They guy that work here is very rude He did not take his time in removing my dip. Their hours of operation say9am- 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday today is Saturday a lady walked He Told her they were close this was at 5:26 p.m. I asked him to remove some More of the glitter That was on my nails after he told me I Was done but then I Ask why are you being rude... please remove the rest of it and he got Upset and told me to go back to Dallas and get them done I WILL NOT GO BACK... the young girl there is nice but the adults are rude

I understand they were tired and busy but being more engaged couldnt hurt. The mani pedi were very nice. She could have spent a min more making sure my nails were completely polished.

RUDE staff. I was double charged and took my bank statement up there and was yelled at. So the manager and I walked over to the bank that they use. The bank told them yes they charged me twice and they still yelled at me while throwing money at me. Not to mention that I left on more than one occasion with my fingers bleeding from them drilling my cuticles. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My daughter and I, plus my sister and her daughters love this place. Very friendly and accommodating. Their quality is superb and they offer the latest trends. Not everyones nails can handle all products and when something doesnt work they come up with alternatives to help see what will work. I just love this family and their work.

The man who does the nails does not take his time my pinky nail is longer than all my nails and the nail and acrylic are separated and when I tried to go back they were closed for 2 days I will never get him to my nails again now getting your feet done that lady is wonderful

Went in and showed picture of coffin shaped nails and told her this is exactly what i want, when i realized she wasn’t doing coffin shape (BEFORE SHE HAD PUT THE POLISH ON) i asked if she could make them coffin shaped, to which she said it was too late. after the fact i asked if she could file them down because they really just looked horrible. even if i had wanted the square shape the nails were terrible. they were almost all crooked, i could see my real nail on my ring finger, and the acrylic was uneven across the top and i was told there was no way to get them fixed. went to the nail salon right down the road and they said it was an easy fix, all they had to do was file them down and recolor them.

I accidentally came here about 3-4 mo ago....I had been going to Walmart in Tyler since I live in Tyler. So happy I stumbled across this shop! The mother, older lady, does magic with the thread for brows. To my surprise I am just as pleased with the wax due to my brows being thin and difficult. Overlays are great as well! #newfavspot

Horrible. The guy there completely jacked up my nails. My acrylics are crooked and uneven. Very disappointed. My eyebrows turned out good but I will NEVER go back here.

Horrible I went in told her what I wanted she shaped my nails how she wanted then tells me thats what I asked for my right hand looked ok now my left every nail was crooked but she said it was my nail that was shaped that way 😡
