Van was absolutely amazing!!! This was my first experience at Cozy Nails & Spa, and theyre now my favorite place in Jacksonville. She was very sweet and friendly. We had a great conversation and she did an amazing job!!! She works at a fast pace and provides excellent quality!!! Shes the best nail technician/artist that Ive ever had. Im extremely impressed with her work!!! I will definitely be back again!!!!

This is the best nail salon in Wilmington! I probably have already reviewed this place, but so what! The mom and son are so professional. They are such a powerful team! Sweet as can be. Very clean and established. I feel very comfortable. She takes her time with your nails and is so precise!

Brought my autistic daughter for her birthday to get her hands and toes done. She had an amazing time. They were really nice and accommodating. Best place Ive been to in Jacksonville.

Went to get my nails done, as accompanied by a service dog, very well behaved, years of training. They told me even though he was a service dog he wasn’t allowed. According to the ADA, service dogs are allowed in public spaces where animals are not normally allowed to be. WILL NEVER COME BACK. Discrimination against your clients and not willing to serve due to my disabilities.... that isn’t right.Edit: I never said any profanities, you can review that on your footage. I clearly exclaimed that it’s a federal law. A client with an allergy was never explained. If that were the case, you could’ve asked me to come back. Please be more educated on the ADA and what a business must allow.

I am visiting North Carolina and needed a mani/pedi along with my brows cleaned up. I have to say, the time spent in this salon was one of the best experiences of my life! They are absolutely beautiful people with an eye for perfection. They ensured they knew what I wanted and boy did they deliver! When visiting again I’ll definitely be back!

I decided to get my nails done today! I looked online to see the hours open until 4pm today. then, I called to see if you need an appointment. which, the site doesnt say it was needed and noone answered. I get here and the lights are out. I will never come here again!

By far the best nail job ever. Patience of a saint...She was able to repair the damages from another place I went to a month ago. Ive only been here three months and leaving my nail guy of six years was hard... I am so grateful to have found Cozy Nails.. My new to go place. This is truly a hidden gem.

I have been going here for over 4 years simply because they do the very best job and have excellent customer service. Jack and his mom have become like extended family. I have beento other nail spas for emergency purposes and NO ONE tops Cozy Nail and Spa!!❤

Jack did and amazing job on my mani and pedi. He was very detailed orientated and made sure everything was to my liking each step of the way lol. His massages were FANTASTIC. Will definitely be returning.

It took 2 1/12 hours to get a mani and pedicure. I got regular polish on my toenails and gel polish on my finger nails. (No nail art) There are only two nail techs working in the shop. The cost was $53.00. Dont go there is you have any other plans for the day.

Very convenient since my gym is next door! Owner was very friendly and professional! Salon is clean and well kept. My friend and I were taken right in both of us got full set. Within 40min we were done! Love this cozy lil place!

Service was ok. Sanitation is sketchy, the man who did my nails used a glove on only one hand that was folded inside out indicating it had been used. After my pedicure, the tub was not washed out. I did not see the utinsiles sanitized either after use. Overall, safety is first and due to the low sanitation of the facility I will not be returning. Would not recommend.

Rushed, on the phone before and during appointment. I got a French tip gel nail set, and my cuticles werent pushed back so theyre already grown out after a week, the whites are crooked, my nails underneath were never filed so theyve grown out of the gel nail already. Bugs were flying around the entire visit. Do not go here.
