Not even a week after getting a gel manicure most of my nails have chipped or broke .. the lady that did my nails did not even know how to file my nails straight . She had to have another nail technician file them because she couldn’t get them straight. Would honestly not go back

I really thought this place was worth it. Very first time I went my nails were great but the last two times my gel nail polish has chipped and peeled off and not fully dry at one time then I got blamed for it not being dry when I stuck my hands all the way in the gel dryer thing. I gave it a second chance but I probably wont be coming back. I mean the people are very nice and sweet. But idk what gel polish it is. Never had gel polish chip nor peel.

I gave this business a 1 star because they do have a few good workers. The owner Tiffany is nothing but unprofessional she will schedule you for 10 and show up at 11 and dont apologize for her lateness, always she over books herself so it be a rush job done to your nails. A nail always breaking within 2 weeks so easily and she never can fix the problem right then you always have to come back the next day. I spend too much money with her for my nails to be always breaking and be treated nasty.

During my manicure I mentioned to the tech that the color did not look like what I selected on the palette. She says Oh, come on, try something new Okay, sure why not. After about 1.5 hours, I dont like it. Im out in the world, and I just dont like it. I call and speak with Tiffany who very gladly welcomes me back to have it changed. After another tech removed the wrong color, discovers the color was labeled wrong, and takes her client, I am back with the original tech. Again, no problem...until she tells me I asked you three times if that was what you wanted. Just sit down. Uh, what? I sit, she walks away and I can hear her complaining to the manager. As I make my way to leave, the tech proceeds to YELL getting EVERYONE IN THE SALONs ATTENTION!!! To tell me that IS the color I chose. Tiffany took me by the hand promising she would do my nails herself. A this point, I am beside myself that a 17 YEAR OLD is yelling at me over color choice. I thanked Tiffany for her time, and the tech then said OH YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK??! No, I am very uncomfortable and just want to leave. With half scraped off nails, I headed to Sally Beauty and bought gel stickers and went home with $120 less to my name.

I love getting my nails done at Tiffanys! Everyone is professional and the hospitality is amazing! Everyone is very attentive and making sure you are well taken care of. Good people and fantastic skills! ❤💅

I have been going to Tiffany’s spa Salon over 14yrsTiffany does my nails and waxing. I have other employees that does my manicure. The services are outstanding and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I highly recommend Tiffany’s Spa and Salon for the the best services.

Not the best, my gel nails are mediocre and the lady chipped my toenail putting my shoes on. The communication wasnt very good, and I felt like I overpaid for a gel mani and regular pedi - especially with quality. I got a very simple white polish so I dont feel it should look patchy.

My gell acrylic nails its already chipping and one nail is shorter than the other i just got these done 2 days ago i feel like i was way over charged for it and complete lack of customer. after i said something was astounding. Save your money im never going back .

Poor service.Tiffany, the owner insulted me several times throughout nail service. She was discourteous, rude, and rushed the entire process. When I left no tip, because the service was horrible. she had the audacity to ask to speak with me outside. And said I came there with my nails JACKED UP and also told me that the person who previously did my jacked up nails did it like that because I was rude. Go figure! The person who did my nail previously also works there so this place is not professional. She then ranted about me wearing sunglasses inside her salon, and rant after rant, fake apologizing. Until I regretfully gave her $5 tip. This lady has issues and I caution anyone who goes there.

I just came in for a nail repair (which I was happy they did since they didn’t do the original job) and Tiffany was an angel, took me right away, was kind and fast, and when I walked out accidentally without paying she gave me the service on the house. I’ll definitely be coming back. That type of customer service is rare today 😁

Took my mother there today for a pedi. The service was excellent! The only thing is the water is very hot but other than that our sets turned out beautiful 😻

I called over a week ago to reserve the VIP room for a bridal party, with the wedding being today, and when we showed up for our 10 AM appointment they said they weren’t able to accommodate us. They were not able to communicate effectively and kept making excuses. Luckily we were able to go down the street to Lavish where they were immediately able to accommodate us. 10/10 do not recommend.

I had the pleasure of having Tiffany do my nails today. Beautiful woman, very professional. I was a walking today. I was in and out. Great environment I will be back again.

I’ve been here a few times and every time I go it’s a problem. They are really unorganized and seem to rush everything. The organic dip type of polish(not sure of the name) always chips and never seems to match the same color that goes on the toes. Too expensive to not have a good outcome, so I will not be returning. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I had an appointment friday & I confirmed twice by text since they were doing appts only because of this crazy virus going on right now. So after both my confirmation text & he said yes. I get to my appointment & 5 mins before when he wasnt there I text him & he didnt respond the staff called him because I later found out he never put my appointment on the books & then he text me 10 mins after my appointment to say he couldnt be there. They did fit me in to only be rushed & look like the pictures below & to find out I was over charged after. (I was in a hurry to get out it was my fault I didnt pay attention) I had all intentions of tipping big (before she started) because they did fit me in then after all of this Im NEVER going back & I tipped normal! You learn from your mistakes & I did!

I’ve been here a few times, but this last time my nail chipped the same day. Everyday I had a nail falling off. It was horrible . Didn’t even last me 2 days. In the past it lasted a bit longer but this time I was extremely disappointed.

Not a great experience here. After a week of having my acrylic manicure the GEL nail polish was peeling off all my fingers and the acrylic was done really thick and all over my fingers - I went to another salon to have it fixed. Dont know that Ill go back after that..

I love coming to this salon (their pedicures are amazing and worth every penny!)Ive come in on a weeknight and Saturday afternoon and have always been greeted by the staff. Im a rather picky nail person and ive been happy each time.Their SNS colors are amazing and can last up to 4 weeks!I also love that they serve wine to their adult clients, i havent had a massage yet but i definitely want to try out that service as well.This is their new salon next door and it an immediate improvement from the last one.I highly recommend this salon and I take my out of town guests here when they visit.

My husband and I use to frequent this place and just loved it! Since the Covid pandemic we’ve stayed out. Well this past Saturday morning I decided I would go in alone. I went first thing bc I assume all businesses are gonna be busy on weekends. I got there was greeted by someone way across the room, never meeting eyes, and told where to sit. I waited ten minutes or so.. Okay, no biggie. I did have two minor ingrown nails i I wanted to be removed, usually no problem. To make a super long story as short as possible I gave three stars bc the lady who did my toes really was kind. But the paint job is terrible!! My ingrowns are worse than before! My toes aren’t even fully covered. It really was a disappointment! I tried to call to see about getting them fixed and no response! I mean I dont just have 50$ to throw away, but since it was my birthday I figured I would go for it!! Never again. I felt so rushed out of there. She even said to me, “okay i got to go to my other customers” before I even got out of the chair!

DO NOT go to Tiffanys Nail Spa in oak leaf by target !I went a few days ago to get a pedicure & by the next day my feet were extremely swollen, blistering, itchy & flaking around my toes . I had to go to Urgent care today to be told I have a bad infection ! They obviously do not clean their tubs or tools correctly if at all. I’m super disgusted by this place, I obviously asked for a full refund & they said NO & sent me a picture of their “ no refund policy “PLEASE SHARE so nobody has to go threw this again 🤮

I came here about 2 1/2 weeks and Tiffany did my nails and my eyes brows. And I have to say AMAZING!!! I will be making this my new go to spot!! This was about 4 months ago.Since then I went back with myself and my daughter and the service was good and staff was friendly, but my nails stared lifting about a week and so did my daughters. Needless to say we did not go back and have tried another place.

I don’t usually review nail salons because it really depends on the person you get and this place is usually hit or miss however lately it’s been more misses than hits. First off, I asked for a French manicure with gel polish. I get this almost every time since I like simple clean cut nails. When I go to sit down, the guy doing my nails immediately starts pulling out the acrylics and I’m like no. Then I told the guy to just file them because I like my natural length and only one nail was slightly shorter than the other, so no big deal, but then he pulls out the nail clipper. I told him no, and he didn’t use them, but he filed them down like he did. He also was about to start polishing them, but they were literally not even filed evenly. I had to snatch my hand and tell him to fix it. Then, they didn’t have the natural clear pink they usually use and just used a plain looking clear, but it was all clumpy and done all wrong. Then he does the French tip and he starts erasing the excess polish and is about to throw my hand in the uv light without asking me if I like it(btw, I don’t), and I pull away and tell him, they look too thick and to erase more of it off, they look like acrylic thick and I don’t like that look. So finally he fixes the thickness, but when he goes to do the second coat of white and erases the excess, it’s all messed up and since I couldn’t really inspect, as soon as come out of the us light, I see white smudges that have been cured. So, now I’m upset and just pout and wait for it to be all over cause it’s obviously one of those times I’m going to walk out mád. Then to top it off, one of my least favorite things is when they use alcohol at the end, and it loses its shine because they didn’t use a decent top coat, and he did that, and there was no top coat so they look all matte. Needless to say, I will not be using their services anymore, because gel French manicures are not cheap to begin with, and I paid for a good job, not mediocre. If I wanted mediocre I would invest 40 dollars on a uv light, and 20 on pink and white gel polishes and do them myself at home. And if I did that, it wouldn’t even be mediocre seeing as I know how I like them best, I’m paying for the convenience of a good job and not having to get all the supplies myself but apparently that’s what I have to do now.

I got a pedicure and love it!! Got right in, no wait and they look great. Second time going and hasn’t disappointed.

I got there 2 hrs before closing and they took care of me like there was all the time in a day. Great service. I had an ppl pedicure and a new nail set.

I loved Tiffanys!! I got my 1st gel done on my toes & feet & it lasted like a month & I just went to Island Nails next to Publix across the street & my nails are yellowing after 1 week & NO, I DO NOT SMOKE. I will def be coming back to Tiffanys!

Only giving 1 srar because thats the lowest rating. I called before I went and they said a full set started at $27. Apparently this doesnt include any kind of topcoat. It does include very rude attitudes. It also includes custom nail shapes because none of my nails are straight or even the same shape for that matter. They all seem to get bigger towards the tips. Adding a topcoat and glitter to 2 nails brought the price up to $50. Definitely would never recommend and will never go back.

This place it’s not professional they had me waiting for 30 minutes never took the change to tell me why I was waiting, they had people around doing nothing, and than wanted me to stay 45 more minutes.

I booked an appointment directly with Tiffany for me and my 5 year old daughter. She had my daughter waiting for an hour to get her pedicure done. Finally another tech felt bad and told me she would do it even though she had another appointment. She did a quick fix on my daughter and went to her appliances that was waiting. Save your money and forget about scheduling an appointment. Tiffany overbooks herself on appointments. Please don’t go there and leave like me feeling like my daughter got absolutely nothing for $25! Find somewhere else to go that values your children!

I went in for a pedicure and I also asked to get my brows done. I specifically told the woman NOT TO SHAPE, WAX OR thin my eyebrows I had let grow since quarantine.I asked ONLY for a SMALL TRIM... I then had OVER HALF MY EYEBROW WAXED OFF. I came back in cryin and STILL DIDNT EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK!

I have been a customer on and off with Tiffanys Nail Spa for years now, the nail techs come and go and that is what the biggest downside is for me. Since I have returned back to their new location a few weeks ago, I can say that Rose and Bin are by far some amazing and professional nail technicians with the staff. They both are very professional and truly cares about the time they spend with thier client while completing the services.

My wife finally convinced me to try a pedicure and Im so glad she did. Tiffanys nail spa was excellent. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Rose who did my pedicure was absolutely amazing, she made me feel comfortable even though I was very apprehensive about the whole experience.The price is very reasonable and for the quality of service we recieved Im actually thinking about making a habit of coming here.

First visit, cleanliness was present along with great hospitality. Fair prices for the service. Kids are welcome and will receive treatment.

I have been going to Tiffanys since she opened 10 plus years ago! I always feel welcomed and appreciated. Everyone 100% wants to make sure you leave happy. Dont believe the reviews that say Tiffany is rude or gives bad customer service, its not true. She is hard working, and tries her best to help everyone as much as possible. Also, she extremely cares about her clients.

Im not even one to leave reviews, but my experience here was the worst . was supposed to have old nails removed, but instead they just sanded them down and put new nails on top of old foundation (charged for removal btw) nail tech glued wrong size nails on, & proceeded to clip them without asking the length i wanted. During the acrylic application i literally had acrylic drip onto skin and dry, had uneven bumpy application too. He then shaped and filed my nails and applied color on them immediately after, and did not give me a chance to rinse my hands to get rid of the left over powder . at least the color was pretty . all in all, for such a nice upscale place, i was over charged for a regular full set that wasnt satisfactory at all

If there was an option to give this place 0 stars I would!! they had completely disregarded what i had asked for filed my nails way to short to the point i was bleeding and having to continuously take my hands away because she had gone down the nerve of my fingers! not only that but it is probably the WORST SNS I have EVER had they tech had no reason to be doing nails and when I asked for the design they said they could do they couldnt do... then tried to charge me for it because they messed up! at one point I asked for a new person and she just got up and walked away returned 5 minutes later and resumed like nothing had happened ........ DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!

One of the worst experiences, my poor nails. They damaged my nails from filing them down to much, while i was there i also heard an employee being rude to a senior citizen.i do not reccomend you going here. Spend your money somewhere else.

I have been here twice for a gel manicure. I was seen by Lisa and Anna, respectively. Both times the technician was very sweet and warm. The salon is very clean and neat and I like that they use unopened, sterilized tools. The ambience is very relaxing, as well, and you can’t beat the price. $20 for a gel manicure. Cheapest one I’ve seen in my area. However, I rate only 3 stars because of the quality of my nails post manicure. Both times the tech used a drill to file the tops of my nails. I’m not used to this, especially when removing gel polish. Typically, you soak the nails in acetone wrapped in aluminum foil until the gel polish peels away from the nail. This is the much healthier option for your nails and using a drill is not wrong, but my nails are extremely flimsy now as a result, even with the polish on. My first experience, the quality of the polish application was less than impressive. They looked alright in the salon, but I got home and there were some very obvious errors. Anna, on the other hand, did a fabulous job! No errors, she knew exactly what color I wanted when I didn’t see it in the book, even gave a nice hand massage at the end. I will probably be back due to the convenience, cleanliness and price. I will just be sure to request they not use the drill. Hopefully my nails can bulk back up after this.

Everytime I go to this place, I say its going to be my last time. But its so close to my house that end up there out of sheer laziness and desperation. The gel nails always chip within 2 days, so I only go for pedicures now. While I appreciate that they are taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1), I draw the line at at having to wait an hour after having arrived 20 minutes early for my 6pm appointment. Only to have someone waltz in an hour after me and get treated immediately. When I asked why she got to go before me, I was told she is getting her nails done so she comes before me. I left. Waste of time.

I went to Tiffany’s nail Salon to get my nails done. This is my first time there and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and Tiffany was amazing on my nails. She listened to everything I told her and Understood how picky I am, yes I’m picky. Lol. She did a great job and I think I found my new home. Thank you Tiffany .

In the past here Ive called and made appointments and when I showed up the tech wasnt there.Ive also had issues with my nails becoming infected. Todays issue is ONCE AGAIN Ive made and appointment and the tech is not here! Someone else had to service me. I let it be known of my past experiences there to the owner and others and they all just brushed it off. No apologies or nothing. You will never get another one of my hard earned dollars!! Enough is enough!

If i could give 0 stars i would! My friend and i argued that gel polish doesnt stay on our nails. Tiffany (the owner) guaranteed it would be great. The same day they started to peel off, i went back, she fixed my nails, and again they are coming off. She wants me to return to get them repaired again. I just want a refund. She refuses. I do not have money for gas to drive back and forth while being blamed for the issue. I wont even talk about my feet. So upset. Do not go there!

I usually don’t write reviews but I had my nails done 08/11/2020. My GEL is already peeling and bubbling. My nails are lumpy and missshaped, and painted poorly. I am not happy with my outcome.

Took my girlfriend and her mother here to get an SNS done on their nails. While I had no idea what was going on, the staff was certainly very skilled in their craft and left the both of them thrilled with the outcome. On top of that the pricing was reasonable for the services rendered and they seemed happy to help.

We went in at 5:15 for two pedicures, a polish change for my 11 year olds fingers and toes, and a full set for my sister with a design on the big toes and some of the fingers. They seated us immediately and turned on the water. They didnt turn the jets on in mine for about 10 minutes, until the water was cold. They use mobile jets that look gross. We told them we wanted the 45m pedicure. The lady doing my sisters nails did not understand what design she wanted, even though she had a picture she just wanted copied. When one color didnt look good on her toes, she asked for orange instead and the lady didnt understand. We had to repeat ourselves several times. When my toes were painted, the lady doing mine said she was going to get wax. We never saw her again in the 20 minutes it took for my sisters pedicure to finish. Our 45m pedicures started at 5:15 and we left at 6:50 without the design my sister wanted but still paid for. My feet, which were smooth before, are coarse and flaky now. I will never go back.

So here is the deal, I rushed in because a nail broke and my girl doesn’t work on weekends ... so here I came in on the last hour of the day no matter what I am still a paying customer right? So they both rushed so much and cut me a couple of times I got a pedicure and fills at the same time. Basically if you are In a hurry an need the job done come here, but if you spare some time once per month and want someone who truly cares then hit up my girl Lizette at sheer perfection spa on Normandy blvd if you like crazy designs or capsulated style, chrome, simple and cute whatever you desire she can do it ... just make sure you have the time because she won’t rush ....

Worst nail salon I have ever patronized. Owner Tiffany has zero customer service skills and a miserable attitude. While she sloppily does your nails, you have to listen to her complain about her husband the entire time. The next nail tech I tried was Vanessa seems nice but is very unskilled. The salon is not sanitary. They only provide filthy wash clothes for customers to dry their hands with. Polish selection is slim to none so if you ask for a basic color they are guaranteed not to have it..Throw the entire nail salon away!!!!!

Sent my mother to get her nails done (a manicure and pedicure) as a little treat. There was no wait, which was nice, but when I returned to retrieve her, she informed me that the service was pleasant all except for a small slip of the technicians tool, which had cut her and actually drew blood. No apology was given, but she suspects that they at least gave her a little extra service time so... theres that. :/ Not sure if worth the price though.

Went here a few times and there is a guy that does my nails good. Went in and was told guy was busy and he would be done in half an hour, was told I could leave and come back, which I did in the amount of time that they said. Sat and waited for a whole hour before the owner Tiffany said that because I wasn’t back in time they had to take someone else because of the weekend. I explained that I came in an hour before and the girl said that you can leave and come back. Everyone that came in after me was seated and got their nails done. Tiffany just said that they are so sorry! 😒 I don’t see the point of all those people walking around asking what you need and then they just have you sit there and then proceed to make you wait on top of the hour that you have been waiting. It’s a NO FOR ME! I decided to leave before I became RUDE!! They really need better nail shops on this end!! Only went there because the young guy is the ONLY guy that does nails well. Wish I could give it 0 stars also!! 👎🏾👎🏾

Every time i come here my nails get beautifully done.

You can receive great service as far as the outcome of your nails, or bad. Meaning they aren’t consistent with their work quality. I was told SNS nails would last longer so i spent more to get it. It lasted me less than a week compared to the acrylic which i usually get, lasts me two weeks. I’ve been here a great number of times but I won’t be returning.

Every time i go there the service is excellent. The wait time is not that long. I really recommend Tiffanys.

I went in for gel nails, came out with regular looking polish nails that I couldve done at home myself for free.There are bubbles and fibers under the polish, the polish was applied unevenly, the edges arent straight, and he slapped as little polish as humanly possible, so much so that you can see the white of my nails under the polish & this was not a light color. Seems like the quality of the place is slowly going down...

Tiffany’s was one of my favorite places to go, I recently just spent $50 on my nails and it hadnt even been a week yet and my nails are breaking off!! When I mentioned it to TIFFANY she tried to make it seem like I was lying and didn’t even try to help me. So they just lost a loyal customer ☹️

I’ve been going to Tiffany’s for years and had a variety of services done; mainly my nails. I love, love, love the SNS product!I usually walk in and very rarely call for an appointment (never know when I’ll be in the area). It is always crowded so I make it a point to get there early.Tiffany is the owner, she and her staff are very customer oriented. In fact, she knows many of her customers by name. The shop offers many services and the prices are not too bad (I usually pay around $50 for SNS).The atmosphere is laid back, they play good music and you are always offered a drink (water, soda red or white wine). The place is generally clean and spacious, not grimy and cramped like some of the other places I’ve been to.I give it four stars only because it is hit or miss as far as who’s providing service at the time; they are all pretty good however, some of the technicians will rush while others will take their time. I guess it is why they recommend you make an appointment.If you want a variety of spa services, I definitely recommend this place.

I would not recommend this nail salon. We took our 3 year old grandbaby who was very excited to go have her nails done and they where not attentive to her at all. My daughter in law and myself also was very disappointed in the way we where taken care of. They where overpriced for the job they done. We where there on November 21st.

I went here thinking Id get better service since its big and fancy but dont let the looks fool you. They charged $75 and they included their own tip ans still asked me when finishing my payment to add more tip....the bad part is that I got a pedicure with a horrible french (which I has to come back to have them fix) and got my fillin with mood-change gel polish (which I paid over $45 for) that dont even change color. I definitely dont recommend this place!!!

This place is so inconsistent! I’ve had great service but lack luster more often. Today was complete trash!Definitely over priced. They nickel and dime charges for everything. There’s a couple really great nail techs in there and that the only reason I gave this 2stars.

While I am happy with the work for the most part, the young man who did my pedicure took an entire 2 hours JUST for my pedicure! I left work early today thinking surely 3 hours would be enough time for a pedicure and SNS manicure. Boy I couldnt have been more wrong! My manicure is perfect, but I got no massage, he didnt even use a pumice stone! 2 hours!!!! 30 minutes just to gel polish my toes!

Lol pretty good I guess but I wasnt there. My daughter has been though.

First time to visit Tiffanys and the last time. I made an appointment, still had to wait at least 45 minutes then the only reason I was next was because another customer had to leave. I am very unhappy with my nails, one nail is so short I can see the tip of my finger. Some nails are crooked, the sides are sharp and one side of the nail is thin and the other thick. This is the worse set of nails I have ever had on. I do not know the name of the nail tech, he only spoke in Vietnamese which is against the company policy that is posted on the wall and it appeared as though he was making fun of a customer along with another nail tech. He kept pushing up sale to gel polish, then told me it cost more which was interesting because no one ever bother to let me know what the prices are. They are not posted anywhere.I can not and will not recommend Tiffanys too anyone.

I reads one of the reviews and most were negative so I was a little skeptical on going here, but Im glad I did! Q did an amazing job on my nails and its really hard for me to find someone that does exactly what I want. Definitely coming back! Q also makes your nails look so natural with acrylic and thats amazing to me :)

Ben did an AMAZING job applying my set of acrylic nails! He is very quick and also gentle, because Ive had nails applied in the past that caused my nailbeds to hurt due to how rough the tech used the drill on them after application, but not this time! Will definitely be back to see him again!

The pedicure was one of the best ever! Friendly and thorough staff as well.

They are all very nice but I’m not certain about the sanitation here. I was not pleased with the SNS here. The price was steep as well. I do not and will not spend my money on a service that is not worth it.

Went last Sunday. Lady doing my nails did a horrible job. Made my thumb bleed. I will never go there again. Wish i could post pics of mediocre job and still pay $60 and left a tip. Disappointed

Too bad cannot give no stars! I hadn’t had a broken nail in 3 years, until I went to this place! All of my nails broke off, not sure if they are following the steps correctly for gel polish or if their products are just super cheap. They charge an arm and leg for horrible service and having to put up with bad attitudes! Tiffany had to fix my nails once they were done as the tech had did such a crappy job. Then to have all my nails break, I was pissed to say the least. I would never go back there or recommend anyone to this place!! 👎🏼

Do not waste your money!!! Overcharged me for my manicure, slapped the last bit of crappy lotion out of a tester,that they give away at stores, on my arms and didnt even bother to rub it in. I felt like bacause I prefer to not have gel nails they did a lower quality job. Will NEVER go back!!!

If there was an option for no stars I would give it. I wanted a certain person, they refused to let me wait for them. 3 of my nails were so mishapened and cut too short that when I had to go after 2 days and pay to get them fixed somewhere else they couldnt fix them because they were too short. I was bullied into them trying to force me to get gel for my manicure which I refused many times before they stopped harassing me. The nail tech hit my arm several times with a fist. After one day the nail polish on my toes and fingers were chipping off. When the owner was contacted she wanted to fix or give a credit but not a refund. I dont know how these people think you can go to their salon every one or two days to get your nails fixed. I will NEVER go back here and they overcharge compared to other salons in the area. I had to go PAY to have them fixed and here we are and they are perfect because they were done correctly. Save your money, Comfort nails in Middleburg is the spot for nails and they have excellent customer service and charge less for way better quality. If you want to bleed, be disrespected and have chipped nails go here...

I have gone here several times. They have good nail tecs but their polish seems cheap. It chips ( even gel) within a week. I took my daughter here last Saturday and within 3 hours her finger nail polish peeled off ( entire finger) on 4 fingers. All fingers peeled by the next day. I called to complain and the person that amswered the phone was happy to try to correct the matter. I decided not to bother having them fix it and just start taking my business else where. I would suggest you being your own polish.

I would give a zero if I could. I have had my nails done decent a couple of times. I only went back more than once due to most nail places close to this area being terrible and not having many choices. I went in a couple of weeks ago after calling since I know they stay very busy asking when a good time to come in would be for a gel manicure. I was told right away only to get there and be told to sit among many other waiting guest. Then proceeded to watch other people walk in with no appointments and different workers tell them to sit down (skipping those of us in waiting area). Today takes the cake though. I went in and explained my feet are swollen and my due date is tomorrow so I was in need of a strong pressure good pedicure and was willing to pay. I ended up picking a more expensive pedicure and then my guy rubbed my legs with little pressure and did not touch my feet or ankles once! He also went to the restroom but came back smelling of smoke. He cut the cuticles to the point of blood on both of my big toes as well. They are still stinging as I write this. I also got a gel manicure and can see the stripes from the brush as well them being extra thick to where I’m sure they will lift easily. They stay super busy so I doubt they care if customers are dissatisfied but I left so disappointed and feeling like I poured money down the drain. I hate asking for something and paying for it but not receiving it.

$58 later and going to another salon tomorrow! I had not had a pedicure in a month. Feet were dry. Asked the girl to really soften them up. All she kept saying wad Do you want paraffin treatment? I kept saying NO! Just scrub please. Went to manicure. Asked to have nails buffed. Not difficult. Look awful. Not buffed at all. Told the guy to buff them 3 times. Process to shine nail, no polish. They look terrible. I will never go back. Will pass on how awful they are.
