Visiting family in the area & they took me to this shop to get me & my daughter’s nails done. Lin did an amazing job with both my feet and nails. She took her time, made me feet feel so smooth & I felt so relaxed. They were also very nice and patient with my 8 year old daughter, she got a manicure and pedicure as well.

I came in around 25 mins before the mall closed to ask how long a manicure took and the nice lady said they could fit me in right thenI was nervous because I work with my hands a lot so theyre no exactly in the best shape... tons of hang nails, my fingers were all cut and torn up, my cuticles were as hard as they can get, I had superglue stuck on almost every nail, NEED I SAY MOREwell the man giving me my manicure was very gentle and careful to not hurt me

I love this place. I have been going here for the past three years. I even fly home from Miami (where I go to college) to get my nails done here. Everyone is very fast and neat with their work. SNS always looks amazing, especially when done by Tony, Tony’s son, or Tony’s wife. My nails always get so many compliments whenever I leave the shop. Definitely go here.

Okay for basic nail fill in. I wanted a simple nail polish and they were very pushy on getting gel polish instead. I was told it wouldnt chip and it definitely did.

Made me feel really uncomfortably they were speaking to each other and looking at me and my fiancé .. I said hun “ and the lady said I told her you tired “ why are you guys talking about me when I’m relaxing. . Made me feel out of place . I’m usually a good tipper but NEVER AGAIN .

Bit Pricey for a rush job... so dont get upgrades. Not relaxing...the ladies talk to eachother but the naul.polish lasts...so thats a plus. They offer a discount on their sidewalk sign but if you dont mention they wont give it....lol.

Dirty place, that provides sloppy results. The technician cut half of my fingers around nails with the rough sanding tool while working on nails. I hope it won’t get infected. Stay away from them!

Came in for lashes as she promised she has been doing for 20 years so I trusted her, she made one lash way thicker then the other and one longer then the other, they looked horrible! I also just wanted my gel polish color change, and he made them so thick and lumpy, and I needed to get to work so I could not stay to fix them after being there for 2 and half hours already, my two pinky nails peeled off just a few hours later at work. Very unsatisfied, time and money wasted !

I came here because my nail broke and I couldnt get an appt right away with the place I usually go to. Well, as the saying goes, Good things come to those who wait. I should have waited to go my regular nail tech.I was very disappointed with the service at SNS. The place was not tidy. From the moment they stuck my fingertips to soak in the acetone, I felt like I should leave, but I let them finish my nails anyway...There were too many infractions to name. In summary, it was a horrible experience. The term, Nail Spa is being used inappropriately. There was nothing spa-like at this place.

I have been going to have my SNS nails done here for almost 5 years. I have always been treated with kindness and respect, and, because I make an appointment, almost never have to wait. I have gone to Tony most of that time and am very satisfied. My nails are the exact shape I want, they are nice and thin, and they last 3 weeks between services. The location is not convenient to my work or home, but I consider it worth the drive. They are also $5.00 less than the places some of my friends go.

The man was about to over charge me wayyyy more then what it was suppose to be .

This was by far the worst experience ever1. The young lady drilled my nail to my skin2. I asked the owner to fix it3. He put gel instead of regular then spent my time taking offHe stated it was FAIR that i pay when they messed up my nails n bruised the tissue around my nail bedService was HORRIBLE ! Rude ! And they did not correct their wrong! Waste of time and he did not want to Have a understanding of writing a incident report about my injury told me i was responsible. I waited on hold for 911 no response and the manager was HIM!

The lady that did my nails was nice but she kept burning me with the drill. I told her that I wanted a new set because of lifting but she just did a fill in. Im cut, from her filing the side of my nail too much.i wont be going back.

Great staff and great work. Took my daughter to get nails done for Halloween and they did a really nice job on Jack and Sally at a very reasonable price. The store was clean with plenty of stations and employees to keep waiting time down.

I have been going here for the past 5 years. Tony is my go-to guy and is always smiling and full of jokes. He will do anything you ask with decorations for the nails. His service is impeccable. Mindy always is ready to help with ideas and suggestions. I have never been disappointed with the service and the staff. My nails always hold up and I never have to go back with lifting or cracking. SNS is a great product when you find the right people to apply it. I would highly recommend SNS Nails in the Avenues Mall.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I went to this salon because of its convenient location as I myself work at the mall. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone for any reason. I asked for a manicure set with matte and gel polish. I presented the nail tech with a photo of the nails I’d like to have done with the design and was told that they couldn’t do the EXACT same thing, but they had something similar which I will say I was completely fine with. Although expressing what I wanted I was given all gel polish. I work in retail and am not tough on my nails in any way, but not even 24 hours after having them done FOUR (4) nails have polish CHIPPING. Not only that, the woman BROKE SKIN on FIVE (5) of my fingers causing them to STING AND BLEED. This happened with the sonic file AND the hand file at and around my cuticle AND my nail bed. I paid 65$ for all of this and DID NOT TIP. Several sources have warned me of the same and much more.

I went to this salon tonight at 8:10pm (they close at 9:00pm) to have a nail repaired and based on my experience, I would NEVER go again or recommend them. As soon as I walked in, an older woman with glasses yelled to the back for one of the two employees (twice) who stood there staring at me as if I was a television screen to repair my nail. I stood there smiling and patiently waiting for the invisible cement blocks to dissolve from their feet. Unfortunately, they never did. Before I could pick a color (which they did not have so I declined), they both ran out of the salon. The older woman frowned and attempted to repair the nail. The problem is, she did not buff it well enough and left my nail looking like it was past due for a fill. And, she overcharged me for it (claiming that my nail was long, as she cut it even shorter). I only went there because my salon was already closed but I really would have been better off waiting until tomorrow. Side note: There was a lady who came in after me who was also getting her nails done. But mid-way through, her nail tech asked her to move and let my nail tech finish her nails. The lady was immediately angered and actually walked out without saying a word or paying. Naturally, the nail tech blurted out things that only Google could translate and stormed out.

Love this place...they always do a great job!

Never again. The lady drilled my skin didn’t even apologize. I had to get my acrylics off the next day because it was getting infected.

Been here twice and had an amazing experience! Never have to wait too long (they’re pretty popular so expect some wait times) and always get excellent service. Highly recommend McKenzie - she may be young, but she does an outstanding job!

Tony and Mindy have been doing my nails for 13 years. They provide professional work at a great cost. I travel a long distance for their services and recommend them to everyone I know.

Polite but I don’t like that they use same utensils without cleaning. They used the same Emory board and nail clippers. Didn’t feel safe or sanitary

Went here for the first time as I am new to the area but wont ever go back again. Charged me $50 to change my dip polish when I asked for a manicure and for my niece to get her nails and toes painted. Also asked to get a pedicure and was told there was enough time cause they closed in 20 minutes but they had just took another 2 people walking in which she added getting a pedicure to her full set so they were going to be there for a while already.

I come here everytime I’m in Jacksonville and they never disappoint. I only get gel pedicures but you can get a great one for the price here. Would recommend to friends 👍🏼

The guy was very fast on my pedicure when it came to rubbing and massaging I got a fifty dollars pedicure it felt like a 35

Yes, its inside the Avenues mall, but its still a great place to get your nails done. They have quite a few very talented nail specialists here. My favorite so far is Phong so if you find yourself here for a pedicure, fill, gel color, full set, etc... do yourself a favor and ask for him. He takes his time and is a great conversationalist to boot. If hes busy, there are others that do wonderful work as well though.

BEST PLACE IVE BEEN TO... especially with Tony and Mrs. Mindy there. They did such a great job on my nails today and the last time I went. Yes there is a little bit of space but other than that it was amazing I had a awesome experience there and I loved how there service is on point. This place beyond horrible! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I had perfect nails prior to coming into this place and getting them filled in. I told the woman I liked how thick they were and to keep it like that, she then proceeded to file the acrylic down to nothing even after she did the fill in. My poor nails are falling apart, and after 3 days one broke and now another one a week later is broken. These are my real nails I worked hard on getting up to a long length. Never ever go here, don’t waste your time and money on shotty work.

Poor job on my manicure and eyebrows. Worked on by first a man then a women assisted my nails and eyebrows. The woman had just finished blowing her nose bringing the paper to the table with her and starting on my hands. Eyebrows were very irritated after waxing. The first gel nail slid off the first night. No rigorous activity. The next two days, 4 more just popped off like press ons. When I returned three days later after my trip, the staff was rude but agreed to fix my nails. Initially only the ones missing but they were all lifting. Demanded a full redo and they eventually complied. After the first lady I encountered fused and pointed at me to manager in a different language. The male manager snatched off my remaining nails with a metal tool instead of soaking them...luckily most were so loose that it do that much damage. But it was painful on a few nails. A young lady completed the manicure and she was very personable....hard to stay the same for the others. I will not be back nor recommend this place to others.

Don’t waste your time going here. I took my sister to get her nails done during her pregnancy so she could pamper and enjoy herself and her nails were burning! The nail tech claimed it was a “chemical reaction” but it was obviously because they did not sanitize properly. The second time I went I went to get a fill in and the nail tech was clearly rushing. Instead of soaking my nails to get the acrylics off I had on already she was pulling them and not being gentle what so ever. One of my nails came off so hard that it was bleeding and she just kept continuing working on it. I had to tell her to clean it first cause she was about to put an acrylic on top of the one that was bleeding. You would think she had the common sense to wash it off for me considering she’s the one who ripped it off due to rushing. I ended up getting no polish cause I just wanted to hurry up and get out of there and charged me 35$ while I was still in pain. The prices go up every single visit. I ended up talking to a manger and he was completely insensitive about the situation. He said “accidents happen” but it wouldn’t have if she just took her time. She followed me to talk to the manager and spoke over me when I told the manager she was clearly rushing with my nails and said “no I’m not! No I’m not” like a child. Unprofessional, dirty and just horrible work!

I’ve gone here multiple times with my family and it is NOT worth the price. They speed through things, get polish all over my nails/fingers. They’re just very unprofessional. Go elsewhere. I’m tired of giving them chances. They’re kind of nice, but in the end, not worth it.

I had been going there for quite some time and liked it. When I first started going they had a high review. Not it has gone down and I understand why. I will not be going back. They have become careless and have hurt me several times. I wasn’t going to go back this last time but wanted to be fair and give one more chance for them to do it right. Well, hey didn’t do I am looking for another place and have a friend that recommended another place. I will be trying them out. The guy cut me with the drill once before. I know accycan happen as it had before at another nail place. He did it again this time only worse. I definitely won’t be back. I would rather travel than go back there again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Me and my best friend wanted to get out nails done for her wedding and they did a horrible job. We wanted our natural nails and gel polish done, not only are our nails crooked but the polish is bumpy. We got both had different people do our nails and they both did a horrible job. I complained and when she redid my nails I now have lines and some sort of string on my nails. Worst place ever I would never go here again or recommend it to anyone.

I have nothing positive to leave in this review. I requested a manicure and pedicure package along with 2 others in our party. 1st problem being that my chair did not work making the massage or sitting back...I was stuck in an upright position and although there were 3 open chairs...they did not offer to move move. The next issue is that I did not receive the same pedicure treatment as the other’s in my party...I received no foot or calf massage or hand massage. My final issue is...neither color that I Picked on their nail wheels were the actual color of the polish so I addressed this immediately and I was ignored...and no...I’m not joking...so I spoke up again...to be told that I..yes me...the customer...was wrong! Then a female employee came over so I spoke up to her about my concerns...he then spoke in Vietnamese to her they then laughed and she told me that the colors looked exactly the same as the nail wheel. I left completely disrespected and completely disgusted and will never return!

This place is the absolute worse . Their manners are non existent . Only 3 days after i got my nails done 2 came off . My cuticles were flooded with gel topcoat even after i got them fixed 3 days later .

My nails where done by this Chinese lady who wears these reddish glasses. Number one, she rushed to do my nails. The quality is none. She didnt take the time to buff the nail flat. The color to choose from are not enough. So I choose this pinkish one from opi. Im so upset that I paid 25 plus tip to this lady, and when I got home and saw them. I was absolutely upset. Dont go here, they rush and the do a poor job.

I have been coming for over a year and I always have great service.

I waited here for 15 minutes to get my eyebrows waxed, and had a lady who walked in behind me get her nails done. She was helped first, and then 5 minutes later, they walk up to me and say they dont want to do your eyebrows. Im not sure if thats because you believe youll make more money off of nails, or because Im a guy, but it was very disrespectful and even more of an insult because the lady told me maybe you can go get them done somewhere else. I will never be back here again; how can you turn away a customer while helping another?

Visited this location twice, full set gel nails and polish. Nails uneven, gel polished chipped off next day. Will not be a returning customer.

I got a french fill in and he painted them an ugly cream color, and the paint was applied poorly. Not only was it overpriced ($44 for a low quality full) my nails look absolutely awful and the guy rushed it. He put on wayy too much clear coat so now theyre really thick... Shouldve gone to the upstairs salon honestly and I will never be back

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! I havent even had my nails done for a full week and 3 have cracked and popped off. Every time I asked how much my service would cost; the price kept going up. I will never .... NEVER....EVAEVAEVAEVA allow them to perform a service for me.

The person that provided my service was nice and so was the person that did my friends manicure and pedicure. The reason I would give this place 1 star is because I visited SNS Nails Spa Friday evening April 28th 2017 by Saturday evening April 29th my toe nail and finger polish had peeled off. Also, I consider a spa a place to relax. When our service began there was either no music or the music played softly in the background. During out time there they started playing loud vulgar music that seemed more appropriate for a club atmosphere than a nail spa. My head actually started hurting from the music being played. Although, the people seemed nice and even though it was very busy we were seen quickly, having my nails and nail polish chip and peel the next day causes me to question the quality.

Beth was the name of the tech who help me. She was so bad at her job both customer service and pedi. She finish my pedicure in 15 minutes. She was rushing the whole time bec. another customer is waiting for her. I was so disappointed. I want to go there to relax and pamper myself. Another tech finished my manicure. It was a guy. He was friendly but he suck at his job. My nail are cut unevenly and he put too much nail polish making it so thick. He was done early too. He check my feet polish. He said, it’s dry. When I put my shoes on it smeared so bad. I know they should fix it but I choose to leave bec I was so disappointed.

Disappointed in the customer service shown here. i walked in close to 2 hours before closing and i was not greeted. A man then asked me how he could help. I said i needed a gel manicure.. He then proceeded to say they were booked for the rest of the night because everyone was already working on clients.. So each client takes 2 hours to complete? I could have waited but no. Wont ever return. Everyone there gave me blank stares when i walked in like they didnt know why I had walked in.
