May did a wonderful job. I have been coming to this nail salon on and off for years. I am always happy with the service here. The picture was taken a few days after I got my nails done. I got a pedicure as well which was wonderful. I definitely suggest this place the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Its nice but the wait time is to LONG! Suggestions: please hire extra persons.Thanks Call and make a appointment that may help.It was my first time there.

When you have an appointment then you have to wait is not cool. Prices $ are very expensive.

The nail technician I had was horrible, she was rushing on my pedicure, she cut my toe and I was bleeding and my French Pedicure is a hot mess! I will never go back again. You can still see the blood around my big toe.

It was a rushed job for sure, my nails were not even fully painted. I have very slim fingers which even I find very easy to paint Alone. The lady did not cover nor accommodate to what I asked. Original I asked for gel nails for extensions which I did not get. Alone that job was terrible and not worth the money only thing I can say that was worth the money is their eyebrow wax but still a bit much for 9-10 bucks.

They always do a great job. Pedicures are amazing. They do eye brows as well and perfect. I wont go anywhere else

The lady rushed my nails, and I told her to make them more square shaped and she still didn’t do them the way I wanted. And then my nails are lumpy everything was rushed my manicure was rushed and I wouldn’t recommend the lady I had. The Acrylic on the nail is all on my skin, no time was taken into shaping my nails and I had a appointment but I had to sit there for 20minutes. The quality of work does not match the price at all.

I walked in to get a pedicure and wasnt even acknowledged. I decided to still give them a chance .But as soon as a couple walked in who were not people of color they were greeted and acknowledged. I refuse to spend money when Im not even greeted.

This place is a DISGRACE!!!!! RUDE NAIL TECH who started shouting making a scene about how shes tired. Smh shes pissed cause theyre Short staffed EVERY SINGLE TIME and shes taking it out on all of us. NOT WORTH IT. WONT GET A DIME FROM ME EVER AGAIN. I wanted to give this salon another try so I went to Paris Nails on 3/10/19...but I will never visit this place again. The older lady that serviced me did a very sloppy job on my nails. I had polish under some of my nails, some nails where the nail was not completely polished (for example: the sides and around the cuticle). The lady talked at me not to me; not personable at all. I do not have to pay to be mistreated or for sloppy service.

I have been going to Paris nails for a few years. The staff are always very friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience since Ive been going there. The only thing I recommend is if you plan on going on a Friday night or Saturday, you may have to wait, so just make sure you have plenty of time! Other than that, this is always my go-to nail place! I definitely would recommend.

Always a pleasure and do an excellent job. Very patient with my 3 year old and painting her toenails.

I had a small party of three on a Saturday afternoon. My Nail Tech behaved and assured me that she could do the design that I requested, even after simplifying it from the original design picture that I had brought, and I was highly disappointed. It was nothing close to the design, and when I asked if she could do stripes, she just told me no, she didnt even seem like she wanted to try she just wanted to get it over with, I feel like I had been very pleasant the whole time, very understanding, but honestly I paid way too much for a manicure that I did not want, and I was absolutely not happy with. My friend who came with me, her gel polish was chipping very early, and she was overall not happy with her service either. My third friend was okay she did not get a manicure, I think that was her Saving Grace. I had been there previously for nail reparations, and a pedicure previously, and never would have thought that Id leave their so disappointed as I was that day. Absolutely do not recommend this place unless you want to spend a lot of money on a bad job on your nails

I went in for a pedicure and acrylic full set and while the pedicure is great the full set is what I have a problem with . The layer of acrylic is extremely thin and there’s a crack in one of my nails . I payed $35 for my nails and I do not appreciate the work that was done . I feel as if I deserve my $35 worth so I called and now I’m waiting for them to get back to me . Hopefully they can redo them with out charge because this is a no no .

This was the worst nail job I’ve ever had. I asked for round nails and I got these awkward super square nails. Some of my nails were super thin. The shape was crooked and one nail was way too big for my finger. The pedicure was mediocre. Cut most of my big toe nail off. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the owner accommodated me by waving the Manicure fee.

Got a fill in and my friend got a pedicure. We were very satisfied with our experience and outcome.

The ladies are so nice and its very clean. That was my second visit and I will be returning again and again.

Gave it 4 stars because the wait is suuuuuuuper long. But its worth it. They are good.

Pedicure is 25$ extra 10 to remove canister.. They care about money not customer nd rough

The nail tech left me here for 20m while in the middle of doing my nails. This is not the kind of service I expected. I don’t recommend this establishment.

I asked for a fill and he took off all my nails... then I told him my nails were very brittle and I dont think that will work... he said dont worry the bottom and top coat helps... well, its been 3 days and my nails are breaking.. waste of money

No longer offers tanning but still says & tan. Waisted a trip across town. Should edit your listing to inform potential customers about your offerings especially when the only marketing you do is online.

If you prefer not being greeted and having your nail tech service other customers during your pedicure, this place is for you!! You too, can enjoy wasting 2 hours of your day for a pedicure that would take 30 minutes elsewhere.

Poor Customer Service & Business! I arrived at 9:15 to arrive when they open according to their posted business hours. There were already 2 customers there, 1 being serviced and 1 waiting to be serviced with only one tech at salon. I have been here before and assumed the other techs would come in about 930. No other techs came in and she finished with the 1st clients pedi at about 930. I only wanted a polish change and other customer wanted a pedicure. It would make sense to me for the pedi to get in chair and soak while enjoying the chair and for her to start my service since it would take less time. This is called multi-tasking at its best! As she finished her 1st clients pedi I then asked when would the others be arriving which she could not answer. Only to say they were on the way. The 1st client also got her eyebrows done as well. After cashing her out she then began to work on the 2nd client who was there before me at approx 945. I waited against my better judgement and walked out at approx 10am. Came right over to Orchid Nails walked in and was serviced immediately while I am writing this negative review. I should have known BETTER because I have actually done this once before after Pariss poor service practices. I went today out of convience but wont do it again and urge anyone reading this review to stay clear of this place.

I have went there a couple of times and this last time I got a full set and three of my nails have a broken within three days!!! I am so angry I would not recommend this place. I have been getting my nails done for eight years and I have never experienced this!!!!!!!

Asked for a mani/pedi was quoted $50. Just to be told after my pedi was done that is would be $75. That is a $25 difference. The lady admitted it was her fault but refused to honor the original price. NO ONE tried to fixed the situation. Keep in mind the manager who apparently doesnt speak English was the one doing my pedi & also did absolutely NOTHING to fix the problem. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Unless you want to be scammed.
