We highly recommend St. Louis Hot Tub Warehouse! We needed to replace an 18 year old hot tub located inside with a number of special issues to figure out for installation of the new spa. Mike, the owner has been very helpful and patient throughout the process. Working directly with the owner has been great.The products carried at St. Louis Hot Tub are among the best in the industry, they offer great selection, prices are excellent, and the customer service is tops so I would do business with Mike & St. Louis Hot Tub Warehouse again in a heartbeat!

There was no pressure to buy. Went there to buy, knew what we wanted. They did deliver as well. They helped us with a filter issue and were promptly to do so. Mike did a great job.

Great people. Went to get some information on what I needed to do for the spa and they were very informative and helpful. Unfortunately you have to do a lot of the setup ahead of time before theyll bring the spa.

Will most likely end up purchasing a new hot tub there. Very friendly staff, and Jerry is so level headed and tells you so much about what youre buying.Edit: I did it!

Jerry and the team were outstanding. His guidance and knowledge are exceptional, and he was able to direct us to the right hot tub for our needs. The purchase, installation and quality of the VITA SPA hot tubs was great! We should have done this a long time ago! If you are considering a hot tub, go see them in person, walk around the showroom, and find the right option. You wont be disappointed.

Just spent 6,000 for a hot tub, hopefully my last purchase of one

Asked them to do a repair on my hot tub and they said the job would be too tough and it would cost me a ton of money. Said it would then probably break in a few months. Hope you didn’t buy a hot tub from them and want it repaired.

Didn’t have a great experience with Jerry the previous owner but the new owner Mike seems to care about customers and I had a decent experience with him.

Not only do you get the most competitive price my wife and I found for a new hot tub, but Jerry and his staff are top notch (and honest!) professionals. Ill give an unqualified recommendation for this company, right down the line.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Talked to the guy on the phone and he said that he was getting tubs in a week or two and if I wanted one to come in and claim one right away. Went in the next day, and he said that he wasnt getting any in for at least two months... Took an hour to drive there and hear this bs. I walked out with the cash that I had in my hand for a new tub.

Got a great deal on our hot tub. Delivered it exactly on time and the guys were awesome hooking the tub up.

Jerry made an important decision easy and negotiated very fairly. We reviewed multiple spas at multiple locations and ultimately decided on his store and a tub there given his ease to deal with and a final wet test. Once the tub was delivered we realized we didnt measure the tub to fit under and around our deck to our patio spot. No problem, Jerrys installation guys came back the next day when my son got some friends to help with the simple, yet heavy maneuvering. Thanks Jerry!

After looking at several spas, we found Jerry at St. Louis Hot Tub Warehouse. We really appreciated his knowledge and no pressure sales process. Everything from the wet test to delivery and first service call (I put the mineral stick in the wrong spot) has been easy and enjoyable. We have had our Cabaret model spa for about six weeks and love it. I highly recommend Jerry and St. Louis Hot Tub Warehouse.

Bought a DreamMaker Big EZ from Jerry 2 weeks ago--we are extremely satisfied. It is performing beyond expectations. I talked to Jerry for weeks before the purchase, and he always answered his phone, and was always helpful. His price was the lowest within a driveable radius. Thanks Jerry!

We purchased a spa from Jerry about a month ago. We had shopped around and decided that Envie from Vita Spa was what fit us the best. The price was fantastic and we are very impressed with its quality. We only had one small issue where we had a small leak imediately after I filled it. Jerry and his guys were extremely responsive and were there the next morning to replace the fitting. Their customer service is top notch!

Absolutely no service after sale, tub had a leak and they ignored my calls, finally I had to threaten legal action then the sent someone out, never fixed the leak and will not even respond to calls/emails.Update! Owner called and apologized and asked if they could make it right, Sent out a repairman and still could not fix leak. Owner offered our money back or full credit towards another tub. We picked out another tub and supposed to be delivered soon. So if all goes well they have redeemed themselves. I have upgraded my rating to 3 stars from 1 and if all goes well it will go up again.Delivered another tub and installed for free. Jerry the owner worked with us and made good on the leaking original tub. I would now recommend this company and return for future business.

Says they will move hot tubs, and I probably have the easiest potential move that I cannot do myself, which they downright refused with 0 explanation.Please dont say you move hot tubs if you do not.

I bought a hot tub with with a six month warranty and seven months later the system goes out. The part is $650 plus labor and taxes and I was told its nothing they can do....

Decent place for midline tubes at a decent price.

After shopping all over town including columbia MO and springfield MO plus we went to a hot tub blowout sale at a convention center (what a waste of time that was) and this place had the best price and product by far! The owner Jerry was not high pressure at all and had many units in stock plus reconditioned units to pick from. His location is not typical or fancy.We ended buying a MAXX 471 off the showroom floor for a great price and 5 yr warranty.fyi..He might not be here all the time (so call first) but he is very accommodating.Update: we had a sight motor issue but they got me up and running pretty quickly!
