Such good costumer service. They get you a drink no charge and are very nice and friendly. Store is very clean and well ventilated. I’ve been to many stores and I always come back to this one. Ling and her husband are very kind people. They have great prices too. My toes always turn out good and nails. I’ve also gotten my eyebrows waxed and they did a great job! Highly recommend gone there for years :)

Ling Nails was amazing when I went. Its been a week since I got my acrylic nails and theyre still going strong. I work in an office so I type with them very frequently. They still are not loose or anything. Ive attached images of the nails when I first got them. Reasonable price, they made sure to know exactly what I was looking to get done before they started which was good. They did a great job at filing the nails and making sure they were not sharp on the edges. In the past (at other salons) Ive had issues with my nails catching on my clothes. I will be returning to this location for sure!

Worst customer service I have ever received. Asked to get the rainbow color pastel design for Easter and no one wanted to paint my nails because painting each nail a different color was too much for them. Ended up leaving with just acrylic on my nails and no paint. I’m extremely disappointed and they still charged me $33 for the nails. What is it they say these days? “Very ghetto, wouldn’t recommend”

Love this place! Priced are reasonable. Ling and Shannon is my favs but I believe all the techs are awesome. Clean and has all the up to date stuff.

This is my third time coming for SNS nails. I used the go to Lovely Nails in San Marco for gel and they were great but I couldn’t do gel anymore. I live 30 minutes away from Ling’s but will not go anywhere else. I always make an appointment because they stay busy. Ling can literally replicate ANY design you show her but aside from nail art all the techs truly do a great job and the nails always last 3 weeks+ with no lifting, chipping, or peeling (although there’s too much new growth after 3 weeks for it to still look good of course). I always receive many compliments. They are all very courteous and accommodating. I love them. I wish I had taken pictures of previous nails but I will get them again.

Nail tech had NO idea how to do ombré nails! When I asked if anybody else could do it, I was told no because they were all booked! Literally had to change the entire design that I wanted once she already started. Not to mention, the she couldn’t do a simple coffin shape!! To say this experience was horrible is an understatement!!! I think the nail tech name is Yumi or Umi, not sure but I would never sit in her chair again!

I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE at Ling Nails yesterday 10/03/20A man whom I believe had NO EXPERIENCE at doing Nails ! He not only cut me, and caused me to bleed from my nail bed. And never smoothed out the acrylic on my nails & didnt put a space between my cuticles. Glued on white tips (I quess for French look). Told him that he filed them crocked as he attempted to correct with little success. This whole experience bwas a nightmare. And, I said I should be compensated for the cut, but I was charged $40.00 for a HORRIBLE job !! Maybe the ladies in this Ling Nails are licensed cosmetologists, but the man in that Ling Nails I doubt is NOT LICENSED. Now I will have to pay a professional to redo this disaster he did !!B.Hudgens

I cant comment on actual service, which is why I gave them 3 stars (I thought about doing 1 star). I arrived an hour and 15 minutes before close for a Mani pedi... They first said they couldnt take me because of the closing time. I let them know I had a gift certificate and asked if they could accommodate me. They made me feel terrible and told each other they would have to stay late (because of me). After I heard their comments back and forth I decided to leave, realizing I wouldnt be getting good service with that attitude. I then drove to a nail salon down the street who closes 30 minutes earlier than Ling Nails, and they were happy to take my business. If you are in the service industry, sometimes you stay late to finish up with customers. I saw a review from earlier today complaining of a similar situation, so closing time is not the problem... The customer service is.

Great salon. Ling is awesome and always does a great job. I get my nails, toes and eyebrows done here. The quality is great and they always welcome pinterest pics! Be sure to make an appointment because this is a busy salon.

Great nail place great people great time nails look amazing. What I like about the nail place is that they dont push you to get what they want to sell you they asked you and then they tell you this is what you need and if you want it you get it if you dont you dont I wanted to get the higher end nails and she said you really dont need that high and now you have nails underneath and we can just fix those for you and they will look nice. They looked amazing.

I am new to the area & have been searching for a new nail salon. I am really big on customer service so when I found Ling’s via google & all of the amazing reviews! I was excited to try them out! The phone was busy each time I tried to make an appointment so I figured I’d walk in & see if I could be squeezed in. Amazingly I was able to be squeezed in but the nail tech I was assigned was very standoffish & cold! I love her work but the customer service was so so! I plan to set an appointment & see if there is any improvement.

UPDATE: I received a message after my review stating that if I would come back my nails would be re-done. I agreed to try again and had a great experience. We looked at my nails and talked over a plan to get them generally healthier and longer naturally and what to do going forward when I wanted tips. Allison did a great job and even did my friends nails too! She also loved how it turned out and was delighted that they offered to do a less expensive service for her because it was closer to what she actually wanted for her nails. I will absolutely keep coming here!I was super pumped to try Ling nails. Ive been looking for somewhere good to get SNS and read review and thought this was the place for me! The application LOOKED perfect!The day after (Sunday) however I broke a nail right away opening a soda, I figured I was being too rough and that was on me, but today (Tuesday) my thumb nail just broke off while I wad opening snap peas. Had I wanted to spend $10 a day on a manicure that lasted less than a week this would have been perfect. In my case I just feel like I wasted 2 hours and $40. :(

I was a loyal customer for well over 2 years and then I would drive out 2 hours to come to my nail girl. Unfortunately her prices got ridiculous even for no design and the quality was compromised as her clientele increased. Instead of leaving on sour terms I started going somewhere more local even when I moved back to Jax. They are really good at their service Ling’s husband was a sweetheart and Ling herself was always so attentive. Service was always great :)

Absolutely loved it. Everything about it. The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the communication. The manager James is genuinely caring. All techs are good, no need to wait for specific one..First time going here and live around here...normally drive to Arlington but looks like Ive finally found a place by me!

I just started going to Ling Nails a little over a month now and Im really satisfied overall!! Ling does my nails and my nails last 3 weeks with no lifting,no breaking and that is very hard for my nails to last that long in between fill-ins. My hands sweat and are always clammy and everytime Id go to a salon to get my nails done my nails would start lifting after a week. The entire staff is nice and joke around with eachother which i love..they make you feel comfortable and the salon is very clean in my opinion. Im so glad i found a salon that i can keep going to and their prices are great! I usually dont write reviews but Ive been struggling for years trying to find a salon where my nails dont lift and Ive finally found one!

I went here about 2 weeks ago and got a mani/pedi. It was about 30 minutes before their closing time so I didnt expect them to take me but they did! The nail technicians were all taking their time with each client to ensure a beautiful job. I absolutely loved how my nails came out. The manager was also very kind and courteous. I will definitely be returning next week. I have already referred others!

This is the place to go if you are into nail art. Ling did a wonderful job for me. My pedicure was so so. I got the basic. But the nail art was spectacular and thats what I wanted. The people were very nice. They could use some extra ventilation. I was shocked the lady b4 me only tipped $2. Smh. If you get nail art. Tip like $10 it takes time. I did.

NO NO NO!!!! Over 3 hours for a pedi and sns. Longest most painful experience in my 20+ years of going to a salon. Tech seemed absolutely clueless. Had to call owner over and was told to remove my nails and start over. Owner gave great customer support but ultimately was still unsatisfied. I asked for more filing be done on my feet and wound up leaving with the same dry cracks I came in with. I am leaving to go out of town on a business trip and and ultimately embarrassed I have no time to correct this. I saw some clients leave looking fabulous. Owner needs to make sure ALL techs are up to par.

One of the WORST pedicure I ever had in my entire life it took the lady more than 1hr to get my Gail polish away and more than 1 hr to give me unprofessional pedicure also over charged for a regular pedicure and my nails wasnt even!!!! If I can rate less than 1 star I could👎👎👎👎👎👎

I myself was a faithful VIP customer at Ling Nails James has always been nice and I have been treated fine up until today I wanted to bring my daughter and her friends to get the advertise/posted $10 mani-pedi my daughter has done this several times in the past with no problem after taking the time out to just give a courtesy heads-up to let them know I will be bringing five to six girls there to get this done as well as myself Ling decided she didnt want to do it for the advertised/posted $10 that it would be $15 this was jacked up right there in front of me and all the customers needless to say I would NEVER ever go back to LING Nails. I will be submitting a complaint to BBB, yelp and every website I can.

Horrible service! 2 different ladies messed my nails up. And they still expected me to pay. Im completely over the service here owner kept looking over the lady shoulder at my nails and wasnt even willing to help her fix my nails. She was literally hurting my fingers while filing my the acrylic like she was mowing a lawn. I absolutely hate this salon. The only person I would let do my nails there is Sarah... HORRIBLE!

I’ve gone to Ling nails quit a few times and have witnessed how rude they are to customer. I experienced it myself and they are rude, unprofessional and not a good salon.

Attitude,attitude, attitude. Some of them will talk about you as soon as you leave. When you ask some of them to fix something, It’s seeing as you have an attitude. There’s at least 2 people in that salon that needs a complete attitude adjustment. Stop gossiping about other customers and coworkers in front of customers, It’s tacky and rude.. Do your best to say hello to all customer despise their race and gender. You are in a business of customer service, if you’re nice to someone even if they don’t like your work they were appreciate the fact that you where kind and nice to them. Hope these problems can be worked on and if it does that’s salon will be an incredible place of business..

If I could give them 0 stars I would ! DO NOT GO HERE !! THEY TURN AWAY CUSTOMERS ... even if you just need one nail fixed and there’s 3 people sitting in the salon ! Do not waste your time .. I recommend Galaxy Nails if you are looking for superior service and quality!!! Try out Galaxy if you are in the area!!!

Paid extra for special chrome polish. Turned out uneven. Nails were different shades. Could see the black coming through.

Went here to get SNS, wasnt the best job done. The nail tech used gel polish as a finisher and the top coat is peeling, plus I didnt even get tips and the nail tech still overcharged me. Charged me $40 for SNS without nail tips and then put a gel top coat on top of SNS, and my nails are chipping and breaking! Do not go here for SNS! Its too expensive for them not to do it right! Im from outta town so I didnt know a good nail shop to go to. I tried this one and I am highly unsatisfied. I do NOT reccomend this place for SNS at all!

My sister told me to ask for Semaj for a pedicure but I ended up getting a pedicure and manicure by her and now my co workers go to Ling Nails. Oh yeah the owner is very nice and caring towards the clients

Originally Ling put a full set of gel nails on me and did a great job. I had an appointment with her and needed a broken nail fixed and my nails shortened because I had them too long. When I went in today she handed me over to Le instead of keeping her appointment with me. Le did a horrible job! My Polish had a pocket between the layers and chipped off right after I left and she made a mess with the polish and got it all over my hands and let me wak out like that without cleaning it off. I really didnt realize until I got out into the natural light how horrible they looked. Unprofessional and I wont go back.Wish I could post a picture.

DO NOT GO HERE! I just called again this morning to confirm my appt again today with Shannon and she’s still not there so Ling decided to do it herself! No, I wanted Shannon so that’s why I called so I didn’t drive all the way over there to hear that. Then i asked when she will be in next and Ling again says MAYBE tomorrow..? Umm what like no I want a confirmation! I am so sick and tired of this place! I am done going there! If I could give them a ZERO I would!I have originally liked this place when first coming here. The owner would do my nails but they would always fall off (acrylic). I started to call and make appts with Shannon because I loved how she did my nails last time. I made an appt for Tuesday (today) at 10am. I drove all the way there for them to tell me she was sick. I was like ummm okay..? So I asked when she is in next and the owner said I can see for tomorrow at 10am and I asked if she was in that day and she said I think so. This is why you take people’s phone number when you make an appt. This place just seems so unorganized and even when I went to a different lady, one of my nails still fell off. I liked this place at the beginning and wanted to give it a chance but things like this are just unacceptable. I waisted my time and gas to not get a fill done on my nails.

Awful! Ive been dealing with two ingrown toenail problems ever since I got a pedi there 2 months ago. I have NEVER had an issue before until after I went here. The woman who did my pedicure painfully picked at my big toes which I have never had done at any other place before. I only stopped here because I was on a time crunch. Total nightmare.

I have been going to Ling for years and even tracked her down when she opened her on salon! She and her staff are talented and hard working.
