I came in to get a full set of acrylic coffin style nails, And my nail tech did a great job. He was so friendly and so nice and he knew exactly what he was doing. Ive been told in the past by previous nail salons that they cant do my nails longer because I have short nails and he said the only reason that they do that is so that they dont risk knicking your skin or something of that nature; but he didnt mind doing my nails long and he took his time doing my nails, so they turned out perfect. It was a little pricey but for what I got it was well worth it.

I have been in Jacksonville since July and I have gone to 3 different nail salons. Disappointed and frustrated that I have been unable to find a great salon. Today I went to Nail Spa and finally my prayers were answered. Juni did his thing on my new set. My nails were done exactly how I like and with little need to discuss what I want. Thank you! Finally I have a nail tech that is amazing. Absolutely great service!

I got the deluxe pedicure. Well worth $37!! Loved the hot stones, towels and wax! Definitely recommended!! I walked in and was serviced immediately. Kind & professional staff. Very safe measures taken for Covid! Tan Van was excellent as my tech!!

I have been to this establishment multiple times, due to everyone wearing masks the owners wife did not recognize me and than proceeded to lie to me and tell me that she is not able to do fill ins because she doesnt know how to do it (even though she has filled my nails on multiple occasions when Jimmy the owner got shot and he wasnt working) but thats not here nor there. If you did not have time or want to do my nails all she had to do was say so. Its the 1/10 service for me

My husband and I absolutely love this place for our pedicures. We have been coming here for a few years. Our nail techs are Casey and Natalie and they give us the finest treatment. They always take their time and never rush even if its after closing time. Also their prices for pedicures are very reasonable.

This is my favorite nail salon. It is so relaxing. It was a really nice experience even during Quarantine.

Just stopped in because I was on this side of town and had a couple hours to kill. I will definitely be back! They are very friendly and professional. The prices are competitive. Its in a convenient location right beside Publix. Great experience all around!

My pedicure was fine in the beginning. The polish speared while leaving in the rain this particular Saturday! I called the salon back and requested to speak with the manager. I felt the manager was very rude and very insensible when I informed him of what happen. The people that work there speak in a different language which I am sure they are definitely talking about the customers. This business will no longer receive my business and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! They have lost a customer for sure! When you are a paying customer common courtesy is a must! Think twice and consider changing your terrible attitude!

Literally cannot rave about this place enough. Have been coming here for about a year. I have had everything done from pedicure, gel, basic manicure and acrylic. All nail techs are extremely nice, the prices are great, and you get massages with everything. The basic pedicure massage is amazing and they run your shoulders and hands with a manicure. They also offer waters and sodas. Overall great place. It’s hard to find a nail place you trust but this one is definitely it. They take their time to make sure everything is perfect.

This nail salon is a hidden gem! I literally live a mile away from here, so it’s super convenient for me. I didn’t even know about the place though until a few months ago. I’ve gotten 3 pedicures from here so far and never been disappointed. I’m super picky when it comes to my nails too. Their basic pedicure ($25) includes paraffin wax and hot stone massage as well! Plus, they always give you a neck/shoulder massage while your toes are drying! Everyone working here is really nice. I’ll definitely be back! And I highly recommend this nail salon.

Terrible experience, went for an eyebrow wax and somehow she managed to burn right underneath my eye??? don’t understand how wax got there on BOTH sides of my face and wouldn’t give me a refund because i didn’t say something right then and there yet i had to wait until i got home to see how bad it was. called and spoke to the manager who said they can’t give me a refund and they can’t do a thing about it so if you need a good nail salon i highly recommend nail blvd and NOT this place whatsoever

This is one of the best places for a pedicure in Jax, every time when I decided to try some different places Im deeply disappointed 🙁 for $25 you get a massage, paraffin treatment, and hot stone massage, and very good pedicure service, everybody is very friendly! I love my Nail 💅 salon and friendly staff there ❤️

I was really impressed with first experience at the Nail Spa yesterday. My pedi included a lower leg massage, hot stones and moisturizing, plus a massaging chair. I will definitely be going back.

Edited 11/28/2018 Changed my two star review to a ONE STAR. I went to get a fill in last night at a different salon and immediatly noticed the GREEN STUFF under my acrylic. I have been getting my nails done 12 YEARS and i have NEVER HAD GREEN STUFF UNDER MY ACRLYIC. I was so disturbed because this nail salon was the last that I visited, and while i was there I was cut several times with the nail equipment and it made me second guess how UNSANITARY getting your nails done there can be. Now I am 1000% sure this salon is responsible for the green stuff under my nails. I will be sure to let everyone i know to NOT GO TO TO THIS SALON!2 Stars only because the woman who did my nails was friendly. When i walked in on 11/04/18, the man asked me what I wanted. I requested a fill in with gel mood colors. He was quick to rudely brush me off and say they dont have mood colors. That is funny because little did he know, i had been there before less than a month prior and knew for a fact they had mood color gel. Another woman came and helped me, showed me the mood colors and started on my fill in. Although she was extremely friendly, she completely butchered my nail bids. I left bleeding with cuts on almost every finger. I would never go back.

I love this place! Everyone is very nice and their prices are pretty great. I highly recommend them - I come all the way across town to get a pedicure here.

You get what you pay for! I got a fill in from this rude nail tech and not even an hour later I broke 3 nails because they are so thin! I never ever break nails so I know it was because she did a terrible job. This place sucks don’t waste your time or money

One of the techs gave me an ingrown toenail and I didn’t want to make a big deal about it. I just wanted to get the problem fixed. I haven’t cut my toes in a long time and didn’t have this soreness and pain in my two big toes until I last got my feet done from one of their techs. When I spoke with their owner to see if I could get this problem handled, he said it wasn’t their fault and didn’t like the fact I was blaming his techs for my issue. So apparently I caused this on my own and blamed them just for fun. They don’t have to worry about me giving them any business again.

I experienced lots a pain in one of my fingers after getting my nails done here. I just got my nails re done somewhere else and I noticed a discoloration under the nail that had hurt. I get my nails done all the time and I have never gotten a fungus! I will be going to the doctor asap to get something for it. So gross!

Absolutely the best nail salon in the area. They always fit me in, and the quality is always on point. I travel a lot and have been to numerous salons, this is still my favorite!

The guy who sits in the first chair to your left when you first walk into the nail shop did my pedicure and polish my finger nails. He did not do a good job. He rushed and he did not take his time. If I decide to return, I will not allow him to touch me! Period!

The best pedicure around and a great price. I love the leg massage and the parafin wax treatment that is included in the deluxe pedi. Narin does an AMAZING job. The pedicure lasts for weeks. The staff is very friendly and the salon is very clean.
