Just had the best experience at CT Nails! My sister and I have been regular visitors at Lovely Nails for nearly 2 years and we were denied service there today 2 hours before they closed because they were too busy. We called CT Nails and they told us to come on in. Despite them being super busy as well, all the staff was kind, friendly, and not in a rush. Best pedicure I’ve ever had and my gel balance was perfect too. We were turned away by Lovely Nails 2 hours before they closed... yet CT Nails stayed open 2 hours late to make sure we, and all the other customers, were satisfied. Highly recommended - we will be back!! :)

Sweetest and most friendly family ever!!! On the rare occasion I have to wait for services, staff members are SO VERY accommodating: freshening my pedi water, adjusting the massage chair to my comfortability, providing refreshments, and thanking me for my patience NUMEROUS times! Their work is FLAWLESS and they take pride and put optimal effort in their services!!! Wish I would have found this place YEARS ago!!!!

Today was my first visit here, and it’s so close to my house, I wish I’d gone here sooner. Ty did an amazing job on my pedicure, he made me feel super relaxed and comfortable. He also has a incredible eye for detail and you can tell he takes great pride in his work! Lisa was the technician that did my manicure and she did so great! I haven’t had my nails done in quite some time and she was able to fix them and make them look super cute and clean. I love the way she paid special attention to my cuticles and made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment. The atmosphere of this place was also very comfortable the staff was all very warm and welcoming. It was nice to see return customers being called by name and treated like family when they arrived. If you want a clean, comfortable and relaxing experience at a nail salon, this is the place for you!

I always have Thai as my nail tech and he does such an amazing pedicure and it last for weeks!! I also do my gels here with him and they last the full 3 weeks, no chipping only regrowth. All the techs are awesome and friendly!! Thanks for making such a wonderful relaxing experience when I come in!!!

We were able to get in quick, they treated my teen respectfully, and her nails looked amazing for homecoming and are holding up incredibly well.

I went today for an pedicure and ended up also getting a manicure. This was by far the best nail salon experience Ive ever had. Everyone was super friendly and I had the best sugar scrub and massage ever! I had an ombre glitter design done on my finger nails and it just looks amazing! My friend has been going here for a while now and always gets really cute, intricate nail designs hand painted on her nails. Through my whole visit as people arrived for their services the staff greeted people by their names and obviously knew and cared about these regulars. Even though I live on the East side I will most definitely be returning for all of my nail services.

Been going here almost 2 years unfortunately I have to find some where else to go my recent and last time visit was horrible one of the guys I believe his name is Kevin rushed my nails because an appointment walked in and just threw me to the side the Gel polish started peeling at the top and only last a few days and it look like my kid had did my nails polish all over my nails. I really liked this shop and I would drive all the way from the East side of Columbus just to go to them this encounter just showed me that they don’t value loyal customers.

AWFUL SERVICE! I spent 2 hours in that place just to get dip powder (the place was empty when I got there). Also, the youngest girl is THE WORST! She is offering services that she is not ready to offer yet, she hurt my fingers twice (see pictures) and that BURNS with the acetone. Completely unfriendly and awful service. I was ready to leave and Lisa -which is nice and professional- asked me for 10 more minutes wait and offered me a card with $5 for my next visit... $5 off for next visit which is NOT going to happen. I left the place two hours after I went there, with two of fingers hurt and they charged full rate plus taxes ($43.00)... my personal recommendation: DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Ive gone here for years and will never have my nails done anywhere else. Service is top notch and they make my daughter feel special. Great for a mommy daughter day.

I waited an hour and a half before just walking out. The manager told me it would be a ten min wait! They never checked on me or apologizing about the wait. I would not recommend and I’m extremely disappointed

Only 3 stars right now. I went last minute on Saturday 3/23. The nail tech was great, didnt rush and tried to hold conversation with me. He understood my concerns and issues with my last nail tech so he made sure to take care of me. I got a French dip done and I love it! Starting Wednesday they started to crack and chip. Ive never seen this before while having dip nails for years. Ill be going in today to see if the tech was correct when telling me if anything happens in 10 days they will fix it with no cost (unless a whole nail breaks off). I normally leave dip on 2 to 3 weeks with no issues other than the grow out. So concerned about why its cracking and breaking already.I was in and out within an hour and 15 minutes. He made sure I was completely dry before leaving which most places dont and you think you are but 5 second later you mess your nails up. One thing that caught me off guard was washing my hands I kept looking for towels or paper towels finally someone said open this what looked like a small heater....for a warm and mint scented towel....omg. best part. Although opening it kind of caught me by surprise with the overwhelming smell of mint oil but was worth it.

Ive been here twice, once went and I personally had a great experience, although they made my sister in law (who has pedicures regularly) bleed, the second time I went alone, had a different technician and she didnt do much at all, my feet where rough, she didnt shape my toe nails, or clean them out, unfortunately I was very disappointed. It wasnt worth the money!

They don’t know how do nails. I when bc was close to my house. But never again.

They rush even when you make an appointment they still make you wait..... not professional...
