Went for a gel full set two weeks ago and the guy did amazing. Came back today a young girl did them and did terrible! I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t want gel this time or if she just lacks experience but I have some nails significantly shorter than others. Price last time was 35 plus 10 for gel today I was charged $40. The teal was the first set pink is the new one.

I got a gel manicure & pedicure paying an additional $18 for gel polish only to have it start peeling 4 days after I got them done. I called and explained I gotten my nails done on the 19th, & now the gel is peeling. I was told to come & let him look at it. I PAY to go back, only to be told they only guarantee gel nails for 10 days! I wish I could upload pics to show how shabbily my nails was done! NEVER AGAIN

I go to ben or his wife they are great. Dont let the young girl do your nails she messed up my diamonds just to go in a straight line.

They do great work only issue is the wait was long and the prices on the board are not right. They sell you 45 for hombre when it really starts at 55.

Can’t speak any English...I had to tell them at least 10 times what kind of polish I wanted just for them to paint my toes all wrong..they ppl are very rude, only English they know how to speak is how much they charge and they’re service is by far the worst in the city..I will never give them a red penny and would never recommend them to a desperate person..I told the lady I was unhappy with her work she said it didn’t matter to her. She was still happy..I don’t believe they’re even legal immigrants.

Went today to see Tara for the first time today but she wasn’t there so I settled for a guy named Ben and he did a phenomenal job on my fullset acrylic nails. It cost me $55 and I added a tip of $5. Went back 1 hour later cause i loved it so much and ended up getting a pedicure

Took forever for simple square nails. Tech was slow barely knew what she was doing. Applying to much acrylic and too much filing. And need too learn about washing your hands too or sanitize. I wont go back.

Semi socially distant clean a gentleman did my pedicure hes a bit ruff however very thorough.

I came in on a Sunday right when they opened and i had no appointment. I was seen very quickly. The guy did an amazing job on my nails and executed my requests. Im definitely making this my go to salon after trying numerous ones since Ive moved to Jax years ago.

I love the service. They are quick and friendly. Its family owned and operated and they aim to please. Service is also economical and the business is well placed in the vicinity of several other restaurants and businesses.

Liked the way the nail tech. Did my full set the first time came back for a fill in the other nail tech gave me rhinestones instead of free hand art as i ask not sure ill come back since me being a tech myself i would have fixed it instead of loosing a customer!!!!

Went to this place on a recommendation of a co worker. The owner had 3 people waiting for her she goes and take a QUICK BREAK.. After wziting for 31 minutes.. I left.. I dont have time for that...

My First time going everyone was super nice and friendly my nails came out great,, they took they time I loved the shape and color and most of all they were super nice to my son and after 3weeks my nails are still on with no lifting 🥰💪🏾

I went in for an acrylic take off and after the nail tech tried to pry off one nail with a tip, I decided to not get a full set anymore. Instead, I asked for regular polish on my toes and nails. I spoke up and said Arent you supposed to soak my nails? At this point she went and got the acetone to soak off. I pride myself in having pretty natural nails and I do not come to a salon for improper handling. Nail technicians are supposed to soak off nails NOT pry them off. This is what customers do at home when they do not have the means to do it professionally (soaking off).Many people wonder why acrylics are damaging and they dont have to be...if you have a good technician who installs and takes off properly.Anyways, upon taking off my polish (after two weeks), I realized the nail technician did NOT take off the acrylics completely. There is still a thin layer on almost every nail AND at least two nail tips still had a layer of acrylic on them. Had I noticed earlier, I would have said something. There is also a permanent indentation on one of my fingers because the nail tech drilled too far down.Another bother was the technician did not even try to ask me how I wanted the shape of my nail. Never have I been to a salon that fails to ask this. She just randomly shaped it how she wanted. Will never come back here again.If you only care about the finished product of how your nails look and care less about damage to your real nail, then be my guest and come here. If however, you want a salon that is going to take care of your natural nails and not damage them, I suggest NOT coming here.

I will not be going back.. It clearly states on their price wall mani pedi 35 yet my tech said it was 37.. She act like she had a attitude when I said I thought it was 35... They dont have the proper drying machines for your hands or feet they have 2 little fans on the counter.. This is my 2nd time going both times I have been cut was bleeding this time I am done..lastly need better customer service skills and they need to speak English are they saying they dont want us to hear ijs

This being my first experience at a nail salon, i was thrilled with the pedicures and luxuries were great and then when they did my manicure the troubles began. They argued with us about the color and when we specifically said white 3 times she refused to accommodate us. Then after less than a week of having them they began to pop off. The acrylic was so thick I felt like i had a second finger attached. Came back the next day to address concerns and i guess the person in charge had problem with. I ended up going to another salon and removing their work. Wont be going back, for sure. I understand that they may deal with some toxic unreasonable ppl but not everyone should be talked to in this manner.

If I could gv this place 0 stars I would! The pedicurist cut my ankles to the white meat in 3 places with a calluses remover. He tried to pretend nothing happen and continued to rub lotion into my legs and ankles. I made him stop immediately, how can he not see all the blood running down my ankle???Also the people that work in this Hell hole & the atmosphere is ratchet. The pedicurist even didnt apologize for cutting my feet. I pray I dont get an infection on my wounds. This place should be condemned.
