Today was my first time going to here and i will most definitely be back ! It’s walk ins only and i recommend that you come a tad bit early because it can get kinda crowded ; it takes a little bit of time but it’s so worth it ! The owner is very polite and she does amazing work(she did my nails) . The staff never rushed you and always took their time, even though they had other waiting costumers. It’s kinda pricey but she puts a lot of coats of polish to make sure it last. Their pedicures are so relaxing, it takes all of life’s stresses away... Their massage chairs are heavenly, i loved it ! The place is kinda small but it has a lot of nail stations, about 5 pedicure stations and drying tables. For my nails it costed 85$ but that included a deluxe pedicure (35$) and a full set with 3D nail art (50$). There’s other less expensive options but the money was so worth it ! I urge you to go here, you will not regret... i promise 🧸 !

The BEST nail salon Ive been to ever!! Everyone in the shop had their nails slayed as well! An open atmosphere with diverse clientele and staff. My first visit Shannon did my full set and it was exactly the way I like my nails! Her technique is like none Ive seen, using only one bead of acrylic for long and extra thick nails. Im extremely rough so Ive put these to the test and they passed with flying colors! Only clean breaks and none of that partial, take half of your natural nail with it stuff! I will ONLY go here and the wait will NEVER bother me because the QUALITY IS UNMATCHED!!

Wonderful service. I wanted the dark pink & white manicure, and so many other salons either over filed or didnt have a good brand for the pink powder, etc. This place was great. Jessica did a great job and it was nice to see the staff laughing and being happy and friendly.

Ridiculous long wait . They don’t even offer appointments like every salon on the planet. Nails are ridiculously overpriced. Don’t even last me a week . I’d rather drink acid than come here.

I sat for over 30 minutes and not once was I looked at let alone spoken to. People walking in after me were addressed and I was ignored. The store itself was dirty and cramped, I will not be coming back.

Came in with my 3 month old and mother. I was told no children are allowed. Yes I understand there is a sign that says no children unless being served but what harm can a 3 month old do? My mother was with me so it’s not like I came alone and had to tend to the baby if she got fussy. Never again will I come back to the hood for their services!

The BEST nail salon in Duval. Hands down. I’ve been coming here for a few years and have NEVER had anything less than an AMAZING service.

First and LAST time going. I was happy to get my nails done, although they don’t do appointments. I sat and waited for 2.5 hours, and was finally called to sit in the chair. Upon getting my nails started, I asked my tech “do you charge by length?”. I was told not unless they’re extremely long, or depending on shape. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Longer nails, and the off white color. Now I never stated I wanted color acrylic. I would have settled for regular polish. Half way through my service, I noticed the nails weren’t close to as long as I had asked. When I asked how much the price was, I was told $80! $80! I asked for a price breakdown, and was told the owner would come explain. The service was just about finished when the owner came over and told me “color acrylic starts at $80.” I told my nail tech, I never asked for color acrylic, but got no response. Lack of communication and $80 later, I will not be returning. I will also be disputing the transaction with my bank. The nail tech was great, but $80 for simple nails, absolutely not.

I have been coming to My Nails for a while and I love everyone in the shop!!! They are not just technicians they are artists and never ceases to amaze me. Shannon is my go to girl and she is always very friendly and warm hearted. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to get their nail ideas turned into reality to go here!!

I have been going to My Nails for quite some time now and they are the best in town! Your wait maybe a little long depending on when you go but for the quality of work it is definitely worth it. I dont mind waiting because i know they are going to take there time and my nails/ feet will be done right.. They always make sure you are pleased with how your nails look before you leave. Other nail places may be faster but there quality of work sucks and your nails are chipping /breaking in less than 1 week ..

I just moved here and was struggling to find a new shop. I was recommended here and this is hands down the BEST shop I’ve been to. Amy did my fullest for me because the other nails I had on were horrible and she did amazing!! One of the brothers did my pedicure and they were just as attentive. Love love my new place!

I love coming here! Just hate the wait time especially on Saturdays because I only let Hon do my nails because she shaped them the way I like and designs are always nice. The sisters are nice too and can do nails just as good. I usually dont get a fill in but every 3 weeks and monthly for pedicure. Sonny does my feet and does really good. They need a bigger salon because their clientele is high, and they treat you like family.

So twice now I’ve been to this establishment, the first time my nails were nearly 120 dollars they lasted 12 days but hey they look really good for 12 days so i decided to give them a second try. Today i brought my son with me also to have his nails trimmed and shaped he is 6. I was told so long as he was being serviced it was fine. So i drive from the Town Center to the Ghetto where they are located and BOOM 7 people waiting and it’s just 9:05am and also now though the rules are clearly stated neither my son or myself were allowed to be serviced. This reminds me why i don’t do Asian Salons! I’ll save my $140 ($20 for my son) for a business that deserves it 💯 BEWARE you’ll be here ALL DAY if THEY DECIDE TO TAKE YOU!

Absolutely THE best nail shop in Jax! Yes you are going to pay more, but you get what you pay for. The nail techs are very talented and professional, the wait times are expected from the BEST shop in Jax. I get compliments on my nails all the time when I’m out and about, people ask where I go and when I tell them they aren’t surprised.

Although i only like haun or Amy do my nails every person in there is awesome! I have never heard one complaint from any customers regarding their nails. The wait time is long but it is always worth it. (Good quality takes time and effort) They treat you like family there. I love my nails and I always recommend them to anyone that asks where I get my own nails done. Keep up the good work!

Anitra Murphy, you clearly stated that you’ve been a customer for three years. so, you know how things work. whether you’re the first person at the door or the last, when you come in the morning you’re supposed to count your car. your review is contradicting in itself and very misleading to future customers. I’ve been coming to My Nails for now a year and I’m beyond pleased. When you are a regular, you build a relationship with everyone and you value it. with that being said, don’t ruin it, Anitra, because at the end of day it is still a business and how someone runs their shop is how they run it. your review is false. period.

They are very good but, the wait time is too long. Im talking two to three hour wait. Hopefully they can work on that.

This place is so busy they really need to think about relocating to a much larger facility. I waited almost an hour today for just a pedicure and finally left without service. They do a great job. They just have trouble handling the volume in a reasonable time frame. It was very disappointing. I think until they do something about the overly long wait times.....Ill just look for somewhere else to go.

I love there work, but it is always to busy and you cant set appointments. My advice is to get there at 7:30 am. You will still be waiting for two hours because thats how many people are ahead of you. I will not visit again because the wait is entirely to long!Even if you supposedly go on the slow days the wait is still to long!

When I walked in someone yelled from the back of the room What do you want? so I yelled back what I was there for. That wasnt a great start but I thought okay theyre busy. Then she said to pick my color of nail polish. I turned to the wall of gross. The polishes were all dirty, goopy etc. I started looking around and realized this was an infection waiting to happen so I left. When you cant even keep your nail polishes decent, one of the first things a client sees, I cant trust that you are cleaning your equipment properly. Also how is nail polish supposed to go on evenly in that condition? It doesnt. The staff seemed nice but I wouldnt recommend this place due to health concerns. By the way another woman was seated and calling around to see if she could get in another place, so theres that too. I could see that she was looking on not happy with what she saw either.

Let me start off by saying that EVERYONE there does awesome nails. However, The customer service SUCKS! The wait is horrible. They have the nerve to let ppl they know personally skip over ppl who been waiting for hours. Also, If youre going to charge $80-100 at least you can offer a bottle of water, soda, better yet WINE.

Everyone is very nice. They remember you even if you havent been there for awhile. Very knowledgeable and professional work with a wonderful atmosphere. I wont use any other nail salon!

First of all I have NEVER had someone do my gel polish and have it stay shiny, intact, not lifting, or cracking until I got it done here by Laya. I got my nails done exactly 3 weeks ago by Laya. Im a nursing student and I work part time in fast food so I wash my hands A LOT! My nails feel like I have acrylic on them. Even after peeling one off today, my nail is not damaged at all and its still strong. She took her time with my nails and wanted to assure they grew healthily. Its not just about the money with them. Theyre more than just nail techs, theyre hard working and caring ARTISTS. Everyone complains about how long the wait is, but obviously theyre doing something right to have such loyal and HAPPY customers who would rather wait an hour than to have their nails touched by someone else💜

So I just left this shop and first ima just say that I had to wait a long time I got there like close to 3:30 I didn’t leave til almost 6pm. Now about the fullset I got I got a really short set due to the fact that I work with my hands. I just got the tip polished with gel polish (glitter). So when I was done the young lady that was doing my nails said that she was going to ask what my total was I’m think for this short set it should be to much. She comes and says 75.00 for my nails I was like excuse I wasn’t gone pay that much for a full set that my 11 yr old niece would get. Because the girl said it was ombré which it’s not because I only got polish. So I’m trying to figure out why is it still even close to that much. She just going on about the ombré by this time I’m think oh okay I see what’s going on she really trying to just get over because it can’t be no way that my nails should be this much. I still ended up paying 50.00 still for a 25-30 dollar set. I was upset but I didn’t even get out of Character because it just wasn’t worth it I just know not to give them my business. Sad part is I’m a very good customer that doesn’t mind spending money for very good set I even tip whoever does my set. But I didn’t give no tip because they got they tip when she tried to get over. Then the young lady that was sitting next to me nails were real long and she got gel polish as well and her set was the same price as mine 50.00 which made it clear that I was being taking advantage of this place will not get my business again. And they make the money because they were pack when I went so what the point in over charging me and risk the chance of losing a very goos customer. But ol well I know better now. I wish I could add a picture on to this.

This is a good shop to me when you are sitting down the service is fast. But the wait is ridiculous EVERYDAY! The service is great I never had anyone to do my nails just like I want them. This shop honestly need to be relocated to a bigger area because its always packed. The wait is always hours long due to long lines and people waiting in there cars and its a good thing for them and the business. But for us as customers its ridiculous, the space is too small, a new space with more talented workers would help solve the problem. This shop opens at 8am or 9am but you would have females sleep/waiting outside their cars that has been there since 6am and 7am which shouldnt be allowed because it makes the wait longer to have people standing outside.

Went in signed in and waited over 1hour and 30 minutes for them to tell me that there was two in front of me that came in after me that was getting their toes done. Wanted the same lady I did what a joke l should have been next.

Pleasant atmosphere. Long wait but after getting your nails done it was worth it. I travel from Orange Park to get my nails done here.

The wait was ridiculous 2 hours to final sit in front of a nail tech that didnt even know what she was doing. She had to ask 2 different times how much it would cost for my nails getting 2 different prices. My nails looked like crap would of been better off buying press on nails. The polish was horrible my toenails was horrible my 10 years old can polish better than her. They all about making the money not customer service. They hire people who arent even qualify. My nails popped off 3 days later. Worse service ever.

Sat there for an hour and 15mins before I left. Worst part is I called ahead of time and asked if they were busy and how long the wait was the lady on the phone (didn’t catch her name) said no we aren’t busy. Clearly they were! Worst experience ever for a nail salon 2 of the nail techs were talking so much they weren’t even focusing on the fact that they had people waiting for so long. And what they were talking was so disgusting and vial.

My sister, mother and i come here all the time to get our nails done. I was very upset to get there with my 5 year old son today, just to get my eye brows waxed and was told I couldnt unless my son was being serviced. In my opinion, its really pisses me off. Those that do have control over there children, and who are respectful in public pretty much get punished because of careless parenting. So, I moved my service elsewhere.

This place was great! Im new to the area and was looking for a place to start going to, and third time was the charm. I tried using Eclat over on Blanding Blvd, first time was so unprofessional and second time was even worse, walked out and didnt even get serviced. I found this place not even at the top of the lists, but it should be! The technicians were super nice, nonjudgemental, comfortable people who gave great service of amazing quality. I felt very welcomed and my eyebrows was so quick I didnt even get to look in the mirror, but when I got in my car, I could see I didnt even need a mirror to check, the girl really knew what she was doing and so did the man who did my nails. They were phenomenal, cant wait to come back. :)
