Ive been going here a long time to get my nails done I always love my nails and interacting with the nail techs only this time I noticed a little more boldness in their comments geared at the black patrons PAYING their money for services. I had to come back like the following day because of a nail issue and really left wondering if they were saying rude things about me once I left.

Fun atmosphere was laughing from the time I got there until we left, my nails and toes were nicely done my overlay looks natural even with my tips thanks Henry 😘

Ive been coming to Nail Palace for years. Enough sone of the staff changes from time to time, its the Best place to come and get pampered. The staff are so friendly and kind. My favorite staff member is Andy, hes Awesome! I love this place!

I wish Id gotten the guys name who did my nails. Not only did he talk to me the whole time but, he had me laughing out loud literally! Thats totally not me because Im very shy. He was professional as well; making sure I was satisfied with the length and shape of my nails. I enjoy this nail salon especially that they speak English majority of the time and not speaking in their native language making you feel uncomfortable like theyre talking about you. Great place.

Visited this low end nail place (because I cant refer to it as a salon or shop), waited one hour for a fill in with repair. The tech used some cheap acrylic and could not shape my nail in the almond shape that I originally had. After, attempting to coach him on how to shape my nails he went to drill my nail and cut my cuticle in the process. So I decided that I would just end this torture and just go somewhere else to get better quality services. These people are just trying to get your money they dont have a passion for what they do. I prefer to spend my hard earned money with the people who care about how you present their art not the under qualified, low end nail tech at the nail place.

They do a really great job

This is the third nail shop I have tried while living in FL. and they are the BEST. I wish I would have found them first. Everyone there makes you feel that your important. They are curious and Andy is by far the BEST. I wont go anywhere else. I love it.

Got a nice pedicure from here with my 8yr old on mommy and daughter day. They guy that gave the pedicure did an amazing job.

I got a standard pedicure and they offer Spa Pedi options too. This spot is family owned and VERY laid back. The staff is young and not as sophisticated.. so please keep that in mind. Im 38 so the young energy and conversations didnt bother me. But I can see how someone much older could easily be offended by the chatter. If they can keep it professional and keep personal conversations private this place could be really nice.

I wouldnt reccomend this place to nobody. I went in 1 day got a fill in,my nails started popping off the next day. This one specific person, hes fat!!!!as I was Getting my nails done,he was making my acrylic too THICK which I told him..Anyways he did a poor job..compared to other places he didnt do a good job not even close. It hasnt been a week yet and Im missing 4 nails already. I Work Customer service so my job isnt hard .. I wasted my money and time..I would show a picture but Im too embarrassed (Thats How Bad It Is) But Never Again..

They do good work. Just never on time. Store opens at 930. No one shows up until 10 or later. Big inconvenience.

Was going there for over 18 years when Lee retired the place is a mess... Meaning the nail techs... My nails were being rushed and was messed up. Nails longer than the other not filed right and then they tried to overcharge me... Finding someone else to spend my hard earned money with

This is the first nail place i have been to that had awesome customer service, very welcoming, courteous, nice, professional i can go on. This was my first time there and i was impressed. Nail quality is awesome!!!!

This nail salon place is amazing. They did very good and they are very patient and my nails were the exact shape that I wanted them to be.

This was my second time going to them, both times my nails were done exactly as I asked. On top of that, I had my toes done as well. Did you know that they place a hot towel on your legs when their finished; oh what a treat.

Worse nail salon Ive ever been in, in my life!!!! Horrible customer service, no one in there knows how to do nails properly nor do any of them even know simple techniques!! The gentleman at the very front told me that i could go down the street 3 times all because i asked a simple question about why he could NOT give me an ombre look. He had no skillset or knowledge to do anything like that. Its EVERY RUDE to tell a customer to go down the road and get services when theyre simply asking a question. Worse PLACE EVER!!

I have been going to Nail Palace for about 8 years and to the same person, I have never had any problems with them and they do an awesome job keep up the great work.

I go regularly. Sometimes its great and sometimes its just ok. Depends on who is doing your nails. Andy keeps you laughing.

They always do a good job with my nails. They make sure I have something to drink and keep fresh looks and styles on my nails

They have bad customer service, I ask nail tech to check to see if my friend polish was dry on her toes, he told me to do it myself and started laughing with other customer, I felt very assaulted and hurt. He then, said they should be dry, but when she check them, they messed up. Then another nail tech was trying to say she messed it up when she put her shoes on, while Im trying to tell her, they where messed up before she put them on. This place is ghetto and a hot mess. Now one nail tech did finally come and offer to fix it. But by then it was to late.

They get no stars from me,but i had to put one to post this. They need to check their people skills.My advice is do no go there the service stank😤😤😤

I loved coming here but not anymore they are short staff bad!!!! And the acrylic is cheap now my nails broke in 3 days!! Smh

Last Wednesday, I paid for a mani/pedi gel nail set. On Saturday, my manicure started to peel off at the cuticles. I returned on the following Wednesday (today), and the best they offered was half off. In 3 days my nails were peeling & because I didnt come in sooner due to my schedule, they did nothing. One guy just walked away as I was speaking with him & another guy said, my nails growth destroyed my nails, not the nail tech. I left with untouched nails & I will not return.... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... And to include, the first man I spoke with got into an argument with a customer in whom he was servicing regarding his inappropriate comments to her... I am still at a lost for words over my experience today....
