an airport rental car.

Great Customer Service, had a brand new Honda Pilot, picked us up at the airport & drop us off. I WOULD recommend this car rental business to anyone. We rented a Honda and a Jeep. Way cheaper then the big name companies. 5Stars across the board.

Great company! Of everything we did on this trip this was the most straight forward thing that happened. Flat rate, no BS. Easy paperwork and we received everything we were told we would. Cruisin Maui is amazing and we wouldnt have been able to discover half the sites we were if it wasnt for them! As everyone should know... renting cars in Hawaii is extremely difficult right now. Hawaii sold off all their cars when the pandemic hit so prices have been jacked up and inventory is limited. We had an issue with Costco confirming our rental a month ago and were scrambling last minute to find a vehicle. We reached out to several local car rental companies and Cruisin Maui Rent A Car was the all-star that let us know there was one available. They gave us an option between a mini van and a Jeep Gladiator... with the obvious choice for us adventure goers... we took the Gladiator. :) We wouldnt have had a better way to explore all the sites we wanted to see without a car and they played a significant role in making that possible. They also offer snorkel rentals for an affordable price, which was the icing on the cake for our trip. They pick you up from the airport and take you 5-10 minutes to their office to sign all the necessary rental agreement documentation. This wasnt an issue for us, but weve heard other renters complaining about that. I dont see what there is to complain about for a quick detour. We were very thankful to even have a vehicle in Maui. I mean, hey.. whats their to gripe about? Youre in Hawaii!I highly recommend Cruisin Maui Rent A Car to anyone looking to book a car rental in Maui. Cars are brand new and clean! I have nothing but EXCELLENT things to say about this company. Their communication from the very beginning (booking process) to the very end (dropping off) has been great, via both IMing, text, email, and phone call (yes Ive done all). I knew exactly the vehicle I was getting -- features and everything, unlike at a regular rental car its your luck. The vehicle I picked is a Jeep Rubicon and is very well maintained and had absolutely no issues with it. I really enjoyed driving it both on and off-road (allowed by them) and after 8 days with it, after got back home and got in my wifes vehicle to go home, I frankly missed the Jeep and wish we still had it, haha. Because of the great service we got through them, I wanted to take care of the vehicle like my own, and even did a wash and vacuum before dropping it off for them. Thanks Tyler and Cruisin Maui guys, we will definitely rent from you guys again whenever we book Maui again.

10/10 experience, we rented a jeep the first part of June. For a small company they kept their word, maintaining the booking at the same price even with the high demand for rentals due to COVID. The pickup and return process is the easiest I have ever experienced!

Very disappointed in their service!They require you reserve online... the issue is it doesn’t mean anything. I got a quote online 4 days 2 weeks before my trip. I called both phone numbers listed on their site to confirm right after and I was sent to Tyler’s voicemail that was full.Then Kim emailed me to tell me they were ready to go. They just needed me to confirm which I did within like 5 minutes only to find that they gave my car to someone else. She was polite but said they would wait list me. :(Now my Road to Hana trip for our Honeymoon hangs in the balance of a cancellation.In hindsight, I should’ve booked elsewhere before following up on my reservation. The 4 day wait period really cost me.I’ll update if they come up with a Jeep for us but until then I would stay clear of this place during the business season.

Smooth experience through and through! The prices were wayyyy lower than some of the bigger agencies and the service was stellar. Easy pick-up, paperwork and drop-off process. Maui has so many choices in every facet of the trip—this one was a no brainer. We will definitely be back next time we visit the island! Mahalo!

Great experience renting a Jeep from Cruisin Maui for a few days. They picked us up from the airport and the paperwork process was efficient. The jeep was already loaded with the adventure gear we requested (beach towels and snorkel gear, but plenty of other options) which was awesome and allowed us to get straight on the Road to Hana. We drove all the way around Hana which Cruisin Maui does not have an issue with. The booking experience and communication was exceptional, and I will definitely be renting with them next time I’m on Maui. Thanks!

Wow I wish I had found out about this company prior to my trip. THANK YOU cruisin maui for being so accommodating and helpful! We decided to stay one more day on our trip, and after being way overcharged for a jeep from a different rental company, we decided to try to find a different car for our last day. I swear I called 10 places and this was the first and only place that was able to get me a car SAME DAY! After giving them my auto insurance info it couldn’t have been easier to go and pick up our Nissan truck (which we absolutely loved driving). And on top of all of that, they accommodated a late drop off for us AND gave us a free ride to the airport for our red eye flight. You guys are an amazing representation of the friendly people on Maui, thank you!

They are incredibly helpful, accommodating, and have great prices! it was not listed, but the car came with a lot of amenities (Like aux cord, phone holder, phone charger, ect). I was not expecting it, but they definitely go the extra mile. I spent some time researching and calling other places, and I feel confident saying Cruisin Maui is the best place for car rental.

We rented a mid size sedan from Cruisin Maui and had an excellent experience. Service was fast and friendly. We loved that we were picked up and dropped off directly from the airport, there were no dirt road restrictions, and they also had convenient accessories available for our trip (outlet chargers, travel guide, snorkel gear). Amazing company - super accommodating, helpful, and straight-forward. We had an awesome time in the Nissan Pathfinder and were glad to be able to set up camp wherever. Rental came with a good blow up air mattress in the back, towels, cups, water, light, aux cord, snorkel gear...pretty much everything you need! This is the most convenient and affordable car rental on Maui period. They will pick you up at the airport and drop you off with no extra fees. The car I used had a roof rack for carrying a surfboard which was a necessity for me. They have many extras you can add to your car rental for very affordable prices. Their customer service is second to none. When you text or call, their response is immediate.

BEST RENTAL CARS ON MAUI HAWAII!!!Once we arrived in Maui we got our bags. We than made our way out to the parking lot where we were greeted. Our car was very clean and in great shape. They even delivered the car to us! They were kind, flexible, and professional. The car was not particularly new but it was reliable and perfect for our family. Tyler was a fantastic help for me.The price was clear and straightforward and included taxes and fees. I booked a reservation for a car through him but wasnt sure if the car was right for me. I asked him for references and he was extremely helpful and friendly regardless of the fact that I may not use a reservation through him. Renting our Jeep could not have been more convenient. We weren’t arriving in Maui until after 8pm and the Jeep was Parker there when we arrived and when we left we just parked it and left. They were so friendly and easy to work with and best of all it was affordable.

We had a really good experience renting a convertible Jeep from Tyler during our stay in Maui. We found the digital paperwork including a video walk around the car before hand a great and easy feature. The car was fun to travel and see all of Maui, we were even allowed to take the vehicle on roads other rental cars did not let you. The prices all include tax which means no hidden fees. Tyler picked us up and dropped us back at the airport. The whole experience was seemless and just made our stay that much better.
