Ive been here a few times and its always such a pleasant experience. They care about making you feel welcome and comfortable. Most salons stress me out and make me feel on the spot cause theyre overbooked and want me to yell across the room what I want, but that is not at all how Spa Nature is. I really adore this place. Naomi did a wonderful job on the nail art I asked for today and I just honestly couldnt be happier.

Not a good experience. My nail artist was rushing the whole time. She was too harsh and fast while doing the exfoliation, which even left a mark on my feet and it hurts. The nail colors were not done professionally either. I asked for coffin for my hands but got almond nails. They do follow Covid protocol closely and the entire store looks clean and nice.

This is my favorite spa ever! It’s always clean and spacious. They always have new colors and so many options to pick from! I have sensitive nails but I love the fact that technicians are so understanding and they take their time to care for them. My go-to is Marta who does an amazing job and makes my nails last more than 2 weeks with her skills. Jenny, the owner cares a lot about her customers and her business. Always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to be flexible. 100% recommend!

Visited for a basic pedicure and had a great experience. Call ahead for an appointment, as they have very thorough COVID protocols and are not accepting walk-ins at the moment.

Hygiene up to best standards. Good for walk- in or scheduled appointments. All inclusive services offered. Waxing, massage, facials. Warm and friendly with clients. ATM available. Drinks available. Massage chairs are excellent.

I had such a nice experience at Spa Nature. Luckily, it is right by my building but I would definitely make the trip to come here if youre a bit further away. Everything was extremely clean and they took many safety measures. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and relaxing.

I never leave reviews but I felt so comfortable here so I wanted to spread the word. Its been two years since I have gotten a Mani/Pedi due to CoVid. I felt nervous but this nail spa took every possible precaution: temp check, everyone masked, contact tracing, disposable plastic over chairs, appointment only, plastic shields by mani stations. Its super clean and spacious and Ofelia was very nice and did a great job. Massage chairs are very comfortable. I am so impressed and will certainly be back.

This is my absolute favorite nail salon! I am so sad to be leaving JC because I love spa nature. Jenny is amazing and super accommodating. All of the ladies who do mani pedicures are super clean. The whole spa is super clean and you can tell they take covid rules and policies seriously! My best friend drives up 40 minutes just so we can have mani pedi dates here because it is truly amazing!! I love the massages and I feel like they are very decently priced. I’ll be sad leaving jersey but I will def be back for spa nature!

Overpriced. Gel peeled in a week. Nails were over-filed and at uneven angles; woman had been looking everywhere but my nails as she did them.

Very Clean and safe! Great service and will be returning. What a great, convenient spot, right down stairs from my apartment building. Lovely staff that you can have a nice conversation with. Exceptional massage during pedicure. It is really a treat to enjoy a treatment at Spa Nature.

I have been to many nail salons in Jersey City and this is by far the best. Great service, clean, staff is friendly, trustworthy covid procedures. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to Spa Nature for almost 3 years and it is the cleanest, calmest, most professional salon I’ve been to in a long time. My services are always beautiful and to my liking and the customer service is extremely friendly and thoughtful.

Spa Nature is super clean and very relaxing. Everyone who works there is highly skilled, so I never worry about requesting a specific person. They get really busy on Thursdays and Fridays, but Ive never had to wait more than 20 minutes. My nails always look great, and Ill happily be loyal to Spa Nature for years to come!

I really like Spa Nature and I am a regular there. However, they do not offer dip polish which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. The staff is so great though so I keep going back!

Best spa in Jersey City!The owners are such great people and the staff is lovely. I have been going to this spa and another spa they own (Grace Spa) for more than 10 years. Mani and pedis are done with care and last for weeks.They are really doing it right during this pandemic. I feel safe and know that the spa is following all safety guidelines to keep their clients and staff safe and healthy. 🙏🏻♥️I could not wait to get back to a mani pedi schedule and I am impressed with how Spa Nature is stepping up and I wish them and their staff all the best during this difficult time. I had a nail extension and a pedicure. The service was good, the location looks very nice. And the results are really good too. I only give 4 stars because i prefer single use files/buffers and fresh disinfected utilities. This was not the case - which is a pity. They could do very well if they would care more about the disinfection.

Last pedicure left much to be desired so this time tried it with the callous removal. Same lackluster final result again. Heels are still rough and they were not bad to start with. Wont be giving them another chance. You can get far better service elsewhere.

Spa Nature is a 2nd location of my favorite nail salon in JC- Grace Nails. Im so happy they have opened a location right here at 18 Park! This new salon is top notch and very modern! The mail bar is so cool and screaming for a girls day out. They are currently offering 20% too! This should be everyones go to in the area. I love their spa pedicures(Lavender and mint). The also have a rewards program so as you build up you can redeem for services (I was able to get a pedicure after about 7 times getting a gel mani/pedi. At this location they are also offering massage and eyelash extensions!

Overpriced, services - ok. There are many alternatives in the neighborhood with much more better services and fair prices.
