They are horrible. Drivers dont care if they scratch or dent your vehicle. Stuff gets stolen out of your car and staff are nasty and rude.

My brakes went out and my car was unable to drive. Tow truck was there within 10 minutes and drove it 3 cities away for a hundred bucks. Driver was nice. Just my experience. Really everything I can ask from a towing company. Fast, efficient, courteous. Seems like there are a lot of negative reviews on this company and I’m not discrediting anyone else’s experience. This is just my personal one.Edit: after reading more of the reviews it seems to be a different experience when your car gets impounded vs just needing a tow. I would keep that in mind when choosing this company.

Ive worked here 10 years and seen many, many different types of people. Some are so happy to see us, some are not. This is a family owned business and they support approximately 14 families by keeping us employed. Thank you Quad City Towing! We treat people with respect when we are treated with respect. Its difficult at times when we are screamed, belittled and cursed at. I left retail for that reason. We all stay here because the we are treated very good by the owner, which helps offset the negative imput. Please be aware we have procedures and laws to follow. We truely appreciate the job we have, so if you read this keep in mind, we are just working people providing a service.

Quad Cities Towing gets 5 stars from me. I broke down on the Grant Street exit coming into Illinois called QCT and they were there in 20 minutes. The driver was Great and the price was a lot less than I thought it would be. If I ever need a tow I will be calling QCT. I would recommend them to anybody

Ok considering having to say goodbye to my friends car. Man was helpful to me asking questions about my own vehicle and their policies there.

Their truck drivers drive recklessly and pay no attention to those around them. Driving 60 in 40- completely unprofessional and dangerous.

Wrecked my car, towed by these folks. They initially thought theyd have a difficult time retrieving my car, all went smoothly. When I had to go clean out my car, they were quite impatient since they have to go out and observe the entire time you are getting your items out, it was quite cold though! I didnt realize it was so close to closing time, we had to go back the next day to get the rest!

This company recently towed my car when it was parked at my own home. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY. They have no respect for their customers.

The man that I called when one of their trucks completely blew a stop sign going 30mph over the speed limit was the biggest douche ever. Told me to F off and hung up on me. Worst tow service ever. If I had a video I would definitely sue. Everyone who works here are complete douchebags.

Always a good experience with qc tow

After my son had a minor car accident, our insurance company was able to contact Quad City Towing. We were initially told it would be a 45 minute wait, but Todd showed up in 25 minutes. He was personable, fast, and showed care for our wellbeing. He proceeded to call us after he took our car to the place we asked him to and gave us his opinion on what was wrong...probably saving us a lot of money. We would highly recommend this towing company!

The lady in the office was really nice and very professional, the tow truck was at my house in 20 minutes, to tow truck driver helped push my truck out of a really tight spot so he could put it on the tow truck, he whinch it onto the flat bed, I highly recommend this tow company.

Please be informed of other towing services around you so that when you cannot help a customer you have more than one reference to give to that person, because people dont call towing companies on a regular basis so when they do call they are in need of your help. Telling a potential customer that you dont know of any other services and you are not able to help them in a monotone unforgiving tone is probably the worst customer service you could give to anyone. There is room for improvement, sorry for the harsh rating.

We sold my husbands camper four years ago and the new owner did not titled it. Left abandoned without keys. We received letter that it was at the storage lots and due to be disposed of. Charges racking up by the day. Very stressful! The great people at Quad City Towing dismissed all charges and will dispose of it for us. I cannot begin to thank them enough. My husband is on hospice now and this will be just one thing less that I have to deal with. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This place is so awesome!!! I recommend QuadCity Towing be your first and last option, when in need of towing. My car shut off and wouldnt start back up at 3:00am. To top it off, I didnt have much money on me but their price was so affordable and they arrived to me in 13mins. The customer service lady was the best! She was so concerned and offered to stay on the phone with me until the tow guy arrived. Love this place!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. This company is the worst and there front desk clerk is as rude as they come. They overcharge people and take advantage.

Driver pulled out and went around me while yielding at an intersection waiting for an ambulance with lights and sirens to pass. The red & black flatbed. I suppose if you cause a wreck thats just more business.

I needed my truck towed down to my auto guy. Quad City Towing was at my house within 15 minutes and was cheaper through them then my insurance.

This company does not take debit or CC over the phone they say for peoples safety but in reality they impound your vehicle so you have to pay the $25.00 a day fee and they make more money. This is ridiculous, not only does it cause a daily complication in the customers life but a hardship and then a possible job loss because of it because you cant get to work, I had the money to have my car towed they didnt let me pay over the phone my car would have been fixed tonight and no it wont be it will have to be picked tomorrow fixed tomorrow and now I will not have a way to work, I will next time make sure to call the the towing co we usually use at my place of business and will definitely refer my business friends, friends and family to not use you all. thank you

Driver lives on 15th st in rock island. Leaves his truck run all day and night. Parks the wrong way on the street. Call and ask them to shut off get attitude from people there saying I need to go tell him to shut it off.

Front desk/ cashier with the unwashed blond hair, has got to be the rudest, crudest, most unprofessional individual Ive ever met. Free flowing profanity and a horrible attitude; totally inept at customer service!I would wait days for another service before using QC Towing... I cant even express my disgust.
