One of the best towing companies I’ve used to this day, gave me a great estimate even looked out for me a little bit because of the far distance the car needed to be towed. Just simple conversation but it is so much better than not saying anything at all. He talked me through what he was doing before doing it. Had a tire issue with my Ford dually and was stuck at a gas station about 40 minutes outside of Jacksonville. Allen w Troyz Towing was dispatched through my roadside service and he gave me a call telling me when he was leaving and how long it would be. He was right on time and was very polite, he got my truck up onto the flatbed quickly and safely. He towed my truck to the closest tire center that had a tire in stock and before he would unload it, he made sure they did have it in stock. He even said, If they dont, we will get ya to a store that did have a tire. He definitely made sure I was taken care of.

My car was cited by the city to be removed before 1pm and Troys towing service was able to help me before the city impounded my vehicle. Billy was the driver, he kept great communication with me the entire time, and notified me when he arrived to my home. I hope not to be in that situation again, but if I ever need another tow. I’ve never had to have my car towed, and of course breaking down I was already freaking out about making sure my car got fixed right away. My insurance took awhile to find a towing company, but once it was assigned, Troy’z was there within 15 minutes! I had Bill as my driver, he was very professional in picking up my vehicle and was very friendly towards me on the ride to the auto shop, we both shared stories of “just our luck with vehicle” stories. He gave me some advice on my vehicle and was very pleasant. I couldn’t ask for a better towing experience.

All you have to do is give a little bit of information over the phone and then they will give you an eta on the driver. The driver then calls you with another eta on how far till you. I flew from South Korea to get rid of a car that my brother racked. I was try to get rid of a car that was out of battery and had a flat tire to sell it. The company was very disappointed with the fact of not scheduling the time right but then I have met Allen at last. He jump started the car which it was located in my backward after the narrow path. He told me the stuff that I am supposed to keep even though I am getting rid of the car, which I didn’t know even after I have checked what I needed it. We had a 15 passenger wide body Ford F350 to be towed to the shop for repairs. Allen the driver was very profession and did an excellent job. This is a difficult vehicle because of the size and length. It is 9 feet high. If you need to be towed this is a great company and Allen did an excellent job!

I had a flat tire and needed to use this towing service to get my car to the tire shop. I wasnt able to stay with my car while waiting for it to be towed so I had to leave my car with the key under the mat. Billy was my driver, he called me when he was on his way, he called once he arrived, and sent out a text letting me know that the car had been dropped off to the tire shop. I didnt absolutely feel great about leaving my vehicle that way but by Billy calling me with an ETA and letting me know once he was with my vehicle it made me feel much much better and once the truck was delivered to the shop I was able to stop by and very satisfied with how he parked my truck on the property, perfect condition. I definitely would recommend the company they came at the time that they said they would and everything was in order thank you again Billy

Very unprofessional!! The man who towed my car was very nice told me they had a shop in the back and gave me their card to call if I needed their service because he was so nice I decided to give them a chance called for them to tow my car to the shop took 8 hours for them to come that should of been my 1st clue got my car to shop NOT one time did they call to discuss my car the only time I spoke with someone was when I called and the girls I spoke with are very unprofessional very uninformed keep telling me different things then finally told me my car was not at the shop they sent it to the dealership no one ever called me to tell me anything I called Friday sd shop was closed call Monday and speak with troy well today is Monday and apparently troy is again off and the shop is closed smh very poor service no communication its been a week and a half with my car

Needed a tow due to brake failure. I waited 5 1/2 hour for Metro Towing sent by my insurance company - they never showed up. Tried again the next day and Troyz Towing came to my rescue.
