I believe in shopping local so I called and made an appointment. Arrived for appointment to wait 45 minutes. Nail asked soak or pop off.Nail Tech tried to pop off the first one but I flinched and said ouch has she took layer from my real nail. She then wrapped my nails to soak them off. At 4:25 I am still wearing the foil. I asked how much longer, response was 20 minutes. I informed them I couldn’t stay. I had to be another place at 5. I removed the foil and what I could get off my nails. Then the nail tech comes over and files the rest away then cuts the split nail I caused from trying to get stuff off my nail. She then says your done go wash. Then she says $10. I responded I’ve been here for over a hour and your making me pay. She rudely responded yes. I paid and asked for the manager. He did not seem apologetic or even asked to see my nails. I WILL NOT GO BACK! I have used this place before and it depends on who you get for the service you receive. I just wanted to my nails done.

Service is top notch. Very attentive to your needs. Extremely positive atmosphere.Quick note the location will be closed from 7/3 to 7/11, i believe this is in celebration of independence day.

They do a wonderful job on both mani and pedis!! By far the BEST pedicure I have ever had!!Very nice people and very relaxing atmosphere!! They will definitely continue to get my business!!!

Everytime I call this place they full or they booked so I ask when are y’all available they reply idk, you go in the act like u not there, when u ask question they’re very rude!! The lady that does lashes is very rude & I do not believe she likes blacks

Not even a week and my white nails were coming off already, the red ones wherent coming off But just in general they didnt look like i had just got them done a couple of days prior, I wish my nails could have been done Better and worth my money..

One of the best pedicure and manicure experiences I have ever had. The technicians took their time, were very careful and pleasant, and made sure I was happy with the services. The salon was very clean and brightly lit. Very impressed with Justin (feet) and Sheshe (hands)! Definitely will return if I am in the area again.

Customer service is lacking big time. I only come here when my other shop is closed but after today I will find another back up. I have never had good customer service and the nail service is average. I would expect by their attitudes for top notch nails 🤷🏽‍♀️

I just had the BEST mani/pedi EVER! ChiChi did a wonderful job. She was very attentive and listened to me when I was explaining to her what I was expecting. Will absolutely be going back ♥️♥️♥️

I do like the way my nails look. BUT I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time. But heres the real kick in the teeth, during the course of doing my hands, the nail tech asked me on FOUR occasions, are you sure you want me to put tips on your toes. Then he refused my pedicure because no time. Just time to do toe nails. Um, did you not know this when YOU told ME what time to be here? Appt was at 4:30, they close at 7:00. But not enough time. He made it clear he only wanted to work on hands. Then, he refused my request to sit in the pedicure chairs. Not enough light. You still want toes done? You sit here.

The more they change the staff the worse the place gets. Its not worth my time anymore. I would rather drive to a different city to get better service, better work, and not have to wait 2 hours for trash.

They do good on your feet but your nails they dont I spent 40 to get my nails done they did them to long then I told them that .they wanted me to come back the next day so I did and then want to charge me 10 dollars to cut my nails. 2 days later the acrylic came off my nails.i will never go back to this place

These guys are wonderful. I took my dad in to get his first pedicure. His toe nails were in desperate need of some TLC. He has an artificial hip, and a bad back. The guy really went above and beyond on his toe nails. I would never have imagined his feet could look that good. I told my father, that I didnt recognize his feet (LOL). Such great service that our guy got a really good tip. :)

Best place to get your nails done

Waited 2 hours for pedi and mani. Only got the mani with shellac done due to waiting for so long. She left the gel lumpy and had to redo one finger, then blamed me for having to redo it. That led her to forget to apply the top coat to any of the other nails. Left with sticky fingers with no gloss or shine. Went back in to have a top coat applied and she argued with me about how they looked and I asked her to please put a top coat on for the $25 I paid and 2 hour wait. She said it was my fault it took 2 hours because I didn’t want the pedi?!?!I’ve had waaaay better results and service in other salons in town. Will not be returning.Manicurist: Sophie

This use to be a wonderful and very professional establishment but lately my last few experiences have been very unpleasant....today I waited a hour for eyelash extensions and after a hour wait I was told no time today I should have been told that before I was asked to sign in ...no longer a customer at Aspara from today on

My daughter had scheduled her appointment ahead of time for prom . She got to her appointment early and the lady Ms.Ling Ling had an ugly attitude towards her and had her waiting over 20 minutes, we left ! We will “NOT” come back to that nail salon again!
