June 28 l requested to have my eyebrows clean up the technician burned my eye area. She then put wax on my brows! Why would you do this...The female look at me and walked away. Ten years l have been a customer at this location. Ladies stay clear!

They are very unprofessional. No one speaks English and when you ask a question they yell at you.

They dedicated the time that I needed to do the work. My nails came out very nice even if they were super short. If you thinking to walk in, make sure to have enough time. Sunday early afternoon they only have 2 technicians. Still youll get tge attention you need.

My nail technician was UNAVAILABLE. So I tried this place. Beautiful color polish not too expensive but my technician was rough. My nails are crooked and she did them very quickly. You need a rush job go here but if you are looking for an experience this is not the place.And I have very long nails that are not tips.

HORRIBLE!!! I’ve been doing my nails for YEARS and have never had such a bad experience. i was here once before for a filling and had a great experience with a man. No cuts, perfect shape, and painting and they even gave me a discount for gel polish so I decided to come back. When I came back I wanted to soak off my acrylic (because they were splitting from my actual nails) and get a new set with regular polish. At first my nails were soaking in a bowl in cold acetone (which ofc was not doing anything cause it needs to be warm) while someone else was using the heated acetone machine. After the person was done I had to ask to use the machine. No one came to file down the goop as it was coming off and they gave me a file and basically told me to do it myself. Before it was ready someone rushed to do my nails and not all acrylic was coming off so they pulled them off with tips. My real nails were breaking and coming off with the Acrylic. But regardless of this—-they put on a new set of acrylic that was way too thin to “make it look natural”. Before they put on new polish two nails already broke from simply tapping them gently on the table. Some nails were crooked I had to ask to have it straightened. I had to ask to thicken the acrylic cause ofc you want them to break so I can come back and get it fixed so you can make money off me. I was cut multiple times with the machine around my nail bed. The acetone over the cuts burned me. The person was extremely rude about the whole situation and said they had been doing nails for years and never had such a difficult client. I’m not difficult I’ve been to other nail salons that do great jobs, have soaked off acrylic without breaking my nails, have perfect shapes, and don’t cut my damn fingers taking days to heal. Unbelievable. I didn’t even wait to dry the polish I just walked out I was so upset. Maybe the man is good but I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Theyre not too pricey and they work really well. My nails dont even look fake.

I’ve been going to this place for a couple of years now. They do a great job plus the gel lasts me about a month. This place is highly recommended. Oh and the prices are great!

Been getting my nails done here ever since I moved to Jersey City an that was 4 years ago. Ask for tony or Helen, there the owners and there the best! I don’t go anywhere else, everytime I try to use another nail salon my nails always fall apart. There super friendly. Go to everyone except Lilly, sorry but she does everything so lazy feet still be dirty after a pedicure.

Waste of money. They are very unprofessional. Their equipments are outdated. They only have one good lady that works there. I would never go back to this place and I hope you don’t waste your money there either. I got a gel pedicure and the polish is horrible. It looks worse than what I even went it with.

I have come here for years and I love this place! Great customer service and they are the best at what the do, not to mention being up to date with all the hottest nail art for reasonable prices. I no longer live near this nail salon but I still take the drive because it’s worth it.. Although I prefer Tony to do my nails if I cannot see him it’s fine because I leave happy every time ...! I Highly recommend Nail Envy to all my family and friends..

If I could give Zero stars I would. Where do I start? The woman giving me a pedicure painted worst than my 4 year old niece and when I approched the shop owner asking was someone else available to repaint my nails she sent me back to the same girl who rushed the whole time. Not to mention they dont properly sanitize the tools or change gloves in between each client which I didnt realize till the person after me went. The same day I decided to get a full set no gel, and the woman doing my acrylic started to get aggressive with me after realizing I didnt want gel (I dont like the UV light which I explained to her) She also tried to make me feel bad saying youre the only one in here who doesnt want gel.. like okay and ?? Anyways as she continues to do my nails she burns me SEVERAL times with the automatic nail file, which she just ignored and continued to rush and burn me some more. She than forced me to put my nails under the UV light saying it would help dry them... which burned me some more. In conclusion she was just ROUGH the entire time and she charged me $5 for a mediocre nail design.. On top of this when I told her my method of payment was card she tried to force me to pay with cash...I will NEVER go back to this place. And I hope they get shut down. Im reporting you to the department of Health.

This place only try get over on you they o et charge and then do a horrible job. WENT IN TO GET A FULL face wax she said $27 after she was finished I WAS LIKE SO why is there still hair on my chin she said thats extra $15 she said the chin and face wax is different and its addition never again. Didnt even plucked the the hair that was not caught be aware money hungry but poor service

I used to be a regular customer so I can speak from experience. The staff is rude and do not care about their customers. Long wait times. Very aggressive. 10/10 I would not recommend this place. I recently got my nails done hoping it would last 2-4 weeks atleast. Not even a week later my actual nails begin to break, and the nails start to pop off. I went there to ask if they can fix it and they were charging me even more money to get them fixed. I had gotten gel nails with the powder so youd expect them to last. NEVER GOING BACK! I wasted my time and money.

Service was horrible, when to get a pedicure and wax my brows the lady that was going to do was using the gloves that she was using from God knows when.She was just rushing worst pedicure every. She also akin me how I was going to pay and I told her card and she was showing me where the atm was I think that not her busy .The owner was the one who was my brows she wasnt gentle at all and was about to get upset when I told her that I needed them smaller. Over all I would recommend it serve was poor and the dont santize well.

I use to be a regular here but God services are horrible. I no longer live in the area but I broke two nails and just so happen to be near plus my friends wanted a pedi. We got in at 11:45 am and was told well be seen in 10-15 mins. 30mins later they still havent seen us and told me I have to wait because I didnt get my nails done there. Keep in mind I just needed a repair which would have taken 10 mins tops. But they kept ignoring me when asked when will I be seen. Then they took other ppl before my friend for her pedi and left her there with her feet in water for an extra 15 mins doing nothing when she got up to walk out they were telling her to wait but we already waited roughly 50 mins. Wasted out time and they have nasty attitudes. Please dont waste your time and money here.

I keep trying to see if they get better. But I wait there to get my nails done. When I get someone the process is tough. It felt like they was pulling my cuticle off. I dont know if it was the person or the instrument but it wasnt pleasant. Each nail has a different shape. I came in with one nail cracked towards the inside. You would think thats the only one that would be different. Which I normally dont complain because i do have soft brittle nails so its hard to size up but after doing my nails the tech got up and went to the back. I kept my hands in the light till it went off. Im sitting there for the tech to come back and nothing. One of girls saw I didnt have my hands in and told me to put my hands back in. I told her the light isnt on. She called for my tech and all they did was say she is finish. I till had nail polish on my skin let alone still blood coming out of my cuticles. The girl came over slap lotion on my hands rub the top and told me im done. I HAVENT EVEN PAID YET. they kept saying you can go and Im looking at them like what. I should of just left and kept my money to get a redo somewhere else. Color is cute though.

I didnt even want to put 1 star. Never in my whole life have I walked into an establishment and been treated so poorly. I simply walked in and asked for 1 nail to be fixed because it broke off and I was told to get out in but so many words. The lady sitting right behind the atm machine stated to me without even looking up we only fix for customers.What the hell am i considered if i walk into your store and ask for you to do my nails? A CUSTOMER. I have never been treated so poorly before. Do not waste your money in this ghetto, unprofessional hole in the wall. They have zero respect and even less customer service skills.

Staff was very rude because I was asking questions about prices. One staff said I asked too many questions and walked away from me right in the middle of my conversation.

The only place Ive ever been with my gal pal where it wasnt a bunch of Asian ladies shouting over each other the entire time I sat there. I dont care what nationality or ethnicity the people. Dont sit and shout in a language you know no one else understands. Its a very odd and rude thing to do.

The costumer service is ridiculous! came in to an empty salon and had to wait 30 mins for one of the nail techs to service me meanwhile 3 of them were sitting around eating, gossiping and ignoring their duties.
