I have been using this business for about a year. Today was the absolute worse pedicure I have ever had here. The girl seemed to have been disconnected or just did not want to be working. Hi always get the $35 pedicure. With this pedicure you are suppose to get the spa, the hot towels, and the sock. I got the hot towels and the sock for about 2 minutes. However, I did not get any massaging to my feet or legs, no lotion on legs. From start to finish, I was done in 30 minutes. When I asked her about it, she said she used all that she was suppose to use. Very unprofessional. If I ever return, I will not use this person.

Called. Told walk in only. Arrived.. 1 person in waiting room. Told it would be 1 hr. Had a waiting list of people to be seen, but none were in shop. They left and were coming back. Whats the point of walk in and wait? Wont be back. Found a place where walk in is walk in

Ive been a client here for awhile. I love this place. They make you feel welcomed. Give you conversation. My most favorite guy there is Cai. Hes awesome with my nails. I scheduled an appointment for today to get nails done and I had to call to reschedule my appointment and they happily agreed they could do them earlier! I got rainbow acrylics and they turned out amazing!! I’m obsessed with them!My nail tech was Nary and she was beyond amazing and polite and was a great conversationalist! It was nice and empty in their place due to them only taking appointments during COVID, which made me feel nice and safe :). Would definitely recommend!! I mean I live all the way across town from this place and just happened to be in the area. So if that means anything you should try them out!

I have previously posted about how wonderful this nail place is, however, today I was extremely offended and will never return again. It is obvious to me that they do not appreciate customer loyalty. I travel from 30 minutes away and sometimes arrive 10 to 15 minutes late due to unforeseen traffic or construction. I was completely humiliated when I walked in 14 minutes late today. I asked the owner if he preferred that I left and he said yes! I will not return to an establishment that does not appreciate its customers or show them respect.**I have tried to notify you in the past, no answer on the phone!!! 2 weeks ago when I was late no one was waiting because of me. You SHOULD NEVER treat a loyal client that way. Hope you learn from this.

I walked in for a mani pedi. The guy told me to sit down for a manicure first. I said I’d prefer a pedicure first. He said “no.” I explained I wanted my toes to dry during my gel manicure. He huffed and puffed and said, “fine.” I feel totally ick now and said “forget it” and walked out. Poor customer service, dude.

First time I went the guy “Ray” was amazing !! My nails came out perfect ! That’s the first time I really enjoyed a manicure in 2 years . . However the second time I went they told me they didn’t have enough time to do 2 manicure/pedicures.. the person had a rude attitude and didn’t sound like he wanted a nice tip to end his Saturday on. That really makes me not want to go back . . *Customer service is hit or miss*

I took my granddaughter for her first mani/pedi and I also had thr same done. My granddaughter loved every bit of it, from the cute childrens chairs to being treated exactly like I was.The two nail techs we had were exceptional. The girl my granddaughter has was super sweet and my grand really looked her. My nail tech was just wonderful and I will use the same two girls when I return, for sure. Wonderful place!

Excellent experience!! I made an appointment with Tommy and he did a perfect job. Easy to talk to so there werent awkward silences while my nails were getting worked on. Very detail oriented and went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. Wonderful atmosphere! Highly recommend going here!

I took my niece to get her nails done here because of the children’s chairs, she absolutely loved it. They did great nail art for her and were very patient. I got my nails done too and they looked beautiful.

I went Saturday with my daughter and infant and was very pleased with the new management! My daughter and I had a great time and when my infant woke up during my manicure, several of the workers helped with him so I could finish! It was so nice. I will definitely be back!

Mani Pedi Spa is a pleasant place. They have a large variety of colors. Decent prices. Can make an appt. The chairs are comfortable. Parking is sometimes a challenge. They dont offer beverages.

Told me it would be 15 minutes. Sat me in a chair for over 40 minutes with warm water. Someone came in to do their nails and they took them ahead of me. I will not be back.

Just moved to Jax from ATL. Ladies, we all know how hard it is to find a good nail salon. Mani Pedi was the first nail salon I came to, and I am hooked. The staff is so friendly, and my nail tech took his time with my SNS! They offered refreshments, and even asked what my boyfriend and I wanted to watch on TV. The salon also uses liners for pedicures which I really appreciate. It is a ways away from our house, but defiantly worth the drive. Tommy, Linda, Kai- thank you for all your help. You guys are awesome!

Went in the middle of the day to avoid large crowds. Was 1 of 3 people in salon. They completely rushed through service and did nothing special at all. Paid $25 (and still left $5 tip) for a 25 minute pedicure. It was my 1st time going here and I will never go back.

I loved this place so I brought a friend to get her nails done. She had never gotten a pedicure and I get them every few weeks. Mine took 40 min for the same one that only took her 20 min. After watching the tech rush through most of her pedicure I had to say something. When they skipped the base coat, I asked for them to do it and the woman got nasty and started laughing with her friend. She continued on not stopping to do a base coat. I had to have the manger come tell her to take the Polish off and do the base coat. She made the entire experience negative.Shame on her for poor customer service. This was a mothers day gift to a friend and she ruined in with her negativity and lack of customer service.The mangers response was mostly defensive but he agreed that the job wasnt done right, but in direct contast kept repeated we always do quality work. He offered no service or refund to make up for it-including not fixing a nail that was only half painted.Best nails in Mandarin if youre willing to put up with terrible attitudes. They are not willing to own up to mistakes it correct them.

Went and got my first acrylic coffin shaped ombré nail set at Mani Pedi Spa from Cai and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the way they turned out. Always love coming here for all my nail services!

Went in today for an sns manicure and the lady informed me that they don’t have sns and I have to go down the street for it even though it’s advertised on the window and on their menu. Completely disappointed. Why advertise it on the window if you don’t have it?

I posted pictures of the pedicure I got... You can see for yourself there is paint on the skin and half a nail isnt painted. Showed the manager and he didnt offer to fix it or anything else
