February 21, 2021, I walked into Nails Perfect for a Pedicure and Full Set. The pedicure went well, but once I sat down for a full set thats when the services started to decline. I was asked what services I wanted, and was led to a table. Once at the table, the same man who led me there, started the process of soaking the pervious set off while asking me again what did I want. During the soaking, I was uprooted from my seat to another table where another man was stationed. As I sat down, the first man then told the other nail tech what I wanted, and so he proceed to finish my nails.After a few minutes, the first man returned, looked at my nails, and told the tech he wasnt doing the correct services. That infuriated him and then he proceed to tell me I told him the wrong thing to do. I told him that I didnt and that there was a miscommunication between him and the other man. The nail tech continued to tell me I told him wrong, but I again, told him that I didnt and that this conversation was between him and the other man. At this point, the nail tech had enough, and packed up his things, turned off the lamp, and walked out the door.The first man directed me to a lady who then began to do the services I wanted. As I sat and watch her, she did not shape or sand down my nails correctly. I told her they didnt look good. I had this feeling that her and the shop just wanting me out of there.Once she was finished, she walked me to the service desk to pay, and thats when I asked for the manager. She tells me there was no manager, and so I asked for the person who opened the salon that morning. She pointed to the first man I came into contact and I was hopeful, but that was short lived. Once he came to the counter, I told him the customer service was horrible and I asked for 20 off my services as I thought that was fair because services were done. We went back and forth for a while, until he agreed on taking the money off.I will never come here again.

My mom, sister, and I went to Nails Perfect for super deluxe pedicures biweekly for months and they were always fantastic. Recently I’ve started going to get my nails done (dip with tips) every two weeks and am thrilled with the service. They are super clean, professional, kind, and the woman who specializes in the nail designs is a doll!! They are so sweet and worth every penny. Not only is the quality great, but the experience is so relaxing as well!!

My daughter and I went here a few days ago and I am pleased with our service! My daughter had a gentleman do her nails and toes, and I had a lady do mine and she was very thorough on my nails and did not rush. I will be looking for her again.

I used to come here a lot, and the service was great! But I came again today and the place has really changed. It seems a lot dirtier and the service has gone down hill. Bummer…

I took my daughter here for her 13 birthday to get her first manicure. She is looking for simple cute nails to rock on her instagram. We walk. In and are immeasurable blasted with the smell of acetone, which is expected in nail salons. I have brung my oldest here before and had a better experience. My daughter and I sit to wait for available spots. (My daughter really dislikes the men doing her nails because she thinks it’s creepy so I get the man to do my nails and the woman to do hers.) The man is doing my nails and making conversation. I look over at my daughter and this woman is not allowing her to get shorter nails. She is holding back tears and pulls her hand away. I told her to deal with the long nails and we will cut and file them at home. She gets a plain white color and we pay and leave. I will not be coming here again.

They have a great Pleasant atmosphere.

The staff here is not professional and very rude. As I walked in no one greeted or even bother to ask me if I had been helped. They walked by and looked and did not say anything will not be a return customer.

Overpriced. I paid 40 dollars for a pedicure that specializes on calluses. He lightly took a grater to them and that was it. The massage is a joke and hurts more than it feels good. Also the wax he put on my feet was burning hot. Overall it was a poor experience and Ill go to cherish nails in LR again even though its way out of my way.

Average very busy I waited 45 mins.

My pedicure didn’t even last 4 days. The nail tech put a heavy thick polish on that was supposed to go with the gel top coat but used a regular top coat instead; of course that wasn’t going to work at all because the top coat used wasn’t designed to help seal such a thick color but I was running so late and didn’t think it would be ruined so fast. I definitely waisted all 35 of my dollars.

Went 2 days in a row. Once for a fill and the next for a pedicure. Everything was nice and clean, fast. Most importantly it was fast, I did not have to wait and i love the job they did on my nails. 100% recommend this spot if you want quality work done fast.

I’ve been here a few times. Nails were cute, but they don’t last. This time the nail quality wasn’t up to par. I tried to speak to the owner he turned his head and ignored me. I asked him if he was ignoring me he wouldn’t speak. Customer service is a fail here. Very disrespectful. Never going back.

They are extremely unprofessional. They don’t have respect for their customers. They lie about the services they provide. They choose not to provide a certain service even if they can actually do it. Overall no value for the customer.

I have never had a bad experience until right before Christmas. My oldest daughter took my youngest daughter in to get her nails redone and while they were there the tech dropped a bottle of hot pink nail polish on the floor and it busted. The nail polish got all over my youngest daughters 50.00 van tennis shoes her leg and her pants. they were asked what they were going to do about it and they said nothing it wasnt their fault. You mean to say that one of your employees drops something it busts and ruins a pair of shoes you did not pay for its not your fault. Normally it wouldnt of bothered me however the rudeness to my older daughter is not called for. I called up there to speak to them and see what they were going to do after my daughter came home and the Male owner stated to give him a week and he would replace them. well with the holidays it was put off a day or two. I called today to see if he had them and he said no and hung up on me doing business like that is not ethical. Use this as a cautionary tale dont wear costly clothes or shoes they may get ruined and the establishment wont care.

The man who did my shellac barely spoke to me and was kinda huffy like he didnt want to be there. Then my nail color was uneven so a lady attempted to fix it and now I have a lumpy nail. I went back in and asked for a refund and they said they would have to soak off the color first. It was almost 9pm! I didnt want to sit for however long for the crap paint job to soak off. My other option? Come back tomorrow and theyll take it off and redo it. I live 20 miles away. I would have been better off going to the beauty school. Thanks for the disappointment.

First time I went here, the nails were pretty great. Service was okay, but the second time was the worst. I asked to get acrylics removed, they were very rough. Cut my finger and were not very nice about it. I picked out a color I liked on my nails that wasn’t a gel color, but ended up getting one. He didn’t paint them very well and wasn’t very nice with it. I accidentally touched one of my fingers AGAINST my hand and he yelled at me and told me to put my phone up on the counter and even though I reassured him I wasn’t on my phone he kept telling me to move my phone. The finger that was messed up was very awful and never dried down completely. All of my nails kept chipping and looked awful. Would not go back.

Never will go back first and last !!!! Those males dont do good work .I wonder are they even licensed. Wouldnt correct their mistake after going back 2 days in a row. Had to go to Nashville Nails pay again to have my nails redone. Got to get another pedicure another day. They mess up my birthday weekend didnt care and I dont care about this review. The guy in the first chair did my nails and the older guy did my pedicure. No license was on their stand table so its making me wonder 🤔. These are the type of places STATE needs to pay a visit .

Visited for the first time today with my 6 month old. The experience was amazing! My 6 month was mesmerized by the chandeliers and walls filled with polish. I got gel nails and an OPI manicure. The pedi included wax and a massage with hot rocks. I paid $65 for both services total. My only disappointment was that my polish and gel nails were a mismatch. Other than that the timeliness and quality of service a force with which to be reckoned.

Girls get their nails done and they do a great job. The lady is funny and makes you feel comfortable, her boys are really well mannered.

I have gone to this salon several times to get a fill on my nails. I was seeking a new salon and wanted to give them a try. I have waited to try the pedicure services because I wanted to see if they were clean in their processes.Although they use the bags in the pedicure bowls, they never clean the bowl after each use. From one customer to the next, they remove the bag after the water is drained out. They never spray any disinfected products in the bowl to clean the bowl before the next customer uses the facilities.They also do not clean their utensils from one customer to the next. I have watched them time after time go from one pedicure to the next using the same instruments. They do not sanitize their equipment between customers. This includes the nail file, buffer, cutters, and other metal tools that are used during a pedicure. You seldomly see them wash their hands between customers.I wanted to make sure this was not a one time incident. So I have watched several times while getting my nails done and its the same thing each time. I will not be using this salon any more. Today I went to get my nails filled. One of the owners, Annie, did my nails. After completing my fill, she allowed some young man to paint my nails. The young man did not polish the nails correctly.Since the polish was gel, it could not easily be removed from the acrylic nails. They normally use a drill to remove the polish. I could tell the young main was inexperienced just from the way he polished. When he picked up the drill, I asked was he licensed. He looked confused so I repeated the question. He hesitated and nodded yes. However when Annie, the owner, heard the question she shood him to the back. This can only lead me to believe they are allowing unlicensed people to also attempt to help out when they are busy.I was also cut in the process of getting my nails filled. Although the cut produced blood, Annie did not do anything first aid wise nor did she wash her hands after finishing my service. She went right to the next customer without washing her hands although she had cut my finger and had been in contact with my blood.I will not be back.

The first time I came here there was a misunderstanding about my toe nail polish color. The second time I came here, different person, there was another misunderstanding about which pedi I wanted. Besides that, theyre quick to get you in and do good work.

Went for a mani/pedi. The wait wasnt too bad, but they were down one person. This made the owner/manager (the lady that likes to sing...Doans aunt) do a very rushed job with the Shellac for my hands. They were soooooo LUMPY when she finished them. She was very impatient. As if I was wasting HER time. They began to chip later THAT NIGHT. I came back the next day for a redo (courtesy of Doan). Also, Doan did my pedicure... IT WAS AWESOME!!! It lasted longer than the shellac.Doan gets 4 stars.

Unhygienic. Went again today and saw that the wax tech uses the same stick on multiple clients. When youre supposed to use a new stick each time you dip into the wax, much less for each client.ive been going for a few months and today i realized ive never seen them wash their hands or tools between clients, but then again ive never gotten an infection from them. usually a wait but they do pretty good work for the price...

The boy how did my nails was very rough and he left a bunch of residue on my fingers from the acrylic and he left multiple cuts on my finger from the drill thing including a large one on my pinky and I asked for gel nail polish and he gave me regular polish 🤦🏻‍♂️
