Asked for a full acrylic set. No color wheel to choose from. Poor attention to detail. Jenny does not do a neat job, there was gel on the cuticles etc. Refused to reshape the nails that I noticed were uneven

Over priced.. Avoid this nail salon, they will try and rip you off for simple stuff.... place is disorganized and not well attended... No color pallets available ...

Their over priced, Jenny charged you for things that they didnt do ..Her work is poor the polish is cheap and old and peel off .she never willing to fix without charging. IVE never gotten my nails done and the polish comes off every time n less than 2 days I complained and she still want to charge .dont go here trust me you will be disappointed

She ruined my lashes they look terrible. I asked her to fix them and she did not fix them and then later tried to fake cry and call the cops when I asked her to fix them and told her I was giving a bad review . DONT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE or service. Neither of the Two know how to run a business .

It was a manicure nightmare. I sat and asked for tip nails The lady called Jenny was trying too hard to make you feel nice asked me a lot of questions about my life which now makes me uncomfortable I was naive to answer . She automatically assumed I wanted square nails and had very poor attention to detail with unpainted spots I even had to tell her to pain the nails were not polished molded my nails looked so thick and cheap . She was not even finished with my nails and she started doing another customer eye lashes leaving my hand under UV light/heat for more than 5 minutes She overlapped me and another customer to fix someones eyelashes who walked in unexpectedly making me wait extra time for about 15 minutes . And honestly I wouldnt have mind the wait but she did a poor job in my nails no dedication a very slappu job I didnt even tip her and I could not complain because I have a baby waiting for me at home so I couldnt stay any longer than all the time I was already there. The place was very messy and dirty . I totally regretted switching my normal nail place thinking I would give this place a try . It was a total waste of $55 dollars .I would NOT go back do not botter to enter this place they do not care about their customers

Worse place, they overcharged me I just wanted a simple long nails and got this and I paid 60$
