Amazing Nail Spa is one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. Always very clean! Kim does my nails & she is FANTASTIC!!!! My nails last longer with her than anyone I’ve ever had do them. I always get compliments, too. Anytime I have an appointment, I get in & get out. I live in St. Augustine & drive past 20+ mail salons on my way to Kim, but I won’t go anywhere else!!! Definitely worth the drive!!

It was AMAZING my daughter and myself 1st time there. My daughter picked me up from work and surprised me.The manager and the employees were very nice and friendly, the atmosphere setting was beautiful clean spotless. Lisa the technician took care of me, my pedicure never looked so beautiful. We will be going back faithfully. 10 stars i give these ladies. ❤❤❤❤

Always friendly and make sure I am happy with the service I receive. Kim is a very good manager who tries to make their customers comfortable and happy. That is a hard task. You cant please everyone all of the time but they all make a very good effort.

I love getting my nails done at Amazing Nail Spa! Kim always does my nails. She is very professional, creative and makes my nails look perfect every time. I use various people for my pedicures, and I have enjoyed all of them. The place is very clean. They clean chairs, tables, foot spas after each person, and I often see them cleaning the general areas when I am there.

I really enjoyed my time there. They were busy but I never felt like I was being rushed along to make way for the next customer. Genuinely cared about the customer. Pricing was great. The OPI Pedicure was wonderful!

Ive been getting dip powder on my nails for months now and I tried this salon because I was visiting the area... NEVER AGAIN. My nails look HORRIBLE and they were done by the owner. The day I got them done they were beautiful but like many nail salons she cut corners to save time and product and instead of finishing my dip nails (sns) with the 2 coats of dip top coat she finished it with a UV top coat. Before she did it I asked her not to do it but she gave me some explanation in her language so I went with it. My nails were beautiful until the next morning when all that uv top coat had chipped off. I went back to her the next morning for her to fix the mess, she asked me WHAT I HAD DONE???? She started drilling and filling away, threw some top coat on and left my nails a bumpy nasty mess...$50 down the drain... Never will I ever be back not would I recommend this place to ANYONE. Finally broke down during C19 to get my pink & white acrylics back. The tech I had been going to for 20 years decided not to go back, so I had to find a new place. At Amazing Nails, there are multiple processes in place to avoid infection (washing hands as soon as you arrive, wearing masks & a plexiglass barrier between you & the tech). Lisa was phenomenal! Beautiful job. Ill be going back!

I have gone here so many times before and i regreted it! But i chose to come back to get my nails done and I la la love them!! Thank you so much! Edit: they came off in a week. Usually they stay on for at least a month but they all came off and the paint chipped a lot.

My pedicure was superb. My nail technician was very detail oriented and the foot massage was the best! I got the delux spa pedicure, so worth it after a long work day. Place was very clean and color options plenty. Highly recommend you try it if you are in the area!

Kim at Amazing Nail does an excellent job on my nails every time. I never leave there unhappy. The customer service there is great and each Technicians strives to make their customers happy. It is a clean salon and I especially like the fact that each pedicure chair has a new tub liner put in for each customer. Great place to go to relax.🤩🤩🤩

My initial visit started good but ended badly. I came in asking for 2 different colors on a full set. Instead of painting them they decided to do 2 colored acrylics she’s kept reassuring me that if one broke she would fix it no problem. I didn’t care except it ended up taking 3 hours and they charged me $75!!! I brushed that off because I liked them so whatever but then 3 days later they are cracking at the finger tip and breaking off. I come in to get them fixed but instead of fixing the cracked nails she adds yet another layer of clear acrylic. Now my nails are so thick they look ridiculous. For the amount of time and money put into them I am EXTREMELY upset. I will never come back and you should spent your money elsewhere

Followed my amazing nail tech Kim when she took over as manager. Great salon with such a nice group of employees. I always get SNS manicure and spa pedicure but if I need it I’ll add eyebrow threading. Highly recommend!

The salon close to my house had a constant wait, and my last few experiences were terrible, so I tried this place on my way home from workI was in a seat immediately. The art and decor is beautiful! The tech was nice and didnt pressure me to talk, as Im a pretty quiet person. She did a fantastic job and the hand massage was a very nice touch to my fill in.Ill be going here from now on!!

A year ago I said I would never come back here, but Im glad I changed my heart and mind. Brittany is great I just allow her to create her own art after I pick my colors. She is amazing I have sent her business they all feel the same way. Thank you Brittany for being so awesome@!!

This salon is beautifully decorated and very clean. They line the foot baths with plastic and I watched her remove the jet trap to be cleaned when I was done. I always worry about the jet traps/drains whenever I visit a new salon. Some do not remove and clean them in between clients. This is where a lot of bacteria can be trapped so I was very pleased to see this. I got the spa pedicure and Mary did a very thorough job. She did not rush at all, even offered me a beverage while I sat. The hot stone massage was amazing! After the pedicure she waxed my eyebrows and did a fantastic job. They were perfectly even and sculpted. All in all I had a very relaxing experience here. And the paint on my toes still looks fresh, days later, even after a few strenuous work outs and swimming in the pool! 5 stars for Mary and this salon. I will definitely be back.

This place is overly priced.. they charged me an arm and a leg on Something I did not want.. Do not waste your time here. I will not be coming back.. Going to my Original People.

My friend and I met here as a half way point for pedis. I noticed even if they didn’t have a technician ready, they were quick to sit you in a chair and let you enjoy the soak and massage. Staff was friendly, great service, competitive prices. We’ll be back. :)

Amazing nail I have been going here on/ off for awhile now back for good and Im always treated well and attended to promptly with no attitude or stress, Unlike at Nail City on St Aug.Some people have to understand though their english may be limited the manicurists here try hard to communicate. Just start a conversation and youll see, its not attitude. Anna Milla/ Kim do my nails.

Got to the place when the first open Sunday Only have two people working. Tell me to wait 20 mins which I do, then tell me they have other people coming in and to come back in an hour. No Thanks. Dont waste your time at this place.

Thought I would treat myself to some new nails. Have gotten the Lite Concepts nails many times in the past but it has been a while since Ive been there. Worst nail job Ive ever had. Ill never be back. A week after my $50 plus $10 tip nail job one pops off. I go back and they charge me $3 to fix it...and the fix is TERRIBLE. In fact the whole nail job was just terrible. The next day another one pops off. Im done! I cannot recommend this place after my experience.

I went in here on a whim and am new to the area. I thought it was $18 for the acrlics, but it was $25. not bad still. The nail tech Tan was very good, I didnt get any tips, just acrylic on my natural nails because i dont like them long at all. They look natural, and I really like them. I would recommend this place for this service.

This is the first time in several years of going here that Ive had a bad experience. Im giving a one star review because of the way they handled the matter. The nail tech offered to fix them. I dont have the time and Ill have to go somewhere else to have them done correctly. She refused to refund me the money and Im going to have to pay someone else to fix this mess. Will not return or recommend!! I understand a lot of women refuse to pay and techs get stiffed for their time. However, Ive been a regular and this is the first time Ive ever requested a refund!

I called and asked over the phone how much was a french manicure and Kim told me it was $18.00 once she finished the job the price went up to $32.00. I had a gel polish on my nails and I was charged $5.00 for the removal and an additional $5.00 for the white tip.Kim was very friendly but thinks Hispanic people do not know math. They lost a loyal customer.

Can I just say this is the only nail salon where I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! I LOOOOOOVVVVEEEE MY NAILS AND I LOOOOVVVEEEE THE STAFF !!! Definitely recommend!!!

Jullie and Pham were amazing. I got a full set with SNS powder and my daughter got a full set acrylic. They stayed open late and finished our nails and they came out perfect.

They stole money from me by taking more money out of my account then I paid for in store. I didnt keep my reciept bc who in the world keeps a nail salon reciept? Who expects them to screw you over? Worse place ever. Do not come here!! Barely knows English and able to understand what you even want done to your nails.

This place was nice on the inside but the people that work there are very rude. They dont speak English in front of you and they have horrible customer service. After one day my 50$ gel liquid nails started lifting. I went back and gave them the benefit of the doubt the guy Kevin first of all blamed it on me that my nails were lifting then yelled at me bc I told him Id be there at 130pm and was late. Then to top it all off I was there longer getting 6 of 10 nails fixed then it was to get the first set on. And they still fell off and lifted a few days later! Dont recommend and will never go back. I got my money back from my bank as well as they did not perform 50$ worth of work they didnt even last as wk.
