Do not come here. Arrived at 6:45. Was seated at 7. The lady said she would be with me in a minute. She disappeared. 20 minutes later, she comes through the door pushing her laundry cart from the laundromat next door. Really? I left. I will never come back.

As a person who is on her feet all day, I splurge by getting my pedicure done. The folks there are professionals, polite.

Manager was rude and ugly to her employee so a mani pedi became just a pedi and I wont be going back

The service here was TERRIBLE. I came in to get my feet done yesterday the nail technician was rude and barely spoke. Then when she did my feet she skipped a bunch of steps. On top of that, I got gel polish on my toes and they are already lifting! She didn’t even know how to do a fill in on the big toes so she had me wait for someone else to do them and they already had someone. The worst service I had ever had. I had to get my feet done over again!

I’ve been coming here to get my feet done for years. I opt to get my nails done since there was a wait. I didn’t want gel polish on my nails because I use someone else and didn’t plan on having nails long. My nails were purposefully painted in a way to cause them to crack! I requested my feet to soak prior to service and this time it was a problem. I need to ensure my feet are soft so all dead cells will be removed. I won’t be back.

Horrible!!! I Do not recommend this location it hasn’t even a week and my nails looks like I need a filling and I have fungus on my middle finger and lost a nail!!

After only two days of having SNS, they started cracking and breaking. The owner offered to fix it, but I just wanted my money back because I know the difference between good and bad quality work. The owner refused. He claimed it was the service I paid for, and he could not refund me. I disagree. Typically SNS can last almost three weeks- AND THAT WAS THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR. Please do not spend your money here. They only offer sub-par services and faulty products. Waste of my time completely, and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

They take good care of my feet. The wax bags are a MUST. I have been a customer for a year.

Went to get my brows waxed and it was the most painful experience ever. Then she put alcohol on and and when I flinched in pain she told me it hurt because I moved. I’ve gotten my brows waxed and threaded for 10 years+ and have never experienced anything like this. Left a huge scar under my brows.....Im also in alot of pain in that area. I can’t wait until my regular returns to work at Iglam Lab.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY !Went there because it is literally down the road from my house. Got a full fresh acrylic set for vacation the next day. Paid 50$ for my set and toes, and when I tell you the very NEXT day one broke off. They were not shaped well and just looked a hot mess and because my flight was 6 the next morning, I spent my whole 2 weeks in Jamaica with one broke nail. How do you go wrong with fresh acrylics.

Waited over an hour while the staff took people who walked in after us because they asked for certain artists. Thats fine but it wasnt by appt. And they moved me to another chair where I sat for 30 minutes while they took other clients. If I could give it less than a star I would. So furious. Tried to wait it out by googling nail designs but couldnt stand watching other people walk right on in and sit down.

I have been going to Nail Pro for over six years, and I have not had any problems with my nails, and my nails are always beautiful. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Ive gone here for years and have never had a bad experience. Although I dont get my nails done often Ive always been pleased with the finished product as well as the customer service. I normally come here to get my eyebrows waxed. Today I had to wait a little longer than usual but it doesnt happen often. Lisa always does a great job on my eyebrows!

The price for a full set is $20 and I got my eyebrows waxed for $7. The eyebrow lady did really well, my eyebrows are symmetrical and look great. The reason I gave them 1 star is because of my full set. I got an overlay and while he was doing it I could tell this was not going to go well. My nails look bubbly and he did not make the nails flush so it was already lifting 2 days later. 5 days later one came off! Never in my life have I ever had nails come out so bad.

They are all about money and they like rush you for everything my pinky nail is missing it nail never again

Poor service. I walked in at 3:15, i was told to sit at the table the women pointed at, at 4pm i was still waiting. I got up and walked out. The sad thing is, they saw me walk out and said NOTHING!!!. Business must be that good for them to treat customers that way.

Horrible! Just went by at 7:18 pm and was told theyre closed. Even though sign on door clearly states they close at 7:30 was going for a simple polish color change. Wont ever go back. They didnt even ask what I needed.

Myself, my 5 year old, and 15 year was told this nail salon was great. We passed 5 salons coming from Oakleaf Plantation to get to this nail salon. The owner did my nails and did a horrible job. Its been 2 days and 2 nails are already lifting up on the side of the nail. My 5 year old polished last 5 minutes and thats it. My 15 year old stated the selection of polish was out dated.

Always clean & people who work there are gracious. Lisa is the only one I go to 4 eyebrows.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here Saturday ( 12/8/2018 )and the guy working there did my nails. When I walked in I was satisfied with the prices but once I actually sat down to get my nails done he was rushing. He put the acrylic on my cuticles, and my nails were all different shapes and sizes. The nail polish was old and started chipping away by Monday, as well as lifting the day after I got them done. They came off today which is Tuesday ( 12/11/2018 ) that’s 3 days... Their staff is also rude, gives you dirty looks constantly and try to make you pay more when the prices are clearly on the wall, so be careful if you do take the risk of going here. I’d rate it 0 stars if I could. PSA: If you’re trying to save money don’t come here, you’re better off spending a extra $10 somewhere else and getting your moneys worth!

I went in on a Monday for a mani/pedi. There was no wait and all staff the were friendly. Prices were affordable, all services were performed in a professional and timely manner.

Out of desperation and trying to save gas I went and got a manicure on Sunday here at Nail Pro. Wednesday comes and 2 of my nails are off. Thursday another nail pops off. Then today(sat.)I have a total of 4 nails off and they tried to make me pay full price at first then the manager mentioned its the oil of the nails. That made no sense to me. 35.00 down the drain. Never again !! Id rather spend the extra money at Billion nails and spa,drink my champaigne and have them done right like my first instinct told me to.

Just ok love the selection of gel polish great compliments on my mood changing polish...but the work was very amateur and tacky....the tech saw that he had drill my skin and didnt put alcohol on it just kept paintings mind u it was bleeding i had to stop him....and two of my nails came off....my first time and last time...my pedicure was awesome tho

I just went here for an eyebrow wax and there was a wooden stick already laid out with wax on it so not really thinking I went ahead with the wax I asked her to make them thin and she proceeds to DOUBLE DIP THE WAX ON EACH STROKE AND WHEN SHE WAS FINISHED PLACED THE SAME WOODEN STICK BACK ON TOP TO BE REUSED!!!!! SO THEY WAXED MY BROWS WITH SOMEONE ELSES FACE GERMS ON TO MINE! EEWWW DISGUSTING AND TO TOP IT OFF SHE DID NOT DO MY EYEBROWS HOW I WANTED THEM. THEY WERE STILL THICK AND DIDNT EVEN LOOK LIKE SHE DID A THING. NOT TO MENTION THEY ARE RUDE!!!! NOT FRIENDLY!!! AND MAKE YOU FEEL AS IF THEY ARE THE QUEENS AND YOIR ARE THE PEASANTS WHEN YOU WALK IN! SMH

Please dont go to this salon... I should have read the comments about this place before I went.. The nail technicians are sloppy and they are unsanitary. The reuse old nail files..they have old clumpy nail polish..they also cannot polish nails correctly; they have nail polish all on my hands as if a 5 year old polished my nails..and their prices are not reasonable due to their quality of service....please do not waste your money here like i just wasted 45 dollars

I had a pedicure and a fill in done last night and walked out at about 7:45 having spent $55 on a pedicure and fill in - not even gel polish- and the polish is old, poorly painted, and very thin. I got to work this morning and at about 11am, my index fingernail cracked and broke off. I went in after work to have my nail fixed and no one wanted to help. When the nail artist went to fix my nail, she filed the acrylic so far down that it actually burned my nail bed, then the new one she put on was CROOKED. I will never be back to this establishment, my money and time will be spent elsewhere.

Ive never had an experience at a nail salon to only be described as disgusting and beyond subpar. Im visiting friends and family and needed to have my French polish redone. I happened to see this nail shop next to Publix and walked in. The greeting was shabby and the ability to understand that I wanted a polish change took at least 5 minutes. When I was told to go to the last chair, I went to the last spa chair but was told No no....go to last chair for nails. I asked if they were serious and they said Yes and proceeded to place my foot on a bottle of some type of solution and start to paint my toes. This was the tackiest and dirtiest place Ive ever been to and obviously will never return. The lady that did my feet looked like something was crawling in her hair and she had horrible dandruff. Her feet looked nasty and were not manicured. I was absolutely desperate to just get a touch up polish and settled here because it was late in the day and friends were expecting my return. I think before I leave Jacksonville I will contact the health department as this nail salon is gut wrenchingly sour in every sense.

I went here Thursday Feb 11th afternoon for a full set. The guy cut me with drill bit thing when he was filling my nails. I did let him know at the the time he did hurt and cut me a little. In Saturday the 13th I had to go to the ER. I received a bad nail infections from the injury.the ER doctor had to numb and slice a cut to let out the pus/infection. I also have 4 different meds. Sunday i asked to speak to the manager and some lady gave me a number and stated and wrote on paper I can only call 730pm -8pm. Dont go to them!! Very rude and non sympathetic to their customers.

I just left from here amd the guy was very nice and all but his work is so sloppy.the first thing i asked for was a black French tip i had to get it removed because lines was sloppy and i had paint overlapping so to make it easier i had asked him to repaint and do the whole nails red so it wouldnt be hard for him to do the lines but yet he still managed to have red paint overlapping to my skin.He should learn how to clean up and paint nails properly

I will never go here again!! Have gone many times for a pedicure, but today I decided to get a full set and it looks horrible. The sides of my nails are literally unfinished acrylic that wasnt filled off. They charged an extra $5 for coffin shape and it looks like the nail tech was practicing. The customer service was not great. I had to sit and wait 30 minutes after my pedicure. The guy in there that did my nails was impatient and seems to have a bad attitude. Im so disappointed, and my anniversary is tomorrow.
