I have been looking for a nail salon since I moved to Florida and I have finally found it! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, yet at the same time professional. Their prices are extremely fair! They dont try to over charge like many salons around do. If you make an appointment they keep it, youre not sitting for an hour wasting time. I cannot say anything bad about my experience! 10/10 would recommend :)

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! Len and Savy are amazing and the best quality I’ve found in Jax! I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and I won’t go anywhere else! As for the reviews that are “hating”…Len and Savy are extremely busy and GREAT people! Obviously the negative reviews are by people who haven’t had any services done by them!

Ive been going to Anns for a while now. Its a husband & wife team they book up fast.. Both of them do there job very well and take there time. I love going here.

If you want to have amazing work & a welcoming service you should definitely make an appointment and come here. Ive been using Len and Sam for over two years. They are absolutely the best in the business and so unbelievably sweet!! I drive all the way from Saint Johns county to get my mani/pedis because they do that great of work and I enjoy seeing them and chatting. They are so kind! Anyone who wrote a bad review, maybe they caught them at a busy moment but I know anyone who has actually used their services would have nothing but awesome things to say about them. Of course you cant make everyone happy but I truly believe they are the best.

Owners are very nice, very soothing environment. I love how my nails turn out every single time. Conversations always open and welcoming weather I am the first customer of the day or the last. Long lasting, good quality material (SNS about 1 week-2weeks old).

Honestly Im not sure what people see in this place. I called 3 times and the phone just rang. When I stopped in, the owner was getting a pedicure, while ignoring the phone which was ringing from other people calling. So I see why my call wasnt answered.Gives me the book of gel colors, but doesnt tell me hes out of any colors in the book, half way through my pedicure I tell her the color and they dont have it.My nails came out crooked, and the paint literally peeled right off. Poor quality. And poor service.

Savy and his wife Len are phenomenal, they are very professional and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. It is a very friendly atmosphere, they make you feel welcomed. They are very clean and do not reuse pedicure kits on other people to try and save money, unlike some other places Ive visited in the area.

Just finished my many pedi, i went as a walk in and got immediately taken care of, the staff is so sweet and constantly asks if I was doing alright at each step. She did a fantastic nude ombree sns i wanted it to look like a natural nail and she did an awesome job making the nails feel and look great and she did a great pedicure. I honestly expected to be charged a lot more than 45$ for the ombre and 25$ for pedicure. It was very relaxing and tbe staff are so personable, and have a great sense of humor. Makes you feel like youre getting your nails done at home its so comfortable. My husband got to relax on the comfy chairs and casually sit with me to keep me company. It was nice they were so accommodating. Love them so far!

Anns Nails is excellent! The owners are sweet people, youll definitely get a good laugh while youre there. They have good prices for SNS and pedicures. They take their time with each client, never making anyone feel like theyre rushing through for the next. Im personally very picky about my shape and length, they have never let me down. They have me leaving on cloud 9 in love with my nails each time! Highly recommendable nail salon! Theyre the best!

Walk ins I guess are not welcome, regardless of the sign on the window that walk ins are welcome. They also dont open on time. I arrived at 10 am and was turned away once they got there 10 mins later? Unprofessional in my opinion.

So yesterday I was really, my nail salon went on a two week vacation:/ Forcing me to try a different spot and Omg am I happy I did:-) What an amazing pedicure!!!! The foot massage was to die for:-) My 💅 came out perfect!!! Try them out you won’t regret it... BTW it’s affordable too!!! Great job it just became my new spot!!!

I’m truly convinced that they’ve paid someone to write these reviews because the 5 star reviews is what made me believe this was a great place to get my nails done however my visit was a disaster, I sat for almost 4 hrs getting a full set only for the husband to totally screw up my nails. The polish never dried and my nails were still completely gooey once I left the shop. The customer service was great but my nails were done horribly!! 2 nails have broken already And it’s only been a couple days since I’ve had them done. If you are a stickler about your nails I would not recommend this place go somewhere else.

I love this place. My nail tech DJ is so awesome. He works hard to make sure your nails are perfect. He has a great personality, kind, funny and professional. I will not go anywhere else, unless DJ has to do my nails with 1 eye! I would still let him do my nails. Many continued blessings DJ and Ann.

If you are serious about your eyebrows DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. First of all the eyebrow tech took over ten mins to greet me despite there being no one waiting for assistance then she proceeded to ask me how I wanted my eyebrows all to which I had no clue because it looked as if she just started and I want my money back. The only thing she did was take a few hair strands off then said she was done BAD EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU CHERISH QUALITY!

Im so glad I called and took a chance on this salon. My tech was professional, meticulous and attentive. While we were talking, he impressed me with his philosophy of working and customer service. Be assured that if you make an appointment, you wont have to worry about a walk in usurping your time. While they do accept walk-ins, they wont over book themselves like every other shop Ive ever been to. I will definitely be back!!

Mindy was amazing! I love my acrylic french tips, she did it perfectly. The place made me feel very comfortable since there wasn’t a lot of employees or customers that day, but definitely suggest this nail place to anyone in orange park or westside!

I went and got my nails done on Tuesday. The people were really nice. They just took over the place . They did excellent work . I will be back. I got the glow in the dark nails. They are very awesome .

Came to Ann’s Nails as a walk-in. DJ took care of me right away. He was fantastic! Got a pedicure and gel manicure. He even got the polish real close to the cuticle which I like! I hate when places don’t polish the whole nail. Very good experience and great conversation. Will definitely become my new regular nail salon!

Lynn has consistently gone above and beyond to satisfy her customers. Very creative and always does an outstanding job for me. The techs are definitely people persons..........has excellent customer skills and treats everyone like family.

After searching for a place to get my nails done perfectly, I finally found the place. Lin is amazing. She is the only person that can do my nails. The atmosphere was relaxing and very welcoming.

This place has went down hill and switched owner 3 times at least in recent years. Dont bother. You will be disappointed.3 years ago it was great. I had to change my view to reflect the quality of the new ownership. Zen nails in orange park is best

I have been going to this salon for a couple of months now and absolutely love them. I went on vacation and didn’t have time to get my nails done prior to leaving. No biggie, I just got them filled in while on vacay. Nope......never again will I make that mistake. The place I went to totally jacked my nails up and did a horrible job. I couldn’t wait to get back to have them fix it. I stopped in today (no appt) and Ann couldn’t squeeze me in but her brother was able to do my nails and he did an amazing job! I can’t even begin to tell you how relieved I am to have the quality and craftsmanship back in my nails. Customer service has always been great!I highly recommend Ann and DJ!

Lynn was awesome. Im new to the area and sketchy about finding a new tech. I am so happy i found lynn. She took great care of me and actually took her time doing my nails exactly how i wanted them. Thank you thank you will refer and be back.

The woman nail tech absolutely butcherd my nails. My normal nail tech is closed for the week and I gave this place a try. The guy did my moms nails perfectly fine and the woman started shoving a fake nail under my nails ripping them off and did not even ask me first. I had 3 spots that my acrylics were lifting, and she could have filed that down and applied new acrylic I know this because I have had it done before. Instead she ripped 4 of my nails off claiming I had a fungus. I do not. I warned her my nails were naturally paper thin more than twice and told her it hurt. She kept going and left a chunk of tip stuck to my pointer finger. I am now left with my hands looking horrible, because I got up and left I was so upset, and I have to go buy acetone to soak them off myself and wait until my tech us back in town at my nice nail place. I will never return to this place. I simply asked for a fill in and polish I never once asked her to rip off my nails!!! Had she suggested I remove 4 nails I would have soaked them off. I am licensed under the board of cosmetology as a facial specialist and this is unacceptable behavior. I know you NEVER remove acrylic nails by shoving a fake nail under them! It hurt, and my nails now feel bruised. I am disgusted by this treatment.

Owner does great work, but unfortunately she is VERY RUDE!!!! Has very short patience if your not getting what everyone else is getting nail shape. I tried several times after receiving crappy customer service, just to see if she was having a bad day. No, that is just the way she is. Dont get me wrong, she does great work, just if its what she feels like doing.

Where is Ann n DJ they sold the shop, must have been last minute decision 😞scared to try the new owners. Update: Tried the new owners 3 times now, the guy Andy did a good job at first bc he was trying to win over previous customers it seems now the last couple of times he acts like he has no interest in doing his best, he rushes through doing a sloppy job I really miss the old owners (Dj)! I will try someone else at the shop to see if I get better results before taking my business somewhere else which is sad bc they are a minute away from me!!
