HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I had acrylics on for a month and my natural nails grew long and strong so my plan was to have the acrylics removed and to get overlay on my natural nails.Orchid nails is ran by Lilly and her husband (I don’t remember his name) who is the man who completely ruined my nails. I told him that I wanted to have the acrylics removed carefully so that I could get overlay. He was completely careless with his drill tool and kept hitting the side of my finger with it. As you can see in the pictures I attached, he broke almost every nail. After he finished TRYING to take the acrylics off by soaking them for an hour, he asked me if I wanted a new set of acrylics because my nails were “too thin and weak” for overlay. This wasn’t true at all because the remainder of my nails were strong and not flimsy. I told him I would just go somewhere else when he was finished taking off the acrylics so he quickly used his drill to try to finish up.I was completely disappointed and upset with how careless the nail tech was. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

My feet felt better and didnt smell anymore!

Terrible, first the technician cut my eyelid. I paid for eyebrow tinting. The technician put the stuff on and after over ten minutes I was told to take it off myself at home. I paid for the full service and was left hanging. I had to drive home looking like Angry Birds the stuff was lifted on too long. One eyebrow was low, while the other was up high. Never again will I go there.

Wait toooooo long. Jack,BB and Lee( Lee on feet)great but had to find another place. Management doesnt value customer time.

I love to get my nails done here. I usually get a fill in and a pedicure. Chris did my nails on my last visit, he was friendly, and very professional. He even suggested a nail design that fit me perfectly. David did my pedicure and my clean up for my eyebrows. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy with the experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are a full service spa. They take walk ins. You can pay cash, debit/credit, and CashApp. Masks are required and they practice social distancing.

Worst pedicure ever!!! At least from the guy that did mine!!! For cream I would have stayed ad home and did it by myself. He did not rub my calluses!!!! Ughhhh. He made me feel uncomfortable. 😡However my fill was ok. And I was please with it.

I got my nails done Thursday. On FRIDAY, 3 nails were chipped. JUST the gel acrylic paint. Not my nail itself.I called to see if they could fix & they said ONLY if I came in today. I do have a life, family & job to plan around. I cant get in until Monday. But they wont budge. Lost a customer.

Made me hate getting my nails done clipped my quick no apologies got passed around just to leave with half painted nails 100. later

BeBe is the best! She is always full of energy ans the life of the party around the whole shop!!! She always does a great job on my nails and she is the best on pedicures. Literally happy everytime I leave there and this is a place I always come back to, even since they were at the old location! I highly recommend BeBe if you are going to get your nails or toes done she really cares and makes sure your happy with what you pay for. Call before you go for faster service!

Very disappointed today. Very few customers but they wanted to do the manicure/pedicure at the same time. I said I didnt like that. The woman ended up cutting me and the polish is horrible. I had to remind her to do the cuticles. Due to no other customers, she took a nap in a pedicure chair. The pedicure was okay, but I asked the woman repeatedly to trim to my toe nails and she never did. Im pretty sure the prices have gone up too. That was $80 for gel man/pedi and eyebrows. I wont be back.Wish you could see the nail polish mistake on the photo. You can see how the middle finger isnt even straight. Ridiculous for the price.

So I went here Apt 24 2021 Warning dont let the man do your nails!!!!!My nails are horrible not shaped good at all he is an older man he was rude as well never again will I go here...going to get these nails soaked off somewhere else!!!!!! I usually dont leave reviews but someone needs to hear this. I went in for a fill, they were busy so the man that did my nails was rushing so much that he cut two of my fingers with the filling board that bled and was so sloppy that polish cured on my finger from the LED lamp so I got burned! And he was rude about it and didnt seem concerned. Plus he over charged me. WORST nail shop experience of my life. Never going back again!! 0 stars.

So I usually have good experiences here but the man that did my nails last time did a horrible job with no shaping skills whatsoever!! He said it was the polish going to the side that was throwing the shape off...no..that means you used too much polish I didn’t even ask him to fix it out of fear he would make it worse!! He was definitely inexperienced or just didn’t care. I don’t even do nails but I can shape better than this and he made my nails so thick! I think I’m going to stick with the chicks that do nails at they house at least they shaping be on point and able to do designs

Location is clean and everyone is friendly. If you decide this location i recommend Ms. Lee or BeBe they have wonderful personality and go the extra mile.

WASTE OF $40I had read a lot of good reviews for this place, let me tell you that every one of those was the opposite for my experience. I told the man I wanted a full set with gel polish, so he sat me down and started filing my nails. He filed them in a wide ‘u’ shape, which I assumed he was going to fix later on so I didn’t say anything. He went through the whole acrylic process not going back to fix his awful file job- so I asked him if he could fix it before he put the nail polish on. He seemed offended and said “you want square, no?”. So I showed him that these nails were in fact- not square or even straight. He filed them again, and made it worse. Proceeded to do a hurried paint job, and didn’t clean up the extra acrylic all over my fingers. I have been to numerous nail salons around the city and this was by far the worst job I’ve ever had and the first time I have never tipped. I had to stop by Sally’s across the street to buy a course nail file that could file down the acrylic. I just can’t wait for these to grow out and to get another set done by someone else!

I hate to have to spend my time even typing this, but after many years of using this salon, I regret to say that I will not be returning to them.I am so disappointed. Looking forward to finding a new salon that will appreciate my business.

Super sweet and amazing nails

I called to see if they were back open after the Covid-19. The lady B B answered the phone and when I asked if they were open and taken appointments, she states yes. Great, can I make an appointment for today and she said yes, 3:00pm. I show up at 3:00pm and there are signs all over the door that you must have a mask to come in. Well, I did not have one, nor did B B tell me this at the time that I was on the phone with her making the appointment. Then, I asked them if they had any extra mask, now keep in mind, that they have been wearing mask long before Covid-19 because of the dusk. The guy at the front said to me, yes but they are $2.00. I spend in here every two weeks for my fingers and toes, about $80.00. I will NEVER be back. You should be offering your customer a free mask.

I came in on three different occasions.. a fill the first time which Wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great (reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1). I returned again for the convenience and price for a full set and again for a pedicure to match the color.. each time the techs were very rude and both continuously got on their phones to make calls and text numerous times.. causing me to be in the chair for about 90 minutes. I’d understand if there was an emergency but one stated it was a “needy customer”. My full set was polish was caked on and within about 4 days it looked like it was 3 weeks old and sharp. Prior to receiving service I was told I needed to take my own polish off before ever coming in and I shouldn’t have been lazy. My pedicure looked like a child had polished my toes and even had a finger print. I asked if she could fix the polish before I left, in which she said it would be an extra $5 to do so. After being there for so long and for the fact that she wanted to charge me extra for a correction, I decided against the correction and will not return.

2 hours waiting and all I did was pick a nail color.

Super quick, gel nail manicure only $25 (:Due to covid 19 everyone had to wear masks but I felt safe!

The star is simply because I had to rate to write. They deserve no stars. They rushed through my pedicure. In less than a week I had no polish on 2 toe nails. Henry as nice as he is did a very poor job on my nails. The shapes are different and he didnt even ask what shape I liked. He used different size nails on my thumbs, when I mentioned it he said it was fine and hurt me while filing them to make them look the same. I had to pluck hair that was left after my eyebrows were done. $92 later and I will never go back.

I have patronize this place for a couple years. Prior to the moving into the larger location the service was excellent. However today is my last time doing business here. Today I came in for a routine fill in and David was my nail tech. Its no secret hes always in a rush but as long as my nails are done correctly Im cool with it. Well today he did a horrible job on my nails. You can clearly see where he didnt file my nail down prior to putting on the acrylic. I showed Mr. Henry his final work and Mr.Henry asked him to correct it. When I approached his station David was rude and stated Its fine, whats wrong with it I showed him and he acted as if he didnt want to fix it.My nails looks like a rush job. They look as if someone put clear polished over a much needed fill in. I paid for the sub standard service and thanked Mr.Henry for the years of service and advised I will no longer patronize his establishment due to the poor service I received today.

I come here every two weeks to get my nails filled and a pedicure and let me tell you! Bb is my absolute favorite person to work with their and James gives an amazing pedicure. The Gucci pedicure feels absolutely amazing and I love getting the Ombre full sets!

If I could give this place 0 stars for my last experience I would!I went to get a mani and pedi and they did it at the same time, which was not relaxing at all. On top of that they were gossiping and talking loud throughout the salon which made it even harder to relax. Then I got my eyebrows done and they messed them up horribly I was so upset I cried and I let them know I was not happy with my brows at all and the owner Lily told me “I fix them damn” I was so angry I walked out and when my boyfriend paid they OVERCHARGED HIM. I couldn’t even go back to argue, just save yourself the hassle and find a better place

My pedicure was great but I was not pleased with my manicure. Two different people took care of my services. The young lady that did my manicure did not clip or file dead skin from the sides of my fingers and she didnt clean under the nails.

They use to be really good. Caring about your nails..now they pile everyone in everything g is “5 minutes” but your really sitting for at least an hour.ill take my money else where

Nail tech was very rude when doing my pedicure. Got an attitude over my requests and questions about my polish on my toes and ONLY showed me one side of the pedicure prices as if I could not afford any of the other. Then her response was if you just turn the pages when you show me a book folded with TWO options thats what ill assume, horrible customer service.This was my 1st time visiting their salon. Not sad to say I will not be visiting again.

Called beforehand asking if they could take a walk in, they say yes come. Walked in and was greeted with a rude“what do you want”. Only to go and wait for an hour with 3 people still ahead of me. When getting up to leave I accidentally knocked over a bottle, I apologized (i had no problem paying for it) onlyto be yelled at by a worker “WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!?” in front of everyone, as if it was on purpose. Rude rude staff, horrible wait. Would never go again.

Went in for a pedicure. Before I even left the chair the polish was faded and smeared. My feet look like they havent been touched in 5 years-chipped faded polish, uneven cut nails, cuticles overgrown. By comparison I got a pedicure at town center that lasted a month and still looked good when I went to this joke of a place.

I wanted my nails rounded and they made them square. ive never had my nails done before and they look old as can be after only 3 days. Never coming back.

Came for a SOAK OFF. My nails were pried off with nippers and left my pinky with a patch of nail missing AND She filed my natural nail with a metal bit! Spas are supposed to be relaxing not painful

I did not have a good experience here. I walked through the door and staff was very pushy. I showed a photo of the style I wanted. Faded french manicure. I was told they couldnt do that. Then the woman right beside me was getting the exact same thing I requested. I asked if they could do the faded french manicure style one more time and was told no again. Staff was very pushy when I insisted I wanted the faded french. They still wouldnt do it. It was a very negative experience. Im not coming back here.

Awesome experience and they keep my nails right

I came here for a pedicure. I felt like I knew more than the person who was doing my pedicure. I always get acrylic on my big toes and one had a chip so I just asked the lady to fill it in. She took it apon herself to redo the acrylic on both toes and left lumps in them. I get to my other salon ( cause I wouldn’t trust them with my nails) and I see that the lady had acrylic on my cuticle. Making it very painful. I only give them two stars because I’ve been here before and was satisfied. But today’s experience left a bad taste. I don’t think I will be coming here again.

Only ask for Savannah. They will overcharge you and try to convince you, its your fault or youre not good enough to get your nails done. Very condescending service workers. I got toe fungus due to the poor foot spa sanitation methods. Cali Nails on Arlington is much better, though the facility is not as spacious or esoteric.

Good when you come in for multiple services at once. You can possibly get your nails done at the same time you get a pedicure.I went in once for eyebrows alone and walked out because I sat there 40 minutes and had others come in or from getting their nails done...get theirs done first.They try to push getting gel nails done too much.

I took my 5 year old daughter and her best friend to get mani/pedis last night. While waiting for me to get my pedicure and full set, the girls wtw getting restless. The staff were very patient. If they wtw getting frustrated with my kids, they didnt show it. My nails look fantastic and my girls feel fabulous for their girls night on the town tonight. I will definitely be returning!
