Awesome people and very friendly environment! They make you feel so welcome and do the best designs! Been going to them for over a year and recommend them to everyone I know!

Went in next day for a kids manicure and a fresh dip set. Manicure were 10$ up charge and basic with warm water and cuticle trim nothing fancy. Dip application was fine, however a week in three of my nails have already lifted to the tip and one has popped off. The rest are starting to lift at the sides and hardly even grown out so it seems to either be poor quality dip or just not enough prep done on the nail. Child’s manicure with gel polish lasting good. Will give another try.

Love love this place...ever since moving to Jacksonville every place Ive ever gone has done a bad job then a friend of mine told me about Nail Tip her nail tech Chan. Chan does amazing work and shes very artistic ... And shes very honest about what she can and cannot do or what should or shouldnt be done with your nails... I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that and keep in mind when you look at my photos shes fixing what three salons screwed up... This is my forever nail place🥰

PHENOMENAL. i wish i could give 1000000 stars. amazing staff, amazing nail art. amazing overall. i LOVE that this salon is owned by a family; it feels so homey and welcoming. every tech is SO kind and accommodating. they can do ANY nail art (no joke) and it turns out so great! i called at 2:30pm and they got me in by 3:10pm. very clean and professional. this was my first time here and i will most definitely be going back (& bringing all of my buddies with me)!thank you for an amazing experience!update: pedicure was okay, not as satisfying as manicure. massage was 4/10 and polish 5/10. maybe the next one will be better! will still be going back for more.

3D nail drip- YES PLEASE! . This was my first time visiting nail tip, as my previous nail salon had NO CLUE how to do nail art! Chan is amazing bring the design you want, I bet she would make your nails look amazing! Can’t wait for my next visit

First time getting a pedicure, glad it was here; the people are awesome and the atmosphere is great! By the time we finished it was an hour after they closed but they never made us feel rushed I definitely recommend this place!!

The experience was amazing the pedicure massage felt so good and they were so organized. They have lots of colors and designs you can pick from the best nail salon I have been to. :)

If you want to get pampered this isn’t the place. I got SNS and my nails are just ok, not exactly the color I wanted. Some are uneven and she didn’t clean my cuticles. I also didn’t get any hand massaging. Felt rushed.

Recently went here based off of recommendations. Everyone was very friendly and our finger and toe nails look beautiful.

I’ve been coming here since Jr. High and even though they’ve had different management and staff, Nail Tip has been consistent in everything they do.They always do amazing work on my manicures and pedicures. I’m always happy with what they do. I would recommend this place. Amazing work, friendly, clean and listens to what I want done to my nails.

I wouldve given them 5 stars if its not that I spent 2 hours there for just a nail dip, understand that they were short staff but they couldve just call and let me know to come an hour later instead of me waiting there that long ( I could use the time working). But, in a positive note, Chan did a great job with my ombre SNS nail eventhough I want a little darker on my tip, she went with a lighter saying it looks better. The place is clean, nice ambiance, the mom is nice too. I wish them well with their business.

I have been coming here since 2014. Despite several changes in management, the salon has always maintained great quality for a great price. Highly recommended to all my friends and they have never been disappointed either.

Loveee this place! Been going here for over 2 years. My nail lady is tu, I don’t know if I spelled it correct but she’s the sweetest and always does a great job. My polish never chips and my acrylics are never too thick. I don’t go anywhere else I only trust them with my nails. They’re also more affordable than other places I’ve been to but they also do way better of a job so definitely worth the money. They also do the job pretty fast which I love because they do it perfectly still. I have really bad patience and I appreciate that they don’t go super slow. Also the sweetest staff, and always make sure the client is happy. 10/10 recommend to anyone!!!

My experience was not the greatest. I’m use to geth and I had to go to another lady because she was booked and didn’t have the best experience. My nails are every thick, uneven, and crooked. I was also charged $55 for a full short set. Was very unhappy with the service and will not be returning now that geth is not there.

I always feel so welcomed in there a lot of going in there you will not be disappointed when he can go in there theyre always so professional.

Nail tip does a great job. Nail technician that we see is Nikki and she does a wonderful job. Both my sister and myself get a lot of compliments on our nails.

Came in there with my boyfriend and his daughter, the customer service was amazing & the employees were all super friendly. We all got Pedicures and I got an acrylic set. My only complaints and criticism is with the acrylics. She applied 2 layers of acrylic making them super bulky, I also asked for ombre and she used an odd technique that left my polish streaky. My sister is a nail tech and ive never seen such thick acrylics, regardless they look nice in pictures and far away. Might be back for pedicures and the amazing service but I will save my acrylics for a different shop (or at least different tech). Overall an amazing experience for the price.

I went for the first time last week...and fell in love. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I had an appointment and didnt have to wait. Major thing for me. My nails have never looked so natural or the color stay on like this. I also had my eyebrows waxed...Sarah did them perfect..I was amazed. Not to mention, SUPER afforable. Sarah totally rocks! Will be my place from now on!

I am here visiting family for my nephews graduation. When I went into this this establishment, the lady didnt acknowledged me. I told her what I needed and asked how long the wait would be, she still hadnt acknowledged me and she did not look up when she began speaking with an attitude she said I dont know how long the wait will be, we would have to squeeze you in, in between appointments. I said thanks and I left. Before I left the parking lot I decided to call the next closest nail salon, thinking because its graduation weekend I may run into a similar situation, minus the attitude. My experience between the two salons were like night and day and the salon I actually ended up going to was a real nail spa and not some hole in the wall, like Nail Tip. So thank you Nail Tip for such rude service, I know exactly where NOT to go when I am visiting family in Jacksonville, FL. If I could give this place zero stars I would!

I made an appointment here after reading great reviews, huge mistake! I arrived about 15 minutes early. Someone seated me & wrapped my nails to remove my gel polish, leaving her client to do this. Never introducing herself. Another client came in & asked about getting a pedi & she said she didnt know if she had time & checked her apt book, IM STILL SOAKING MY NAILS, she procededed to remove her polish, apply fake nails & trim them!!! NEVER ONCE CHECKING ON ME!! Meanwhile, 20 minutes later, here I sat, looking around I have time to notice how FILTHY DIRTY this place is!! There is a clipped finger nail on the table where Im sitting. Ive NEVER been to such a PIGSTY! I removed the tinfoil from my nails, go to the sink & wash off my hands & get the HECK OUT OF THERE!!!! No one even asks whats wrong. I dont know how they EVER PASS ANY HEALTH INSPECTIONS! One of the Pedi carts didnt look it had ever been wiped off . They had customers coming & going. I dont see how or Why????
