I accidentally locked my keys in my car with my puppy at 1am and they came in 45 minutes, exactly as estimated and were great with social distancing. These guys are absolutely amazing!! My motorcycle’s clutch slave went out and I needed to get it towed home. I called and got a price quote and they were out there within 30 minutes. This is the worse situation I ever got into with my car!!! Not to mention i I had to get my family members to get off of work to help. They did not show up at the park so I had to get my family to help me get my car out the mud. Afterwards I contacted them and they still wanted to charge me but said they will refund the mileage when they get there!! THEY NEVER GOT THERE!! I had to wait an whole hour just for them to not show up. I never got a refund of my money back so I’m trying to dispute it with my bank but my bank is now giving me a hard time to get MY money back!! I didn’t receive any service so this is not right and I do not recommend this company at all. Plus they advised me it will take 20-30 minutes to get to the park where I was located but they were not that far because I was literally at Dinsmore park

Excellent service! The driver was very pleasant and he took all the precautions with making sure I was safe and comfortable. He also was all geared up with mask, a pandemic jumpsuit, spray sanitizer and gloves. They did not spare on supplies to fallow CDC rules for the prevention of spreading the covid19. These guys have been so awesome!! Mike and Vincent were huge helps in my time of need. They came to replace my dead battery in what should have been a simple stop -- however -- they were met with multiple challenges all stemming from a badly corroded battery terminal...they were here probably a good hour working in the freezing cold - one of the coldest days here in Jacksonville - and all the time with pleasant attitudes! I got myself stuck in some sand last night at 3:30 am and all of my attempts to get out only got me in deeper. I called this company and when the crew came out, they quickly assessed the situation and made the best decision on how to get me out. Within 20 minutes I was back on pavement. I’d like to thank that crew that helped me last night because I could not have don’t that on my own! I’d like to thank the dispatcher as well because she called me and made me aware of when they would arrive.

I had a non working car battery issue and called several tow companies. I finally heard a caring voice and then secured the service. This was my first time using them and had to call them at night. From the dispatcher Ms. Robin, to the 3 gentlemen that came in the coolest vehicle, dressed in safety gear and so courteous and professional. of The best road side assistance Ive had in 35 years of driving. They went above & beyond. And as a woman I felt safe to know they were there. Will only call on them when needed and referring to All I know, friends, family, at church and at work. Our daughter was broke down on the side of the freeway in Jacksonville. We live in Michigan and I called and she was very professional and prompt to my needs. She made me feel confidant that my daughter would be safe and once they were done fixing my daughters car she called me and told me what was happening and my daughter said the men who came worked well together to get her on her way. I never thought I would be so happy to need a tow truck. I just moved my family here so didnt know who to call. After checking out reviews for tow truck companies, I tried a couple of companies that had mixed reviews and just got rude people. I just got my dream car and sure didnt want them touching it. I ended up searching for the best towing company and just relieved that I found that there is such a thing. the people at A-Hessco Roadside Assistance are polite, friendly and really cared about helping me. Everyone wasnt kidding, the tow truck showed up real fast and those guys sure know what they are doing. Being new here, I appreciated the recommendations and I was not disappointed. The best part was when they said they would bring me home while the tow truck dropped off the car at the dealer. That was convenient and saved me over 2 hours sitting in traffic if I had to get another ride from the dealer. So worth it. I am going to program their number into my wife and daughter phones. I know I can trust my family with this company. Just one less thing I have to worry about if they ever break down. I know they will be well taken care of by these guys.

Being 10 hours from home headed on vacation all was great until i end up with a flat tire on a Sunday not much open it was awful!!! But these guys came out took care of my flat. They showed up very fast and were able to find me a OPEN tire store at 7pm to get me and my kids back on the road... They were amazing stayed with us till all was finished made sure we where safe and back on our way. If Im ever back down that way and in need id call these guys FIRST!!!

They quoted me 30 mins and arrived in 26. They were efficient, professional and got my vehicle to the auto repair shop. They are pretty pricey but overall very satisfied customer and highly recommend.

I called cause I need a tow, only thing wrong with my car is the transmission, I am not even 3 miles from their closest location. They told me it would be $208 to tow. I asked why they said hook up fee is 108. I simply told them I could not afford it and the hung up on me. Incredibly rude and a complete scam.

I used A-HESSCO on Wednesday, October 2nd which was my birthday. I really received a birthday gift that day. The men worked diligently as a team, and demonstrated a very high degree of professionalism by being on time and using radios to communicate effectively. The men worked diligently to get the car on the truck...exhibiting team work at its best. On the way to the dealership, Mike and I talked about the good days and we laughed and laughed. These guys were awesome start to finish! We had a tire blowout on 95 and found their number on google. The girl that answered the phone was nice and calm and helped calm us down. We had three kids and a dog in the car and were two hrs from home, and just 5 feet away from tractor trailer trucks going 70. Needless to say the stress was high. She figured out where we were and got us help within 30 minutes. Those guys got the spare on and us back on road in just 20 minutes of getting there. They have to work in the scariest environment possible but were total professionals. 5 star service!!!

My husband and I were in our RV when the wheel on our tow dolly fell off. Robin from A-Hessco answered and made a stressful situation so much better! She called around to find someone who could fix our tow dolly, sent a flatbed to tow it and then made sure we were ok before she called the flatbed back. Customer service doesnt get better than this! Absolutely exceptional. I was on the side of the highway with a dead battery, literally one mile away from the Auto parts store to get a new one. I call AAA. Theyre estimated arrival time was 10:15PM! The Auto parts store closes at 9, and its almost 8!I looked up Hessco. They were with me in 30 minutes and I got to the store at 8:45. The battery was replaced, and I was able to drive home. They had a great crew making sure everything was safe on the roadside. Mike, who came out to greet me, was very professional.Even better, Hessco said I could show AAA the receipt and I would be reimbursed for the service because the AAA wait time was too long. Apparently this happens a lot to people. (Edit: Since this review was written, I did in fact get that reimbursement.)STRONGLY recommend you use this service if youre in a similar bind. Obviously, its not free but was well worth it.Special thanks to Robin who helped me over the phone, advising me to call the auto parts store in advance, saying to have the new battery ready because I might be getting there close to 9. Very smart!!

Lifesaver. When a tire blew out on our travel trailer, northbound I-95 in St. John’s, this was the only company who would even consider coming to help. The Florida State Police basically told us we were out of luck, so without A-HESSCO we would still be stuck on the side of the road! They came quickly, they were prepared, friendly, and fast. I highly recommend their service.

Most pleasant towing experience Ive ever had from start to finish. They offered the most reasonable rate in town by far and everyone was incredibly polite, professional, and punctual. Heather and the guys are definitely going to be my go to towing company from now on, without question!!!!!

I chose this service over pop a lock. I Paid about $78 for them to unlock my car and they came within a half hour after dispatch. Would have rated 5 stars, but they charged my credit card over the phone prior to service completion as opposed to on the spot once the tech arrives. Other than that, no complaints.

My son had a flat just off of Duval Road (exit 33). I left the house to assist him. Prior to leaving the house, my spouse called another towing company to have them meet me out there. The dispatcher wasnt too pleasant and informed my wife that someone would be calling me. I got the phone call about an hour later, only to have the driver tell me that he was in Orange Park and that he could only tow the vehicle because they dont change tires. I googled roadside assistance and HESSCO appeared. I called and to my surprise, the dispatcher was super pleasant and expressed genuine concern for our safety. She informed me that someone would be at our location in 20 minutes. In my experience when a dispatcher tells you 20 minutes, you can count on waiting an hour or more. Tonight was different! A team of three arrived in 17 minutes! They were professional and moved with military precision. It was like watching a SWAT Team in action! They had my son back on the road in 5 minutes. I highly recommend calling HESSCO if you ever need any kind of assistance on the road. You wont be disappointed!!!

This morning on my way to work my car decided it did not want to make the journey and died on SR23 North Bound. The rapid response team from Hessco showed up in a timely manner and were extremely efficient in getting my car loaded on to the rig and taking it back to my house.

I broke down on I95 last night and it was a nightmare! I tried 4 different towing companys only one answered and put me on hold for 7 & a half minutes so I hung up on them. Then I found, A Hessco roadside assistance and these people have there stuff together I tell you what! The dispatch lady was so nice and calmed me down and asked me alot of questions so she could get me back on the road as fast as possible and she did a great job. The truck pulling up behind me like five minutes after I hung up with the dispatch center! I couldnt believe it. One guy came up to my window and ask if I was ok and asked me to sign some paper work. Two other guys came out of nowhere and had my car in the air and was fixing it! I didnt even get out of my I I car. And I paid for it over the phone so the guy just handed me the paper and said you ready to go and I said dont they have to change the tire and he smiled and said they did. your ready to go. They did the fastest tire change I have ever heard of!! I will recommend them to every body I know!

I called A-Hessco because the tow truck company Metro Towing of Jacksonville that my insurance company had assigned to me claim at 6:15p had not arrived by 10:00p. Can you imagine as a parent having your child sitting on the side of the expressway coming off the Hart Bridge and have the evening turn to night and being told it will be 45 minutes every time you call the tow company. My child called me at 8:30p because his phone was dying and I arrrive to him at 9:00p and still no tow truck. Finally, after being lied to for the final time. I called A-Hessco at 10:01p and by 10:23p they were there with water for me, my son and my little girl that I had to pull out of bed.I am so grateful to A-Hessco and the sweet dispatcher who could her the frustration in my voice and reassured me they were coming. Also to the guys that came out and brought the vehicle to my home who who were professional and courteous. Thank you all so much for going above and beyond to provide me with superior service.

They charged me 100$ just to air a tire up.... a tad expensive some would say highway robbery. the next day I bought a 80$ jump starter aircompresser they wont see no more of my money if I can help it. And before I get a sob story about how they risk there lives I work in road construction I know how dangerous the road is. Still 100$ for a air fill upBlah
