This mine and my husband first time here and they have called and answered very professionally through the whole process. They are very helpful doesn’t matter who answers. Even through this whole pandemic they managed to give calls back and leave text messages to get back to them. You can also manage the payments on how it is easier for you which is a plus. Would really recommend this place to anyone seeking legal help!

Getting in touch with them (via both phone & email) is near impossible even though youre a paying customer. They are absolutely terrible at follow up and the office staff is not very competent. They omitted important details from an application which could have had terrible consequences and did not even express any apology. Their forms are not current and office staff isnt very savvy about the immigration process. Do not trust them to go over fine details with sufficient attention needed. They will overlook things and make errors. Very frustrating so steer clear and go elsewhere...

This Law Firm is nothing but a scam!!! They took 2 payments from me but failed to even set up a court date. (Family Court). Attorney tried calling me 2 weeks later. I lost out on $550 for nothing, They took my money refuse to give a refund and they didnt eveb make one call in my behalf!!!SCAMS and is sad they scam the hard working people !!!!!!!

They charge$200 just for consult...😑I dont have an account with them Ive been did any business with them and I know this because I gave them a call to find out how much was going to be for getting three green cards.They told me they need to check all my info submitting application but first they need to verify if I will qualify with all this being said they say the first thing is a $200 pay for the consultant with the lawyer so from that moment I said no thats too much but anyway I know theres a lot of people who can afford it Im just giving you a heads up for all the other people.

Useless do not use this law firm. Extremely unprofessional. Are constantly haggling you at the beginning to hire their firm. After lawyers fee was paid it was almost impossible getting an update on my case. They have no sense of urgency. When I finally got thru they said they had no idea when they can even update me if my application was even sent. Any time they get a bad review they always point to say we cannot find you in our database. That just shows you how unprofessional they are and how they clearly don’t know how to take accountability. The attempt to discredit your clients is extremely disrespectful and ethically wrong. The sense of urgency to resolve an issue should be when a client reaches out initially not when you get a bad review.

We recently lost an uncle due to Covid and came to the law group to assist in expediting his mother and sister to come to the US for his funeral. They had my aunt sign a contract which is understandable and had to pay $400 up front all to be told that our family in Mexico had to go to the American consulate, which WE ALREADY KNEW beforehand and had mentioned it upon the consultation. They no longer assisted us since said that was all they can do and refused to refund her! They are a bunch of scammers and still had the audacity to call our family and ask to get our taxes done and to recommend them.They’re more interested in money and reviews rather than actually helping people.-no, the process is not confusing. What’s confusing is that you charge $400 to give advice on something we already knew and ended the remainder of the interactions unless we wanted to get our taxes done.Unless we are getting a refund their is no reason to speak with anyone in your dishonest firm.

The customer service is horrible, would not ever recommend. I had to come to the office multiple times because they needed paper signed, when in reality they have no organization. Each time I went they kept trying to make me sign the same exact papers claiming I hadnt signed them. When I kept telling them that I had already signed these papers they kept denying that I had, even though I had a copy of the signed papers. They went as far as to call my mother and I crazy. Id give this place 0 stars if I could, but honestly all they care about is the money.

I went in for a consultation for a U-Visa. I meet with two paralegals, the paralegals review your case before you actually meet with an attorney. After they reviewed my case they went to the attorney and returned to me and told me that they attorney said he would not take my case due to insufficient evidence. I had only called the police on my husband one time when he hit me and that would not be sufficient to win a case so they could not take the case on. I had done my research and i knew that for the U-Visa if you had witnesses that were willing to give statements immigration would take that into consideration. I also had to go to therapy after I left my husband to get over years of abuse. I tried explaining everything to the paralegals they did not want to hear me out. One of the paralegals genuinely seemed sympathetic she said I am so sorry we cannot help. The other seemed like she just wanted me to leave to get the next appointment in. Nevertheless I felt like they were more interested in getting cases that they knew they could win. They advertise that they help people advocate for people that need a voice they did nothing to help me. I know that I should of left my husband when the abuse started but I was 18 I was young and dumb I thought I was in love. I never wanted him to get in trouble and when I explained that to the paralegals they made me feel ashamed, they stated I should of called the police more times to help myself. That is easier said than done your job is to help people not make them feel worse for what they have been through. I was able to find another attorney that was very sympathetic and helpful she heard me out and know we are moving on with my case.

Ok, first things first I called this firm and a compassionate lady Daisy picked up with great enthusiasm, I immediately felt comfortable. Usually, in a legal environment while speaking with an attorney can be quite intimidating. NOT HERE. I felt complacent and at ease speaking over my personal situation with Attorney Andy Ybarra. The consultation is CONFIDENTIAL AND FREE. I hire a lawyer for child support and then I canceled it because I didn’t want it to continue, but I almost paid it of, I paid $3,900 and they said that they’ll call me for a refund and show me how much money was used. And they never called me.
