My nail tech Paul wanted to argue with me when I tried explain why I wasn’t satisfied with my outcome, I originally made an appointment with Tim but he wasn’t there. I spoke with the owners wife and she pretty much argued with me saying everyone has their own techniques. Even though I wasn’t satisfied they still made me pay this is ridiculous everything is crooked to the point where I had to shape my own nails in the salon before he put my polish on. This is very unprofessional and over rated my nail came out super messy and very uneven. I am not happy and will not be going back.

As you can see two of my nails are on crooked as well as having me rub my own cuticle oil on. The guy was rushing through. I tried to come back the next day which is a Sunday been over 30 min from the time they say their open but no one is here.

Did a walk in and waited about 15min but Im never disappointed in the service. Needed a manicure ASAP and they took care of me

BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Theyre overpriced for the services they provide and charge you for every little thing they do. Things that seemingly should be apart of the service youre paying for originally. Evidently, if you let them know that youre not satisfied with their work or that you want it done a certain way, they easily become intimidated and tell you that none of their techs feel comfortable doing your nails, as though your opinion doesnt matter or is not warranted. Find better and cheaper. Do not go here!

I went there on the 1st to get my nails done and within less then 24 hr the diamonds he placed on my nails fell off. The next day i went up there seen they were really busy and decided just come back next day since my kids where in the car, the next day came i was told to have a seat and the guy look at my nails and said he could not find the dimond the guy used so come back tomorrow and the guy who did my nail would be able to help me more. I had no problem with coming back. Now on day 3 I show up and was told to have a seat that its going to be 45min to glue a diamond on a finger nail!!! Day 3 now!! When ask if i could just make an apt to come back so I dont have sit there, the receptionist told me NO we dont do apt for that!!! I guess out of 20 people only one can glue a diomond on a nail somthing that would take 2 minutes. I told her i do it myself if they could just give me the diomond she said in a very rude way i dont know what to tell you!!! I payed almost 100 dollars for my nails within less then 24 hr they are falling apart and when I WAS TOLD TO COME BACK TODAY BY THEIR STAFF and then they give me an attitude when i showed up!! This place is very unprofessional this is not the first time i had come back due to my nails messing up also everytime i make an apt i still have to sit and wait 30 plus minutes so apt are useless here. I wouldnt come here unless you want pay a arm and leg and once they get your money they dont care to help you again. Also the reception with short brown hair is rude as hell!!!!! Waste of 3 days!!!!!

I drove down to visit my family from Charlotte and I thought it would be a great treat for me and my sisters and it was super fantastic! I had someone do my nails and 2 other people did my sisters and they are all wonderful. I am so grateful for being recommend to this place it was amazing!

Awesome pedicures! I got the $50 one which included a salt scrub, lotion, cooling mud mask, and paraffin wax. It was amazing! Sandy took her time and did an awesome job. She was so sweet too! Will definitely be coming back to see her. 4 stars because of wait time - it was upwards of 45 minutes. They have multiple ways to pay as well including cashapp.

Made an appointment for both a color change on my nails and a pedicure got told both were made. Got here had pedicure done then told I had to wait on another tech for my nails Bc they had walk ins and that trumped my appointment. After they let me girlfriend who was with me have the same tech after only having an appointment for a pedicure and then adding to have her nails done. Won’t ever be coming back. The service here over the years has gotten worse. And not to mention the girl at the register was more worried about her phone than getting my appointment for nails taken care of.

I’ve never had my nails done so horribly. Process was rushed to ‘get me out the door’ and my nails suffered from it. I got gel and the guy did not let them dry in between and left wet air pockets on my nails that popped after just two days. Called the owners to have someone else fix them (keep in mind I have seen them work on customer nails themselves). First they wanted me to wait till Wednesday, then told me it was policy to have the same guy fix the nails otherwise I would be charged full price. They didn’t offer to do it themselves or refund. Only thing was that they would check them after the same guy who did a horrible job in the first place re-do them. I don’t write many reviews but I felt that this was unprofessional of the owners for customer satisfaction. I will not be going back.

My friend had been telling me about this nail salon for the longest. I had never tried them, but not am I glad I did! The prices are literally 15-20 dollars cheaper than what I pay at my usual spot. They actually have a price menu and break the pricing down on the receipt. My normal spa would result in different prices EVERY visit and there was no pricing menu to help contest. The customer service is amazing and they’re are so many nail techs so you’re never forced to wait a long time. If it’s full of customers there will be about a 15 minute wait but I’ve waited MUCH longer, so I have no complaints there! All in all...great prices for amazing service!!!

These guys are always great. They are strict about hand washing. Very clean. They have plastic between you and the artist and you and other customers. You can venmo the tip. The ambiance is nice. Its so soothing.

This was my first time here. The salon is nice. Pretty neat setup. The guy Juan did my nails. He was awesome. I showed him a picture and he hooked me right on up with a great design. Was slightly higher priced than my normal shop but was very satisfied with my nails. Will be back

It wasnt bad, just wasnt an amazing place. The decor is beautiful and the exterior definitely is unique. I had a gel mani and pedi done. The hand and foot massage was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. The work I had done was good, just didnt last very long. My nails were already chipping 1 to 2 days later, so it sucked that I paid just about $90 for a one day mani pedi. I went during the week, on a Tuesday, and it wasnt busy. I tried to go again on Saturday and was unable to because they were so booked. Again not a bad place. I would go there again.

Today was my first time visiting and I loved it! My nail tech did an amazing job, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I brought my four year old daughter and they were amazing with her & she also had a great experience! I highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

My nails were so chunky when I left and before applying the acrylic, he filed my nails down and almost broke though to the skin. I had to go somewhere else to have them fixed right after I left. Very disappointed. 😕

This nail salon is a JOKE, I went in for basic pink and whites and they set me up with a person named Henry. He did a great job, and in 2 weeks I called for a fill appointment requesting Henry and they made the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that He just didnt show up for work that day, and that he does this very often, they never know when hell show up for work. I let another person work on my nails and they turned out okay, but not great. So I called back 3 weeks later and Henry hadnt been there for 3 days and the other person that did my nails hadnt shown up for a week. These people are BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL, this salon is set up like a sweat shop assembly line, and you should not go here unless you are willing to risk 1- a horrible experience or 2- a potential nail problem. If you are serious about your nails this is NOT the salon for you. Save yourself some time and grief and go to A.R. Nails & Spa, where youll be treated with kindness and care, and your fingers and toes will always be on point! Artwork and all! Ive been going to Miss Cindy for 2 years now and my nails are AMAZING!!!

First of all I went in there asked for a refill I’ve never gotten a refill before because I don’t do my nails that often I see the girl taking off the color from the nail and then shaving it down call you know the process that I thought would be for a refill and she ends up taking my nails off because I asked for a specific color that it’s supposed to be a new set with powder I was never told that I asked for a coffin shape they do not look like coffin shape at all they are so scratchy from the bottom like I can scratch someone in the face and they’ll have a scar.The layers and colors that she put on my nails they were all red and one silver some of the fingers look more red than the other ones I’m just so upset I can’t believe I paid $57 for this I am not happy I don’t know what to do I’m very annoyed my hands are like unsafe for my kids at this time I’m just so annoyed

Today was the first time in a long time I have been to get my nails done. I have never been so satisfied like I was here. I had Wendy and she was so sweet with her recommendation and just how she took her time to make my nails so perfect. I’m super impressed and will forever recommend Aloha to everyone I know.

I was referred here by a coworker, so against my better judgment, I strayed from my normal salon to try it out. Juan didnt even speak to me until after he had been doing my nails for almost 35 minutes. He rushed and it shows. I left with polish spots all my fingers and spots on my nails that werent even covered with color or a top coat. He rushed me out and they are still tacky to the touch and didnt even bother to give me some cuticle oil. Not to mention that they charge you for a file and buffer which Ive never even heard of. I mean I get that you get to keep them, but really? I wont be back.

I went to Aloha for the first time and absolutely loved it. Everyone was so nice and the person doing my nails took their time and did it right. He asked if I liked it, needed anything adjusted, etc so it was to my liking. I was a playboy bunny for a work dressup and Timmy hand-painted the playboy bunny on. Absolutely amazing and perfect! Very talented and I definitely will be going back. Great quality!

I’ve been going to Aloha for a year now. The employees are great! The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because of timeliness. I don’t even bother setting an appt anymore because I know I’ll be disappointed. I usually walk-in during the week. Their very clean/sterilize all their tools. My pedicures are always great. Caesar is great! And Wendy did my full set and I am absolutely in love with them!

Even though the wait was long I found it to be a fantastic Experience. The nail technicians were very good. I have found it, hard to find a nail salon in the South that can do designs looks so beautiful. The shop itself was clean and well designed.

Love this place. Several of their techs are really talented and kin . I love April, Lyly, and Ceasar... but I see them all doing great work. The girl that works the front desk is also sweet and easy to talk to. I dont get my nails done often but when I do this is the place I go.

This is the definition of hit or miss. Unless you schedule with someone you KNOW does well you will be risking your results. If you try to say you dont like anything they yell across the room to others about your business and make it very awkward then have the same person who wasnt able to do it right, fix it. Even if you have an appointment, youll end up waiting forever. Just go somewhere else.

Tim hands down is the best nail tech I’ve had since I moved away from home. Only place in town I’ve found that can correctly do a french fade dip, dips that hold up well, and clean dips that I don’t find myself picking at and that’s worth its weight in gold for me.

I am so picky about where I get my nails done. I prefer a modern/welcoming environment, broad choice of services and most importantly workers who will put thought into my interest and disinterests. Many times I go to nail salons and they will pressure me into styles I don’t like or extras I did not ask for. BUT not Aloha Nails! They are so kind and understanding and professional and I always come out of there satisfied with their work . RECOMMEND 100%

Off and on repeat customer of about 3 years this is my go-to when I’m Jacksonville. There are a few pro tips to keep in mind to maximize the chance of a top-tier experience at this location: 1) service is best during off-pay weeks. 2) get your coffee AFTER your visit. 3) If you have a specific design make note of it when booking your appt as only certain nail techs are trained in specific techniques. Overall decent nail salon. Definitely the top salon in the great city of J-Vegas :)

Yeah they are on T. V BUT thats about it.... Job they did ON ALL 3 of my kids was horrible (youngest was in tears) and I get it most of there clientel prob dont understand or even know what a good job looks like

This place was amazing! They did my nails really well! I have been in Jacksonville for 13 years and out of all the salons I have tried this one tops the cake. The lady talked to me and yeah she didnt know how to flower (we joked about it) but her friend did and she did amazing. The place looks so professional and it was well decorated compared to other nail salons. Also they have so many colors. I will definitely be coming back to get a French manicure again!

The nail technician couldnt do a full set. My nails where very thin and lumpy. The worst shop Ive ever been to. Dont waste your time or money. The people who gave great reviews dont know anything about how nails are supposed to look. Press on nails look better than their work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist was VERY rude when I walked in. I just wanted to get a pedicure and she said “are you sure?”...Waited almost an hour before I decided to walk out. As I was waiting I observed some interesting behavior by the staff. I thought I’d try this place out and it was best never to go there.

The lady I finally ended up with did a great job on my pedicure. It took a while after I was seated to get someone to do my pedicure though. There was a gentleman that I started with and he left and I was waiting for someone to come and finish my pedicure. The lady who took over was super sweet and and did a great job, she also did my eyebrows which turned out great!

Tim and Jan are amazing, so fun and friendly. Tim did beautiful work on my nails! The receptionist was extremely helpful (its been a while) and friendly. Great experience, will be back!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appt at 6 last Wednesday with a friend for the ball. We got seated on two opposite sides of the room got a gel manicure along with my toes painted. My friend got a full set. I finished before her sat to dry my toes for 20 minutes and then sat for 10-15 minutes with my friend waiting for her to finish. We went home and by the time I got home my toes were pushed back like they weren’t dry... after THIRTY minutes of drying. Within five days five of my fingers are messed up horribly and I went in hoping to get a refund (With my two children in tow) and was told I couldn’t get a refund that they would fix them either today or tomorrow. I explained I was a stay at home mom and didn’t have childcare and he said that wasn’t his problem. $50 wasted. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I really do like this place; but what is the point of making appointments when you always have to wait atleast a min. of 20 min. past the scheduled appointment. No one is every apologetic nor do they care. It is a shame . Has the potential to be even more amazing.

I came here and paid $50 for regular acrylics. I didn’t get any polish or anything just regular tips and I honestly think that’s over charging. I used to pay $20 back home and I waited quit awhile to get seated.

I am not a very confrontational person but I actually had to speak up to the lady removing my acrylics today. Instead of asking me to place my hand back into the water she shoved my hand into it multiple times unable to align my fingers...I simply said to her “I can do it if you’d like” this honestly seemed to trigger more aggressive hand grabs lol. This is an odd thing to say but I have also noticed that if I am more done up with makeup and my outfit I always receive better service. 🤔 Besides that I have never had a bad set of nails here! I’ve been about five times now and always am pleased with the result.

Really disappointed with my visit today. I went to get 2 nails fixed from 2 days ago and was given many excuses to divert from getting it fixed due to it being busy. Ive being a customer here for 2 years now will be going somewhere else.

I got a manicure and a pedicure, the pedicure was absolutely amazing and worth every penny, the manicure, on the other hand, was absolutely horrible. The lady who was doing my manicure was extremely rough on the sides of my fingers trying to push the acrylic down. In the end my finger nails look stubby, and look like they were done by a 3 year old. It was probably one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten ever.

I didn’t wait very long. This place is popular so it’s busy. But I got sat down fairly quickly. First: the guy who was doing my nails was sick. Second: he got my skin with the dremel. Third: when he was buffing my nails he wasn’t even looking at them. And lastly he shaped one of my nails crooked. Now it was only one and the rest of my nails look great. But the service could’ve been better. I really don’t know if I plan on going back.

Went here the other day, needed a fill and 3 nails put on, I still had my tips on but they were broken, I asked him kindly too drill off my broken nails instead of picking them off (w another nail tip) it hurt a lot, I’m not a big baby at all. He proceeded too ask me if I had children.. I said yes they are grown, his response was... well I should b able too handle 3 seconds of pain!!!’ Really?? It shouldn’t hurt too get my nails done!!! Sorry Tony.. I won’t b back!! Plenty of other salons in the area to give my money too!!! Nails shouldn’t thump after u get them done!!! Not too mention, it took s hour and 20 minutes too get them filled....

This is my first time to do nails in this salon. I set an appointment for 2:30 I come early hoping I get in exact time in but I still wait for 45 mins. I came here and got a nail polish change I was told for SNS that it cost 40 dollars for a refill and a new set. I was talked to so rude by the receptionist and the owner it was horrible. I mainted my composure but do not come here it is the worse customer service experience to date.

I can’t for the life of me remember who did my nails, but she was amazing! I got my mani-pedi two weeks ago now, and my nails have barely even peeled! (Got gel and that usually peels for me in a week and a half because of my cuticles). My pedicure has chipped in one spot, but I’ve been to the beach a lot since, so I honestly expected more chips than one by now. I also got French tips on both hands and feet, and she was such a perfectionist about it all, which I really appreciated, because I’m a perfectionist and my nails look great! I called the day before to make an appointment and the woman on the phone was super sweet, and I had no wait when I went in! Also by far the best massage chair I’ve ever sat in for a pedicure, and great massages on both hands and feet! 10/10 would recommend and will only be going here from now on!

Worst customer service EVER!! I pay 100 for fill and basic pedicure. my nail design starts to peel after 3 days. So I kindly go back to for the owner to tell I have to wait for 1hr or more before anyone can fix my nails. Not even the slightest ounce of empathy then walks away. If you are gonna charge these prices make sure your work matches. Please save your time and go else where at least somewhere your money is appreciated.

I used to be a regular at this place but stopped going because I got a nail infection from them not cleaning their supplies properly. BE CAREFUL! Yes, their nail art is beautiful but its not worth your health. Hadnt ever had that problem before and since I havent been back I havent had that problem since. And just imagine, if they dont clean their nail equipment I shudder to think what they do with everything else in there.
