I have been a customer of this salon for years now. I ALWAYS recommend this salon to everyone. My service is always courteous and friendly. They remember their customers by name. (A lot of repeat customers). You are always greeted as soon as you walk in the door. The service is fast. The prices are average. What I love is how happy everyone is to talk to you and what a great atmosphere this place has.

I used to come here great service. I recently learned that’s only if you see the one person in the shop that knows how to do nails Isabella. Don’t waste your time or money. I will NEVER go back they need to hire more people that actually know how to design nails and get more nail supplies.

I’ve been coming here for years. Some visits were better than others but today’s was terrible. I chose the $35 deluxe pedicure and got less than I’d normally get with basic. I mentioned it to the nail tech and she simply finished the polish told me to go to dryer…fortunately another tech turned it on for me. My mom chose the same service and is still in process of getting a very thorough pedicure. I’ll not return.

I would like to take a moment and give a huge shout out to Bella 💜 Super friendly and she goes crazy with the designs, i am super satisfied with my nails and service!!! I LOVE THEM, she will be my first stop when i come to visit...her attention to detail is Amazing 🥰

I usually see Tony as my nail technician. Unfortunately, he was not available today. The young lady seemed to be new. She did not add a coat to my toes, polishing was left on my hands and fingers, polish was not shaped correctly with my French nails. The quality has decreased over the past few months. I hope they turn it around.

Pedicure had some major issues to the point where it is painful to walk 3 days later! She cut a huge by my pinky toe on the underside of my foot and tried to brush it off when it was because she wasn’t looking. Then she also shaved off the bottom of my other heel. I am in agony and they just brushed it off

I believe they must be under new management. The service is horrible. My nails have broken or chip within days of getting them done 3 times. This will be my last time using them. The young man even commented that I give a great tip but when I complained about not having my color after they said they did they all started speaking in there language

Dont mind paying for a great pedi but it should be great!! Rush rush rush thats how it felt and just couldnt really talk to you as a customer to get what you wanted. Will not be back.....

I’m definitely never going back to this unprofessional place. My nails and my toes are horrible, it looks like my 3 year old daughter did my nails. While the tech did my nails he was watching a game on his phone and hence the reason why my nails look a mess. I will not be returning ever. This is not the first problem I’ve encountered with them but it is the last.

Jay did my nails beautifully. Hayley did awesome on my brow tint. The older guy who did my $50 pedicure was awful. He was not gentle and was very sloppy with a simple paint job... PLUS my toe cuticles were clearly not cut. I would have gave 5 stars if my pedi wasn’t so horrible.

I hate going places that rush your service just to keep the business. I called ahead to see if they had time for a mani and pedi they said yes. After leaving the salon gel polish in on the skin. Toe nails are jagged or left with sharp ends. I will have to find somewhere else.

I have had my eyelashes and eyebrows done 4 times and neither one lasts more than 2 days. I had the strips and the individual lashes and I have to go back every 2 days to get them glued down again. This is my last time going to get them fixed. I wont be going back.

Walked in this place is nasty !!! Do not go here it’s disgusting and unsanitary . I will be calling the board of cosmetology. It was only 11 am . They opened at 1030 am and this place was so nasty it’s crazy stop giving your money to nail salons that reallly shouldn’t be open for business I should have taken photos .

They made me pay $90 for something I DONT LIKE and I told him I didn’t like it and asked him if he could change it and the dude told me straight up no that it looked good to him smfh all I wanted was a creamy white color with a square shape and he couldn’t even get that right

Kevin and Ty did an amazing job! They did my manicure and pedicure the fastest I have ever had it done with great results. I am new to this area and they definitely impressed me with their hospitality.

My daughter and I both get our nails done here. They do a great job. Now they offer lashes.

Micheal (may be spelled different) was top notch! Out of three that I tried, Sky Nails is #1.

The customer service is excellent. They take their time with the services and whenever there is a problem they make sure they fix it right away. Love my little nail shop and my nail tech Tai❤️.

Great job I will share

All of the services I have had have been great, with the exception of fake lashes. They were so low on my top lid, the corners of the lashes were digging into my bottom lid and the lashes were all the way toward my nose and looked ridiculous. They were painful and I had to take them off as soon as I got home, which was just as painful. The manicure and pedicure were excellent and done by the same person. Maybe she needs a little more training putting on lashes.

This is one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been too. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They did an amazing job on my ombré nails and, my pedicure. I recommend every one to go here !!! I can’t wait to go back.

I love this place! They do amazing work and are very kind. I was 9 months pregnant and my mother and I wanted to do something relaxing before I gave birth. They were so sweet and accommodating to me and very kind to my mother visiting from out of town and did a great job on both of our nails. When my baby is old enough we will come here for mother/daughter mani/pedis❤️.

New owners of 168 Nail (in Duval Station near Publix) Totally awesome! Clean, friendly atmosphere. Staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating! A refreshing change! I couldnt have been happier & will continue to go there. Strongly recommend!!!

Ty did an incredible job! I haven’t had my nails done in years because I couldn’t find a place that cared if I like the outcome. Well guess what? Sky Nail totally does! I walked in yesterday and 10 minutes later Ty was working his magic!

I came here for the first time, because of a 5 star reviews. I literally needed to ask a woman, who was doing my nails, to cut more of my cuticles and get rid of the shellac, that was over my fingers. At some point, she got upset and stood up asking for other guy to finish the job...he was apologetic, especially after looking at my fingers. But, I was quite disappointed, especially, paying $35 for it. I still had dry skin over my fingers walking out from their salon, because they said that I soaked them in acetone, due to remove my previous shellac...I was just wowed. Just be carful, I feel some of their masters are good and attentive to details, but some, shouldn’t be there at all.

Staff was very friendly and kind, I got the best service ever, not to mention my pedicure😮 it was top of the line love it❤️ My full set was awesome. This is my first time at Sky Nail and I would recommend anyone to this nail shop, you won’t regret, staff is very professional and GREAT!!!!

Gel manicure AVOID!! Hands soaked in acetone (not good for hands) (I also noticed that this was then repoured back into the bottle.Used electronic filer to remove gel.... totally ruined my nails (why did I let them do it....Im in tears most days as my fingers are so painful... They are far to weak to grow!The gel they out on ...turned into a strange colour after a day or two and it wasnt applied very well! (Lots up the sides, some too far up the cuticle and others not far enough!
