I had to go get my nails repaired every time I get them done by Jenny. The pictures that are attached is a result of a pedicure that I got 12 hours ago. No one speaks English and the owner Vin thinks it’s ok to give you a credit of $10 when she charged me $15 to fix them! They give poor service and don’t care and no one speaks English! They never have to worry about me again! Poor service poor professionalism. Vin response was you keep coming back! If it’s done right the first time I wouldn’t or shouldn’t have to continue to come back! He stated his employees are contracted out, well he needs to go and recruit better employees

The service was not up to par. Took a family member her for her birthday. The staff was very rude because of her size. We have come back here every year for her birthday since 2006. This year it was not the same. The pregnant worker spoke to Helen in their language about the birthday girl size some people do speak more than English. This has never happened before. The birthday girl dismissed the issue but I did not. I brought it up to David the man at the door . I am not happy about the staff. Service is service size should not matter. We will not be coming back here again. This is a luxury not a necessity. My money will not come back.

My daughter and I went in for a pedicure and I told the lady after looking at the type of pedicures they often we wanted the Deluxe pedicure and she hands me a sheet to choose a smell (orange, tropical, etc) now the pedicure showed it came with lotion and scrub like it always does with anywhere else I get the Deluxe from. So I went to pay and it was $195 for 3 pedicure and nothing special about the pedicure. I asked why is it was so much he said 3 pedicure I said yes 3 deluxe pedicures so he walks and talks to someone and comes back with the smells/scent option for the lotion and scrub he said you pick one I said yes he said that is $65 I said I told them I wanted the deluxe and it was $35 and he you pick I said because she handed me the sheet to pick and I thought I was suppose to. He said oh she don’t speak good English that is not my fault. He gave me $10 off I will never go there again it was not worth $200. Also my friend paid for my daughter manicure and gel and it is peeling off whileShe is sitting atThe dinner table just lifting up doing nothing. We call and the workers out a customer on the phone with us and she began to y’all also manger finally called back and was very unprofessional. We live an hour away and can’t drive back up there. Do not waste your time or money with this nail salon

I had to share my experience because today I went to get my nails filled. When I got them done with a file my cuticles started to bleed so I got tense and said that hurts. Instantly tells me it’s nothing and that I’m fine. He just laughed anytime my fingers got tense. I went here a few times but after this experience I will not be going back. Never felt more uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to leave.

A usually drop in. They are great each time. They are polite, kind and do their job well! The massage chairs are awesome as well!! Very relaxing.

This place is always incredibly busy but the wait is very minimal. The pricing is one of the best values in Jacksonville for the service. It does on occasion have unprofessional service, but overall worth it.

Oh my gosh the experience was nice but my nails were horrible. I was there with 4 other girls and we had a great time. However, my nails broke down to the bed of my natural nail. Ouch so painful. They didn’t last more than 24 hours before the first break. I will never go back. I give a 3 star because I had a good time and I didn’t give them a chance to fix it by going my back because it was just too far. I didn’t feel like driving.

Henry does an amazing job and very patient! I’ve been going to him since I moved to Jax a few years ago. The rest of the staff is also great as well. Also very affordable

The employees here are all very welcoming. They offer you a drink as you come in and always work hard to achieve your nail goals.

I enjoyed coming here for the first time. I normally go to Polish the Nail Bar but Venetian Nail Spa is the best experience... The foot spa was awesome and Kevin Van did an incredible job on my ombre pink nails. I will come back soon.

I had to come here and give a review because I saw a few one stars and could not believe it - this is the best place around to get a pedicure. Ive had Henry and Kevin both do my pedicure and they are both incredible and are AWESOME at the massage part! They deserve 5 stars!

Not clean, nail pieces came out of pouch. When asked if equipment was sterilized, the girl got mad and started talking in their language to the owner who did nothing . Not getting my business again !!!They have plenty of time to clean that place .!! nasty

Amazing pedicure. I got the 59$ all inclusive pedicure which included hot towels and a hot stone massage. Amazing massage of legs and feet. Very relaxing. I also got a beautiful pink and white full set. Everyone was very friendly and social distancing was used and masks were worn by all.

I have recently made this nail salon my go to for pedicures and manicures. I never leave dissatisfied. My last visit was with Dan for my pedicure with gel polish and I had never been happier with them. My toes are still gorgeous a 3 weeks later. That was the basic but I will say the Venetian Deluxe Ped is worth it with hot stones, sugar scrub and more.Whenever I get a gel manicure, acrylic set, or french tips I am not disappointed. They are always diligent when it comes to perfection and making their sets flawless. I would highly recommend them.They are always wearing masks and have acrylic wall barriers between the customers and nail artist.The only thing I would critique and ask for is for them to regularly wipe down the acrylic barriers so that you cant see the nail file dust all over them. I dont know if they wipe down each area/seat after each customer leaves and it would great if I could physically see with my eyes that they do that for my own sanity.

I usually always go to my nail salon in jax beach. I decided to save time and go here because I work and live in the area and three nails have broken off in less than a week. Not to much the price gouged everything. This isn’t the first time I’ve come to this salon and been disappointed. I just know I will never go there again. I will make sure to have enough time to drive out of my way to get good quality nails next time, lesson learned

My go-to place for mani/pedi! Henry is the best 🤩 he is professional and gentle. His technique leaves my nails nourished, not brittle (like some other salons I’ve been to). 10/10 would recommend.

It was my first time going and I was impressed. The lady took her time on both my manicure and pedicure. I got two colors and the lady did a great job of making sure the glitter on the top was even and set enough with a top coat. The areas all looked clean. There was no wait at all. I was in and out pretty quickly. I will certainly be back!

This was my second and last time going to Venetian nails. One week after having my nails done they are cracking. I’ve had my nails done at various places for decades and never have I seen anything like it.

The service here is phenomenal, I have been going to Kevin for years and high recommend him. Unfortunately they started carrying an organic gel line that peels off a natural nail within days and changes in color tone once on the nail a few days. They also do not keep up with any new colors or collections for OPI. Opi is the standard for great nail polish that stays. I tried the organic line because honestly I dont care about brand just quality but the organic line isnt worth the disappointment of having to come back weekly to get the gel polish fixed. Until they bring back at least the OPI collections theyve lost a long loyal customer, over poor product selection.

The service was slow. I requested a mani/pedi with a full set. I had to constantly repeat my request. The guy that started my pedi could not finish, because he did not know how to do what I asked. I paid for half polished toes. I will never go to this place again. This was the worse experience at a nail salon Ive had.

This has been the nail spa that I have come to for years. Service has always been great and staff is always helpful and accommodating. I live in the orange park area and I still happily make the drive here to get my nails and eye brows done.

I have always came here for my nails to be done. Today I needed a simple repair done to my nail. Just because the party behind me was getting full sets they took them first and told me they were full. Why three full sets equals more money than my one nail repair. It is sad because I have came here for the last 2 years

This place is amazing! Fair prices, excellent service and warm atmosphere. Myself and my two girls (ages 5&6) were treated like queens and left with perfect pedicures. Jenny & Van were awesome and did a great job! One of the employees was amazing enough to find an earring dropped by one of my little girls that we thought was lost forever. I was thrilled with how they went out of their way to give us a wonderful experience! ☺️

Shannon was amazing! I got a pedicure and gel nails with her She carries on great conversation and lets you relax during the massage of the pedicure. She gave the best attention to sore spots on my calves and feet. She had a lot of fun with my nails, which turned out to be the coolest my nails have ever looked! I will definitely be going back to her in the future!!

Amazing customer service and very affordable prices. My nails are literally perfect 👀 Every nail is literally identical. There very gentle didnt walk out with any cuts or nicks which is very surprising. Im definitely coming back will be a regular customer.,

Service was great but quality is alright. After 1 week my nails are lifting after getting a new set of dipped nails. They were really block shaped, which I expressed to the nail tech prior to the service that I did not want that shape.

My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this spa this morning.We were more than pleased.I had Leslie who was sweet, gentle, as I have compromised skin on my legs, and extremely through. She did a fabulous massage on my feet.My husband had Tammy. Tammy was also sweet, gentle and did a phenomenal job. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely welcoming.He made us comfortable upon arriving, and very appreciative when we left.

Kevin is the best! His SNS and Pedicures are amazing. Hes quick, but doesnt skimp on quality. If you visit be sure to ask for Kevin..tell him I sent you lol

Awesome place! Nail came off after one week

I came to this location about 3 weeks ago to get my nails done I received a full set with Gel polish and the service that I received was okay customer service wasn’t great but I thought the nails looked okay when I left ( I’m not very picky when I get my nails done) but after about 3 days my nails where already Turing from white to a off white (which shouldn’t happen with gel polish ! And after four days I had already had a broken nail ! I never right a review because I hate to give negative feedback but I had to because the job was so poor and for the money that I was charged for the full set I thought it would have been wayyyyy better .

Awesome experience! I was referred by Sonny in Daytona and I am glad I came. Kevin did and amazing job!! Will definitely be returning!

This was by far the worst nail place Ive ever been to my acrylic was not thick even though I explained to the lady several times that I would like thick acrylic theyre overpriced for no apparent reason now I see why they do not have their prices listed because they overcharge people who they want

I had a lovely experience at the Venetian Spa. I tried them on a whim as a walk-in. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Leslie was attentive and professional and because of her pleasant demeanor and quality work, I agreed to get a pedicure, too. I had not planned on it because I had recently over zealously trimmed *read ripped* my own toe nails to the quick in an attempt to resolve an ingrown nail. I loved their gentle, yet effective treatment. They worked together and were caring toward one another and to their clientele. I am very pleased and will be returning.

This place is fantastic!!! I was very impressed with the staffs skill. They worked really fast but it was the best job I have ever had. This place is worth every dime you spend!!!’ They were always checking in with me and confirming pricing. I am not a very regular nail person however I might be from this place!!!!

I got my toes polished today. No pedicure today. My schedule dont allow for it. Im going out and really wanted my toes polished. They havent been polish since before covid. This salon who I use to visit regular(they dont remember) was very short with me and rushed me. Dodnt say more than 2 words regarding my service. My polish was not dry and now my toes look awful.so upset. No time to go back and especially have them short with me. Seems like since I didnt get a higher paying service today that I was given poor service. 13 plus 2.00 tip for polish on my toes and now I have to fix it myself.

I usually go to another popular nail salon at the Town Center, but they were swamped and I was in a rush so I decided to try someplace new. I was a little nervous because nail salons are a hit or miss. Here at Venetian someone was able to take me right away. It was hard to relax because I was pressed for time and worrying, but I found myself talking to a married couple, both nail techs, as the husband did my nails. They are the sweetest people I ever met. Great customer service and you can tell they actually care about interacting with people and being friendly and arent just making conversation for tips. And my nails turned out fabulous. I literally cannot stop looking at them because they are so perfect from the color, the length, and the shape. Im not sure how the nail tech managed to pay such good attention to detail while working fast, but he did it. Found my new go-to spot!

Wonderful service! Absolutely the best nails salon I’ve been too! You walk in and they greet you and when you are seated they ask if you would like something to drink! I’ve never had that kind of service at any other salon anywhere!! My nails look great and I am highly satisfied!!

Ive never had such a great experience like at Venetian Nail Spa. I got lucky and didnt have to wait at all for a mani/pedi combo with their girl. She was very sweet and relaxed. I had an awesome conversation with her. Their prices are great in comparison to most other salons and the quality of service is much better! I will definitely be going back - with an appointment next time to make sure I get in.

The people that work here Treat you like family. Kevin, Cindy, Leslie, Van, Kathy and the rest of the team are amazing. If you don’t like something, they fix it and they take their time and don’t rush you like other places. Also free wine! They play the Jags game when it’s on and the food network any other time!! Great place and clean all the time unlike other places!!

Tina does a great job! Well, I went in today and Tina was busy. Another lady did my nails. I asked for them to be thinner, she said if she put a new set on they could be. Theyre not! There is filler under my nails and the polish is peeling off. And, she charged me the price I usually pay for a fill and a pedicure. Very disappointed!!!

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I just had my nails painted and the polish was old. It was globby and thick. I had to go home and remove. My friend did SNS and it was at least 1/4 inch thick. They crowded around and said this is how it is supposed to be. We left

I normally always go to Kevin but he was booked for a last minute appointment. Instead I gave Henry a try and he is fantastic! His work is clean and precise. 💜

I get my hair cut at Great Clips so I thought Id stop in and give it a try. I was seen right away but was highly disturbed when my nail tech was on the phone half the time. Then she did not give me a neck massage when she sat me at the drying table. I paid twice as much as I usually do. The polish did not even last a couple of days. Was very disappointed will not be returning.

My daughter and I had the deluxe pedicure. Very well done and friendly staff. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Will return again.

Came in here thinking I could get 3D design because their pictures online show that they can do that although they cant. When she gets to my nails she put the completely wrong color on after I told her the number was not marked correct on the sample when she went to fix it she left spots not polished you can see right through the color to the acrylic.. and the nail design looks like my child did it 😒😒😒

Jessica did my pedicure. Although I stayed on and in my phone, iPad, taking business calls, etc.....I still was very aware of Jessica’s every little nuance to make my experience EXCEPTIONAL! She even took the time to take care of an slight ingrown nail on my big toe that drive me insane with certain shoes. I didn’t ask for this, I didn’t complain, I am just always too much in a hurry. Jessica, I NOTICED! I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Jessica for an amazing pedicure experience! I also had my nails filed in and with a cats eye gel! Absolutely INCREDIBLE skill, conscious of their own detail!!!!! This is a MUST place for any woman who consistently does nails on the run, at ease, random or all the time. Incredible atmosphere, beautiful experience

I just left there for the first time and that is by far the best pedicure Ive had in a couple of decades. AND they had football on! Talk about a salon thats after my own heart. Im terrible with names but the lady who helped me was wonderful. Theres free wine too, just icing on the cake. I shall be back for sure!

At Venetian Nail Spa I have had by far the most pleasant experience as it was the first place I ever got a pedicure and their service is impeccable. I am now a regular at this place and I consider these people not only to be highly respectful but they are also professionals and I highly recommend this nail spa to anyone. Keep up the hard work and great service !

I would NOT recommend. The service was not pleasant. I went to have SNS nails done and a pedicure and took my 5 year old daughter with me to also have a pedicure. I chose the basic deluxe pedicure which said it was $32.00 on their menu and chose the the little princess pedicure for my daughter - priced at $21.00. We both chose gel polish which was a $15 up charge for each of us that I didn’t learn until it was time to checkout. An additional $30 just for gel polish on my toes and her little toes.... THATS OUTRAGOUS! Our pedicures were so rushed as well.I told my nail tech I wanted the color black on my fingernails and she was so lazy to look for it, she came back with something that she said was similar just had sparkles... my nails are navy. And she made me bleed in a few places when she drilled my nails.At the end of this my total came to $135.00 BEFORE tip. I get my nails done very frequently and have never spent anywhere close to that. Luxury prices for not such a luxurious experience. If someone would have told me I’d be spending $40 for a children’s pedicure I would have left... and then rude service on top of it.They’re also charging $1 more for each service right now to supply covid supplies like hand sanitizer and face masks which was mandatory. Masks are $1 each and I was charged $1 extra for my nails for some reason, and $1 extra for each pedicure.Terrible! Don’t waste your time!

My mother and I drive from Orange Park and Mandarin to get pedicures at Venetian Nail Spa - its the only place well go! The technicians are so nice and they do a great job. The salon is clean and comfortable, with tons of colors to choose from, and they have great prices. Give it a try; youll love it too!

Ive been here twice now. Once with Nancy for acrylic fill and one with Lee for acrylic fill and pedicure. Both experiences were good. I havent had to wait and Ive been there at busy after work times. Prices are standard for the business and I am very pleased with the quality of the work. The ambience is nice for a nail salon. It is not a spa so people who expect a spa experience should go to a spa. The pedicure stations are comfortable with the massage chairs, TV, and relaxing music. Better yet they serve complimentary beverages including wine.

This is my absolute favorite place to have a pedicure. Everyone is friendly, and they do a great job. It’s clean and comfortable. I normally don’t get manicures, but I did today. I had the powder polish applied, and I’m really happy with it.

Tammy did a fantastic job on my French ombre acrylic set. She was careful and meticulous, and her technique is stellar. I was seated and greeted immediately upon entering the salon. I am visiting from the Baltimore area and am delightfully surprised by the quality of service I received today.

They advertise that they close at 8pm. Doors locked before that. Terrible customer service. If you want to close early change your advertised closing time so people don’t waste their time coming to your location.

Not the best quality. My nail tech was nice but also talkative. Simple mistakes were made and I left unsatisfied. I noticed if you are a regular customer you get treated better than if its your first time going. I will not be returning unfortunately.

Extremely disappointed! The nail tech strongly recommended the dip powder so I agreed to do it. Big mistake! It looks like my 6 year old did my nails. I was there for 2 and half hours and was not pleased. Will not be returning

Michael took my nail fail to a ten! This was my first time at Venetian Nails, and I was not disappointed. I left my previous salon after they ruined my nails. Michael took time to discuss what would be healthier fo my nails & the best way to achieve the look that I wanted. Ill be coming back for sure!

I came here for my birthday and had a horrible experience. The nail tech didn’t do another coat of the color I picked . They got me to pay early and after that no one even checked on me at the dryer.I didn’t like how it looked when it dried and I think the manager told me I should have told her right after . Um first off, I assumed my feet would be painted correctly. So, they made me wait until she was done with a pedicure before fixing my polish instead of getting someone else who’s available like most shops would do .Everyone knows light colors require several coats. They are stingy with beverages. I expected good service and when I told them what I wouldn’t accept they looked at me crazy .I won’t be coming back .
