All the people that work here are extremely friendly. I am ill a lot of times, and they work with me regarding receiving my payment. I greatly appreciate their commitment and service.

Was told a few days ago that I could refinance my loan and I called today to refinance and was told that since I moved that I could not refinance my loan! Mind you that I told them the other day when they called me that I had moved and they said I could still refinance. I assure you that my loan will be payed off and I will never use this place again!

Well I am currently in default with western finance.I just dont have to money to make my payments due to hardship.I have went over this with Laurie & they were understanding.Since this is not my only debt in default I have had creditors calling me non stop.I need my phone for business to make money, so I changed my number so that customers can call me.Since then western finance has started calling my refrences looking for me.I DID NOT GIVE MY REFRENCE NUMBERS AS CONTACT NUMBERS. THEY DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO CONTACT MY FAMILY MEMBERS TO HARASS THEM. EACH CONTACT HAS THEIR ADDRESS WHICH IS NOT THE SAME AS MINE - SO WESTERN FINANCE KNOWS THAT I AM MOST LIKELY NOT WITH MY FAMILY MEMBERS.YET THEY CALL THEM EVERYDAY.###THE MANAGER WENT TO MY HOME --SO THEY KNOW WHERE I AM.###THE ONLY REASON THEY ARE CALLING THEM IS TO ANNOY THEM.ALSO- NOW IT SEEMS THAT WESTERN FINANCE ALSO VISITS PEOPLES HOUSES IN EFFORT TO COLLECT DEBT.Laurie caves the manager of this location actually came to my home and left her card.I RUN A HOME BUSINESS OPEN TO CUSTOMERS & SHE CAME UP IN MY PLACE OF BUSINESS DURING BUSINESS HOURS IN AN EFFORT TO COLLECT DEBT.THAT IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF DEBT COLLECTION LAWS.I will be reporting the company to the correct officials to handle that properly.UPDATE: I CALLED THIS LOCATION AND TOLD THEM NOT TO MAKE ANYMORE CALLS IN ATTEMP TO COLLECT TO MY REFRENSES AND I TOLD THEM NOT TO COME TO MY HOME.THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD CONTINUE TO MAKE CALLS AND COME TO MY HOME EVEN THOUGH I I TOLD HER NOT TO.IT WAS NOT UNTIL AFTER I TOLD HER I WAS RECORDING THE CALL THAT SHE APOLOGIZED AND TOLD ME SHE WAS FOLLOWING COMPANY POLICY.IF I HEAR ABOUT ANOTHER CALL OR IF THEY COME TO MY HOME I WILL BE FILLING HARASSMENT CHARGES.I ALSO DID FILE THE BBB COMPLAINT. ITS OFFICIAL AND DOCUMENTED BY THE BBB.I am so told my references to let me know if they call them again.If they refuse to abide by fair collection laws I will be posting that recording on their facebook page.That lady was telling me that they would continue to call me references and visit my home after I told her that they were unwelcome.She was trying to scare me into coming up with a payment.SHE WAS TRYING TO BULLY/HARASS ME INTO PRODUCING MONEY.

This store has great customer services and the lovely ladies always have a very welcome smile every time I come into the store.
