I really can’t say enough about the great customer service these guys have! First off, I’m so excited that Pecos has CTG express, it’s so convenient and I don’t have to drive the one hour to Odessa or three hours to El Paso. I called over the phone to inquire on price, the person who answered was knowledgeable on cost and wait time. When I got there, my car was taken care of right away and they did an excellent job on my oil change and cabin air filter change too. Everyone was friendly and professional. They also have a nice comfortable and cool waiting area to keep out of the sun and heat. I will absolutely be going here again. Thank you for the awesome service.

Great prices, excellent service. No pushy sales tactics. In and out in 19 minutes on a Ram with a Cummins, including fuel filter change and air in the tires! I will be going back.

The guys there have always been very helpful and very friendly and an excellent job as well.

I mean the people who attend you are always in such a good mood and very kind. I only went to change the oil and the outside filter and one of the employees said the filter looked good and showed me, i was sure it looked good he went ahead and put it back in. I got to sign the invoice and left, you arent supposed to feel like having to double check an invoice I am well aware that you can get mixed up but I was the only one there getting service. I was charged to refill the wiper fluid, with outside and cabin filter replaced and overall like 60$ charged extra for services i did not get and I well told the assistant i only needed oil change and outside filter. Thankfully I did not pay the bill, it was a company truck and I could not come back since I was on working hours but I think its very unnecessary for them to be charging services they did not work for. I did not come to tell them for the fact that I was being rushed at work and for the fact that they need to know how and what to charge, truthfully I would not bring my truck to get service here at all.

Usually I can get in and out rather quickly. For whatever reason everyone was doing something other than working!!!! I ended up there over 2 hours!

Be careful when bringing your vehicles in for service. They had marked on our paper work that the air filter was checked and ok. 6k miles later we are looking at a new turbo due to the fact that it was not checked and not ok as service invoice states. There is no notes marked on any paperwork that customer declined, in which nothing was ever mentioned about it needing to be replaced. Just beware they do not stand behind their service.

This was my first time going there although my car always gets serviced there. (My husband takes it for me) I didn’t know anything the gentleman was asking me lol he asked for the service sticker on my windshield and told me not to worry that all the information was on that. They made it so easy for me. I also didn’t want to drive my car forward onto that are where the oil change actually takes place. I’m a horrible driver and they immediately offered to drive it forward for me. All the men working there were very respectful. I never felt uncomfortable being there alone. The man at that’s at the service desk was also super helpful and nice. There was 3 vehicles in front of me and I got onto the service area in less than 15 min and my car was serviced in under 10 min. Awesome service! I pray it always stays this way!!

Went in on Saturday, April 21. Young man gave me different services and prices while other man is cleaning my windshield. Very fast and all men were very nice. Nice to not have to drive a long way for an oil change. Past oil changes took 1 to 1 and 1-/2 hrs. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The shop was very clean.

I wanted to have my front and rear differential fluid checked, they said if they had to add oil it was $56.00 per pump Oops!!!! I thought he said 56$ per pump, but He said 50 cents per pump, so everyone please accept my apology for the misunderstanding, These are good guys n I’m an old half deaf Dummy, Big Tip for all next time I can make it by there,?Sorrrrrry, John T

Took my car in today, wonderful place. The young men were polite and respectful. Oil change was quick!! They check tire pressure, top off fluids.

These guys were amazing! As soon as I pulled up they all got right to it! They cleaned my windshield and offered me a seat inside where they had free drinks and wifi. Then vacuumed the front seats, checked all my tires, along with all other fluids under the hood and added windshield fluid. Supper professional with great attitudes all the way through, not to mention quick! I was there not even 15 minuets before I hit the road again!

I took a work truck here, they were friendly and helpful and the work was done right. Clean and pleasant waiting area with WiFi.

They we’re super fast and very polite, the manager there went far above what I would expected to help me out, my car hasn’t ran right for the longest time now and he told me exactly what was the cause turns out I had a vacuum leak and he fixed it in like 3 mins and didn’t even charge me for it and I’ve been to 2 other mechanics and they couldn’t find the problem, thanks you sir I believe his name was J.T. my car runs great again thanks to you. Quality customer service!

Actually a negative 5 star, workers set laughing amongst themselves until i picked a bay, then motioned me to the other one, gave up and pulled away. If they show that little attention to you trying to get in, cant say how much you trust the service you pay for, I wont return.

Well thanks for being rude ignoring a customer and being rude! Wont be returning there! Although I know this wont change the fact that they will stay busy it was still rude of them to ignore someone!

Wonderful and fast service. They clean your windshield and vacume the front seats.thats what a full service oil change should be. Very fast and knowlageable staff as well.

They are slow and 25% higher priced than about any other oil change place in the state. But I guess you can get away with that when youre the only place in town.

Your work is very good but you should pay more attention to the sequence of the line today I was for a long time because there was only one lane and when it was the next one for my shift the workers gave El Paso to the other lane just opened to the truck that was Behind me and that truck and a truck left before me from the premises I am super upset about that because I had much more time than they waiting in line and they did not even apologize to me when I mentioned my discomfort.
