Its been a few years since Ive been to this location.. I guess it didnt impress me, THEN. However, today i decided to try again, and they did not disappoint. Very friendly and attentive. Perfectionists when it came to my pedi, acrylic fill, and massage.. even the tiniest imperfection, they took action and perfected every detail. I came in to relax and have some me time, and they certainly allowed me to have it. I will be return and I look forward to it!

Ms. Tina gave me the greatest pedicure Ive ever had! Their massage chair was amazing too! The gentleman that did my nails (I didnt get his name) was so gentle and had a great demeanor. The place was clean and had a calming atmosphere. Overall I really enjoyed myself and definitely will be going back.

Horrible service. Rude, horrible quality of services not worth your money, they’re also pricey for the type of work they offer. My nails barely lasted a week and I paid $100 for them. They didn’t want to refund me so this is my only last option. Please don’t go here theres literally nail places down the street that are better, I promise you’ll have a better time elsewhere.

I got my nails done and a pedicure and I couldnt be happier! The gentleman that waited on me did my nails like a superstar. And the pedicure was amazing. I think the chair is the holy grail of chairs. It was a very calming experience. And they keep that place absolutely spik and span clean. Top notch all the way around. Excellent job.

They were open but when I came in no one was available to do the service I wanted. A full set pink and white. There were no other guests there. Probably wont go back

Liu was incredible he did my fill 10 mins before they closed and didn’t rush me at all! In fact he was probably the best nail salon experience I’ve had ever because he was very detail orientated. I’ll be coming back for sure. Thanks again Liu!

This was the most painful experience I’ve ever had with getting my nails done. Almost every one of my nails have been bleeding and a couple are literally just busted open on the sides. Not only that but they look awful, he did the shape right on the pinky nails and asked me if it was right, I said yes, then he made the rest like flare out and bumpy and thick. And I wanted to ask him to keep shaping but the equipment he used was shaving off my skin and i just wanted him to finish, every time I flinched he would become more careless as if to say I offended him. And it was so dirty. The tools and equipment do not seem to be sanitized at all between customers. Do not go here. I have emailed the health department and hope this is looked into.

This place is amazing!! Im visiting from our of town and I went here based on its previous reviews, and I was not disappointed! I got a manicure and the price was great, it was only $11. And the service was amazing! Definitely based on the atmosphere I wouldve expected to pay more than just $11. Also I did get a chair massage, its a little more expensive, a dollar per minute, but it was totally worth it! The service is great I highly recommend this place!

First time visit. Had Jason do a fill-in on my nails. He fixed what the other nail salon messed up and made my nails look gorgeous!! First time in a long time I didnt have to go home and touch up the nails I just got done..this is def. My new place. Thank you Jason!!!!

Happy Nails Team does an excellent job. Recently went in for a pedicure and add the callus remover to the service. It was an arduous task, like removing cement. But, the gentleman did an excellent job and my feet have never felt better. Definitely going back! Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

This place is no frills. I go often to get a pedicure, - they do a good job, they have a few different pedicure techniques (hot stones, etc) and do the callus remover grating. I get my card stamped and on my way. - I like that, I dont need the small chat. Everyone is friendly and professional. They dont offer/have any drinks that Im aware of, but their seats are comfy and will massage you if you want..

This is my second time getting my powder redone here. Jian is very meticulous and they have turned out great both times. I have natural nails, but they cant uphold my daily life without some added strength. The powder does just that without the bulk like acrylic not damaging my nails. The pedi was great also. My new go to nail shop.

My six year old daughter and I are visiting from out of town. We went to this salon for pedicures. Very impressed! Clean salon and amazing service. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond.

When I moved to Jacksonville, it took me a long time to find a clean salon that would do my nails well enough that they’d last through my waitressing shifts. Well Happy Nails is it! I won’t go anywhere else now, they are all very well trained whoever is there that does my nails does them perfect. Plus it’s super sanitary, they use plastic linings in the pedicure bath thing so you never have to worry about someone else’s foot juice touching your feet. They open new cuticle trimmers/ filers for each pedicure. They also use UV light on the tools and don’t soak it in that gross blue liquid like other salons do. I will say they could use some new colors but when I came in today they had new polish bottles. Also you get 10% off like every time! And a mini shoulder massage after! I really like this salon!

They are very good and have a lot of different pedicures. They really take their time and are gentle. Very clean too. We loved it!

Amazing I loved it I got acrylics done and while I was waiting on them she gave me a shoulder rub. Once they where dry she gave me a hand massage. I got gel polish and all together it was 40$ considering everything thats really cheep would recommend this place.

Good service, reasonable prices. Paid $54 for gel manicure and regular polish pedicure. Went with a group of four people and the staff was accommodating.

Sadly this location is changing personel. The new additions are not friendly and struggle with shaping and painting. They also change their prices randomly so each time I noticed Im charged for different things. Its not worth the hassle. I was a regular here for 2 years but now I have to find a new location.

Theres nothing happy about this place. Customer service sucks. I requested an specific color and they kept on pushing me a different one. As Im telling them NO, they kept on painting my nails. Manager didnt care, not to mention the lady did an uneven paint. Job looks so amateur. Prices are good but you get what you pay for. Not worth it at all!!

It’s very upsetting & disappointing that I have to write this review and experience.For the last 5 months I had the same guy do my nails (SNS) here and he always did such a great job and was always friendly. The last two times including today when I went he was just careless, he knew how I always wanted my nails (thin coat, nothing bulky, the right color) the last experience wasn’t as bad as today’s though, I did notice something was off but I didn’t put too much thought into it. Today when my nails were finished I walked out and noticed right away the color was off on majority of them & my nails were bulky, went back in to ask to have have it fixed, you can tell he was pissed as hell, didn’t want to speak with me, very careless and aggressive with my nails.I didn’t understand what was the problem because if some one pays &TIPS YOU for your service & if they don’t like something they have every RIGHT to ask for it to be fixed or taken off.I absolutely didn’t feel welcomed at all after today so I won’t be returning back here.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. I came in to get my pedicure and nobody greeted me. There were a few people waiting and I was not instructed to look at nail colors or to wait or anything. I ended up sitting down awkwardly waiting for somebody to acknowledge me. To make it even more awkward, they didn’t have any music or tv playing and none of the workers were even talking to the customers. I decided to wait a few minutes and after 10 minutes passed and still nobody came up to me, I got up and left. The whole point of a pedicure is to relax and enjoy and feel comfortable and this place made me feel uneasy from the moment I came in. I do not recommend.

Not a good experience at all. I could tell they were talking about me in their language. They didnt even cut my toenails and did a horrible job on my moms fill-in. Will never go back.

I went through everyones reviews of this nail salon and decided to try it out. This is by far the best one Ive ever been to. They dont offer wine or water, but they offer massages duing pedicures and while your nails are drying. I loved it and definitely will be back! The massage chairs are also high tech. Newer than most nail salons.

After being new to orange park I wanna scared to find a new nail tech after having the same one for 5 years. Luckily I found Aaron who does an amazing job on my fill ins every time! Not to mention he owns a nice salon!

Had an appointment and still waited but they did a good job with my pedi and acrylic nails. They give your hands a little lotion massage and a little shoulder massage at the end.

Very clean and they are meticulous doing nails.

Its a little pricey, but well worth it...so clean, quiet, no one talking loud...new equipment...just really nice! I would recommend it so more people go and keep them in business.

Horrible experience. My nails look like a 5 year old did them. Whoever the guy is I highly dont recommend him. It took him 2 hours to do a short basic full set. I asked him multiple times to fix. It just made it worse. Definitely wont come back

Came in for a pedicure and full set. A lady came up to me and I told her what I wanted done and she said “No”!I was turned away and said was too busy but the place was empty. Only 2 people working. Never heard of a business turning down money. I won’t be back and I won’t send any business their way. Very disapponting!

WORST nail salon I have been to. The only reason I went there in the first place was because my nail salon was closed and I wanted them done that day. Not only did they not say one single word to me. But I got a gel manicure and not even 2 days later they were chipping. I would not recommend EVER.

I got a gel manicure and in less than a week it started chipping pretty badly. Normally, I can make gel manicures last several weeks. I do not recommend this place.

Over priced for average pedicures. Poor standard manicure (lots of cutting cuticles). Acrylics were done poorly. Lots left on the cuticle, causing a space and lifting on several nails. Had to argue that dirt was left under one lifted nail, and was a hassle to have a whole new nail done when the nail was lifted about 60% off.... and cut with the tools while getting the fill. I tried this place several times. Just not the quality for the price...

Took my girlfriend here for a manicure and they did a terrible job... which ruined her day... which then ruined my day.

Lame as hell .. Didnt know how to do ANY design i asked them to do .. Was told they knew how to at first .. Halfway thru my nails they tell me they dont know how to do the design & its too hard .. Will never spend my money here again !!!!!
