If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Id give this place -100 rating. Terrible terrible service! The people here are god awful and rude. They overcharged an insane amount. This place should be shut down. Literally the worst place Ive ever been. The amount of attitude and disrespect the man and woman had was disgusting.

The owner is rude and very unprofessional. He charged $200 to tow my vehicle 3 miles and demands cash only. Absolutely no way I would ever use them.

Terrible service. My boat was wrongfully Reposessed due to bank auto draft error. I went the very next day and retrieved my boat back from this company and they wouldnt even let me in the gate until I paid $150 although it wasnt even there For 24hrs and they advertise $75/day. They Cracked my driveway driving a big truck on the edge of it. They put my fishing rods down in the boat instead of leaving them at my house. They broke the emblem on the side of my boat and ripped the spot light off of the t-top. They refused to help fix any of the damages and when I got angry and told them that they should be ashamed of treating people and their property that way, The owner even had the nerve to say well I took it for a test drive too. It drives good. Which is very believable considering the nature of these folks and the power was still turned on when I got there to pick it up. The Owner as well as all of the girls in the office were very disrespectful and one of them even flipped me the bird while I was leaving.

Quiet with a professional atmosphere.

They do a great job and are willing to work with anyone. Most of the reviews you see here are people are are ticked off because they didn’t pay their car note and want to whine when it gets repossessed. Then they want to have a bad attitude with the agents when they want to come get there stuff out of the car and wonder why folks won’t roll out the red carpet for them.

I wish there was a zero star rating. It is legally required to have some form of notification stating that the business accepts “cash only” but this business does not. The staff are extremely rude and will not cooperate or getting in contact with the owner. So when you call the owner yourself you will be greeted with “hello? What do you want?” From an old grumpy man that seems to have had his dog ran over the night before your conversation. Extremely rude and unprofessional, how is this business still operating?!?

They were really great. They stayed open and waited for us. Closing time was 5:00p and they stayed until we drove in from an hour away. Was very polite. I would most definitely refer anyone.

Not my vehicle but watched as drivers improperly towed a front wheel drive vehicle on my (not the vehicles owner) property. Any damages will probably result in a lawsuit, any stolen property will result in multiple lawsuits and police reports for theft due to multiple persons property in said vehicle.

I was currently out of town at the time my wife and child was stranded on the road. She called me crying and I tried to help her figure out what was wrong with her car. While she was still on the phone, a man pulled up from what she said was a tow truck. Turned out it was Goines towing and recovery. She said his name was Billy and turned out she ran out of gas. The man was very generous and gave her some gas money to get back home on. I know he also does other things. The man will work with anyone. Thank you so much for your generousity.

I was in a car accident almost a week ago and I haven’t even been to this business yet to get my things out of my car because I had to get Power of attorney paperwork since my husband is deployed and he is the registered owner but I will say I have called them several times and probably drove them crazy, but they have never been rude the lady who answered the phone every time I have called has been nothing but helpful and polite so I’m not sure what people are talking about with there bad reviews because they have been nothing but helpful to me.

I give it two stars because the driver and his sidekick were cool and doing their job. But, I was charged $250 for a 10 mile tow of a 28 camper per someone highers instructions. No more business from me and I certainly will not recommend your company. IMO, the trucks should say BOHICA on the side of them. Bend Over Here It Comes Again!

Very rude and unprofessional. They will harass and threaten. Not a way to do business especially on someone elses property. I understand trying to do a job,but there is a proper way to do buisness. Do your research before you hire or use anyone for towing/recovery.

I know ppl that have been trying to get their belongings for over a wk. Nobody is ever there or answers the phone. They are up there now and nobody there n they got a call at 6 am saying the truck is gone to auction at 10! N they dont c the truck n its 9 am! They have broken so many laws and yet nothing will happen. They need shut down

They came to get my car guy made me do most of the work and then when my kids and I were grabbing some personal things out the car the guy said well u can just ride with me and get things then so go get your purse and when I went to get my purse he took off with me right at the.door of the car and my kids, which put all our safety at risk. So when I called the gentlemen he said yes I pulled the video and we are dealing with some.of the things there driver does and when.I said that wasnt enough bc not only did he lie but he put us in danger and he said well I dont know what u want from me and I said well I want to file a grievance he said for what ptsd I said if thats what it will take to avoid someone getting hurt and he laughed and said well go get pstd and collect some government cheese. Really collect government cheese .....so I hung up and called back and the guy said who is this and I said this is the one who needs to collect government cheese and they laughed and said we have to hang up and laughed. This is one of the worst companies I have EXPERIENCED EVER!!

Rip-off joint.they charged me when my car was towed there for storage when the cop never told me where it was when they finally told me I got there the next day 1200$.bs..Im not paying take me to court!
