I got exactly the cut I wanted and the price was great! They did a great job with maintaining as much social distancing as possible, which I really appreciated.

I am new in town and badly needed a haircut. I asked for the first available appointment and was able to get one within 20 minutes with Nayeli. She gave me a mask that hooked behind my ears to replace the one I had that attached behind my head. I didnt give her instructions except for do what you think will look good and leave it a little long.She did a great job, and took time to layer it nicely. After my shower this morning it was easy to comb back into place, and it stayed well through some window-down driving trips. I got a compliment from a neighbor this morning, who had noticed my hair had gotten pretty long.The seniors rate price was very reasonable.Im very pleased, and will be back.

I used the online application to make a reservation. I thought the application was a brilliant idea. I showed up at my assigned time only to be passed up by a customer that had not made a reservation. I then was told to wait an additional twenty minutes. I like the idea, but the execution lacked something. I didnt stay.

My experience was absolutely awesome. Mina was the young lady that cut my hair, and from the start, she was extremely inviting and cordial. She made me feel very comfortable and really cared that I received excellent service. This was a great experience for me since I am currently looking for a permanent place to have my hair cut. I will definitely be back because of how I was treated and attended to by Mina. The haircut was excellent and exactly what I wanted. The other young lady, although I dont remember her name was also very nice and attentive. Great employees and great service.

Awesome experience. Was taken care of Denisse who I have been going to for a very long time, where ever she is at. She is fun to be around, and takes good care of her clients. She loves to understand what the client wants and always makes suggestions with her knowledge in haircuts.

The staff here are excellent, friendly, and patient with my son. The check in system is easy to use. Most times we have waited for an hour to be seen; we tend to go at the same time in the evenings though which might be their rush hour. The place is clean, they do have a comfortable waiting area, and they do sell hair products.

I came in about 40 minutes until close and I already felt bad for doing so but the staff could care less and welcomed me in anyhow. There were only two stylist and one already had a client so Hope sat me immediately. All I wanted done was a wash because my hair and scalp had seen better days. She was sweet and easy to talk to. Asked her about the MVP and she made just a wash a mini spa treatment which I needed after a stressful day at work. The other stylist was just as friendly and all four of us in that store just chatted until we were all done. 10/10 you girls rock.

I have been getting my hair cut by Denisse for about 5 and a half years and couldn’t be happier! I have followed her to Sports Clips from where she was previously and even waited to get my haircut by her when I was living 8 hours away for school. It is pretty hard to find a person as engaging, friendly, and detailed as her. I have got my Grandma to go to her as well (and she is very particular about her hair) and she was in love with the work Denisse did and greatly enjoyed her personality. Wherever Denisse is, that’s where I’m getting my haircut and recommend her 10000000%!! Ask her about her cute dog, Boots!

I just moved in town and decided to try this highly recommended haircut, but got very disappointed today. I didnt get any greetings since I entered this store. I got that since I am new and a lot of people were there already. But all three employees including the owner just totally ignored me (later on my family) during the over 45 minutes waiting time. Its really long waiting time and the status update monitor clearly suggested I should be on deck but it ended up thats not true. They pretended that they didnt hear my question why. No words at all! I still patiently waited for another ten minutes also, still the same and everyone treated me as air. Im not sure whats wrong. Im a very quiet and polite guy, rarely left negative feedback but I think the Google review of this one was so wrong and I got to alert other folks like me, new face in this town!!

I went in for the simplest of haircuts. Shave my head or remove my hair. Lady was super sweet and attentive, but left a bunch of hair on the back of my head. I still had to shave my head when I got home. I was not able to see that in the mirror, front view. First and last time I go to Sports Clips.

We took my two boys (10 & 7) to Sports Clips yesterday for the first time because they wanted to get some designs shaved in the sides. I called and was told Mina knows how. She was amazing! The kids love their cuts. We will be back!

Left hairs behind my ear, the lady cutting my hair multiple times didnt know how to blend the fade nor had a guide, first time I went there it was perfect and styled correctly but the few times I went back, they left hair behind my ear and they dont shave it to as low as I need and then mess it up when I pointed it out... They need new and experienced barbers because Im starting to feel like they let anybody in and need certain people for fades because one out of the 4 times i went was good and that one time it went good she was nice, talkative, and knew exactly what I wanted...Im a tipping typa person but just hard when u didnt get what you wanted...

Great hair cuts for men! Very efficient, friendly and professional.

At first, I wanted to see how well this location could handle men and kids cuts. I have friends who have owned salons and barber shops and I can honestly say that they have exceeded my expectations. The service is great and friendly and they know how to cut hair. Small kids feel welcome and they treat them like their own kids, not just customers. Wait time can add up on busy days, but most days it is less than 20 min. Always have a coupon or deal going on, whether it is $$ off or % off or free upgrade. And do not forget your lollipop when you leave.

Denise my hair stylist was amazing. I definitely would have paid more for my cut. She knew exactly what my head needed.. I came out looking slimmer cause she knew how to texture my hair. Only bad part was that I live in Sacramento and its 6hrs away from me.

Everyone that works there is super kind and attentive! i’m a woman who came in for a trim and some layering and natasha did a wonderful job. it might be visually geared towards men, but i felt totally comfortable being here and getting my hair cut here.

It seems that the person who cut my hair was never trained. I asked for my haircut to be as follows (and even showed a picture): Start with clippers at a 2 and fade up to a 4, blend this into the top hair where you will cut off an inch and a half.She started with a 2 as expected but clearly was uncertain what to do then she switched to a 4 and cut the top part. Then she went back to a 2 and cut the part she just did with the 4. so instead of slowly going from a 2 to a 3 then to a 4 it was all a 2 with a large amount of patches.Next she began to scissor cut the top. Usually the hair stylist will use a comb to brush up then fingers to hold the hair flat and then cut. This lady simply free styled. She sometimes used a comb, other times used her fingers, but most of the time just cut with one hand. Resulting in many different dips and uneven sections.Finally she asked how I wanted the back and I told her squared. Which should just be a straight line across. But she decided that she wouldnt so whenever I looked at the end of my haircut I said uhh can you cut the back so it is a straight line. She said yes and then continued to act like she was. She didnt actually let me look again with the mirror. I then left and my wife said why is the back of your hair not straight. So I went back in and the lady who cut my hair said my hairline was too high and that would look weird and that is why she wouldnt cut it how I asked. So finally she just did it after questioning my opinion for 3 minutes.The resulting hair cut was completely uneven left side of the top was very close to the 2 she cut on the sides (almost blended but not quiet) and then the right side being about 3 inches long with random dips and uneven sections in the middle. The sides were almost a 2 like I mentioned before but had random long patches all over. The back was finally squared, but the hairstylist I went to in-order to get my hair fixed after this mess said she cut it like an inch above my hairline in the back, I guess just to spite me for not agreeing with her.It sucks that I had to go pay another place to fix my hair because it was so bad. The haircut to fix my hair took longer than a normal haircut I would get, but still took less time then the cut I got at SportsClips.A side note: my wife was watching other people as they were leaving and said that my hair was not the only bad looking cut, but most people had very uneven poorly cut hair.I will not be returning and I hope that this review helps others avoid the experience I had.
