My mother, my friend, and I went in to get our nails done to try and find a salon in Jacksonville that we like. At first it was great, friendly staff, beautiful environment. The problem started when my two pinkies didn’t have the same arch for a French tip. Then my index fingers had pearls lining the cuticle which not even a day later only three are holding on the left. With my friend she got different shape almond nails for each finger (not what she wanted, she wanted them the same) and she also got different colors on her nails then what she wanted from the reference picture. Not even a week later one nail rips in half and she decides to take them all off. The only problem my mother had was the plastic tip that was glued on was not the same length as all the others and she had acrylic surrounding almost all her nails, given that her nail tech was new and was only doing nails for a few months she should be more precise in her work.

I was a little nervous, stepping into a newer salon. Hands down, the staff were so professional, worked well as a team, and most importantly they started on time! My toes were not dry, when I left, so I went back the following day to get them re-polished. The owner was proactively educating, the other ladies, about best business, managing their schedule, etc. Ut was good to actually see and hear a business owner being so proactive. It was a cool and profess environment. All of the ladies actually talk to you and they don’t play none of that messy/petty stuff. I would highly recommend!

This shop is very professional. I’ve been going here to get my nails done since January of this year and I never leave disappointed! The nail techs are all so nice and there is always a positive vibe when I step in. They have a forever customer in me!!

Very nice staff and great service. Very friendly atmosphere, I felt like I was talking to an old friend! I have been going to another salon for over 8 years and service here was much better than what Ive been getting. I will absolutely keep getting my nails done here. I HIGHLY recommend!

I went to this salon and the owner had her client basically practice on my nails which I was paying for. I went in thinking they all were professional nail tech but I got one who didnt know what she was doing. She kept telling the owner to come and do my nails and the owner kept saying if you dont do it you will never get good and at that very moment I knew I had someone doing my nails that didnt exactly know what she was doing. She was very nervous and she kept asking me do I see anything else wrong with my nails and I told her yes. I asked for coffin shape and got coffin and square shape. She had my nails all jack up I had to leave from there and go straight to someone else. I definitely wont be back. Tried to support black owned business, but not this one. FYI:Dont have your clients practice on people nails when theyre paying. Thanks for messing up my nails.

I always come here for my full set, CBD pedicure, and lashes. The atmosphere is beyond amazing. The nail techs are knowledgeable and pleasant.

I enjoyed my experience Cassie was great and I loved her professionalism and she was very assuring about my nails because I was skeptical about this place but I was very satisfied with my services.

My nails were a HOT MESS! I took them off the same day because it was TO LUMPY AND THICK!

The techs were nice, she made sure I got everything I wanted. I would go back.
