They did a really good job. Got my tire alignment done on all four tire and they did it pretty fast. Cost $69 bucks but that pretty universal around here. Ill be going back their next time I need anything done with my tires.

Anytime a garage has the opportunity to take more money from you and doesnt, you have to be impressed. Went for a wheel alignment and was told after they checked that I didnt need one. Staff was on time, courteous, and professional.

Great Honest Shop! Took car in this morning to have something checked out on Porsche that I thought was broken but couldnt tell without getting it up on a lift. They put it on the lift and found everything was OK after all. Couldnt be happier! Garrett was very helpful upfront and William checked out my car and explained what was going on. Ill definitely be back the next time I need repair or service.

Very friendly and professional. My car was sending me a TPMS error. Took it to the Nissan dealership and they tried charging me $400 in repairs. I came here instead for a tire pressure sensor replacement, and they found nothing wrong with the sensors. They fixed the coding in my car and I was in and out in about 15 minutes with everything up and running for about $10. Work ethic 100 out of 10. 🤩👍🏽

Was in Johnson City on business and noticed a screw in my tire. They rolled it in, fixed it, and I was out in less than an hour. They understood that I was from out of town and was in a hurry so there was no “sales pitch” or anything like that. They fixed my issue and got me back on the road. 100% recommend.

I took my girlfriends son there to have an unsafe tire worked on (after a minor accident). I expected to wait a while and also probably be charged $15 or so. The tire needed to be removed from the rim, some debris removed, and the tire resesled. Not only did they take care of this quickly, but they didnt charge us anything. Im sure they cant always do freebies in situations like this, but I was thrilled with their excellent customer service! I highly recommend this place!

Millers Tire & Auto has been a staple service center for me since I moved to Johnson City. It is hard to find an honest company in the auto repair industry and Millers has always been upfront with what I need done and most importantly what I DONT need done. I brought a truck to this auto shop yesterday evening for a pre-purchase inspection. I paid the $96 for the full inspection. The technician called me once they were done inspecting the truck that I was on the way to buy. I directly asked the technician does the truck have any rust? He told me he did not see any rust. He advised me that the only problem they found wrong with the truck during the inspection was that the truck had a broken heat shield (a small mounting device/bracket that secures the exhaust pipe.) I thanked him for their service and paid my $96 over the phone. I arrived at the dealership whom I was planning on purchasing the truck from which was **AutoNation of Johnson City at 3700 Bristol Parkway**. (which I drove 4 hours to from north Georgia). The truck was parked out front with the salesmen whom I had been working with all week outside. Greetings were made and I arranged a test drive. As I drove down the road I heard an odd sound coming from the floor board area of the drivers seat. This prompted me to pull into a parking lot so that I could further inspect the truck. I parked the truck in a parking lot so that I could further inspect the vehicle. I crawled under the truck to take a look and THE TRUCK WAS COVERED IN RUST. The rear frame of the truck under the bed was completely rusted and expanded 3-4 times its normal size. There were RIVETS in the frame from where someone had tried to repair the frame and prevent further rust expansion. (both pictured in this review)There was a lot more rust under the truck that was so bad it could be picked off with your fingers. There was also A HOLE in the bed of truck where it had been eaten through by rust. THE TRUCK WAS A TOTAL ROACH. I disappointedly drove the truck back to the dealership, had a few words with the salesmen. (who told me over and over throughout the transaction that he had crawled under the truck and did not see any rust) He continued to repeatedly lie and deny to my face. I left the keys, and walked out. Let me also add this truck had been cleared from Autonations safety and inspection department prior to my arrival that day. A day later (today) I contacted Millers Auto who performed the inspection and denied any rust.I spoke with the exact same technician who performed the inspection and explained my situation (hes lucky I dont drop his name right now) I reiterated the fact he told me over the phone that the truck had NO RUST after it had been fully inspected ON A LIFT. He repeatedly denied seeing any rust on the truck. I spoke with the manager and a full refund was given to me. PLEASE ---- IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY --- AVOID THIS SHOP!

I have done business with Millers Tire several times. I just recently purchased a set of new tires from them. My experience was nothing short of professional. I started taking my vehicle there in January for maintenance and have now been two additional times since then. First time for oil change, second time for alignment and balance, and a third time for an oil change. When I took it there for the alignment an employee took me to the back to physically show me what needed to be fix then took me back to the front desk to look how much the repairs would cost so I can make a decision on what to do next. They were patient, and made the repair easy to understand since I am not a car expert. I will continue to go there because of their excellent work and genuine customer service.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. For the amount of work I had done to my truck the price was good and the work was done within the same day. ( ball joints, control arms, wheel bearings, brakes and rotors, shocks, tires and alignment and a oil change.) The staff here are veryknowledgeable, friendly and kind.If you take your vehicle here you will be treated like a friend rather than just someone getting there vehicle worked on.

I took my truck to them because if a noise. After hours, I was charged $658.00 and set free with a vehicle that still has problems. I brought it back and told by mechanic there was nothing wrong g after he took it for a drive. Manager(?) took it for a drive and decided my differential needed to come out. I said NO but they were in the process of taking it out anyway. Mechanic did not stop until the manager told him to even though the truck owner was telling him she did not want this done. I have had this looked at and there is nothing wrong with this area. Unfortunately needed work was done on my truck and it still clangs. I would give them only half a star for providing a nice lounge. Do not trust them!!!

They use cheap parts. My new clutch didnt even make it 30K miles (after I drove my OEM clutch for 150K). Of course 2 years and 30K miles is just long enough so that its not covered under warranty. Now I have to have another shop do the same $1,300 repair again.Update: I had the clutch looked at by another transmission shop. Confirmed it was a clutch issue. Said the flywheel looked really rough - definitely more than 30K miles of wear. Opinion was that flywheel was not resurfaced last time.Also - when I called to inform Millers of the issue, there was no discussion about bring it in and well take a look at it to see what we can do. I now live 100+ miles away and will not drive a car with a failing clutch to a shop that may/may not do anything about it. I learned my lesson and moved on. Just making sure other people do not make the same mistake.

These guys are great!!!! I arrived with my truck being towed in as they were just closing.I quickly ran to the door to ask if they could replace my flat tire but found they did not have my size tire.But just before they left someone found a used tire and got me back on my way home even though were closed !!! Not many shops would go out of their way to help a customer after hours.

Ill never do business here again. We took our car there in October 16 for 4 new tires and 4 wheel alignment. The alignment was never done even though we paid for it. Just had to take it back because both back tires were worn so badly they were about to blow out. The owner was unwilling to replace the tires until we proved we were never given the spec sheet for the alignment. (We didnt have it because it wasnt done) In the end, they did replace the tires but it was obvious this place works hard at trying to rip people off.

Millers is an awesome place they keep my truck running good and when they fix something and it does not feel right they take the time to fix it and make it better. Will continue to use them in the future.Ive seen alot of comments on Millers prices. If you go to many other shops they may cost less but the repair will be less. I continue to take my truck to them because I had an issue with it when it was fixed and boom they said bring it in tommorow and we will have it fixed. Awesome guys. Treat your car like its one of thier own car. The estimates may be high but the repairs and aftercare are top notch I will defend the work they do.

Had an issue with work that was completed however the staff is working to resolve this as soon as possible which is greatly appreciated.

Horrible with communicating costs. Way overpriced labor, and expensive parts. Im a college student who was referred by a friend, who must have had a different experience. I called around to get estimates at other places to replace the same parts. Go somewhere else! The labor charge was ridiculous for something my little brother could have installed.

Took my car in for service and was told it would take 45 minutes, went to grab a bite to eat with friends and was back in 40, it took them an hour and 45, then they and $55 to the original quote of $90. Dont go my friend they will take all your time AND money.
