Never had my nails this wide. I explained to the man I need them more narrow I have skinny fingers. And the cubicles were drowned with polish I told him to clean it up. These nails were for my brothers wedding this is not acceptable. The guy kept saying how pretty I was and not knowing a damn thing about nails. The way he filed them they’re uneven and pointy on the side. Literally got this done Saturday and they look like this. I’m disappointed

Very lazy staff and if you dont get your toes done, they charge you like you did. Refuses to tell you the exact price for anything. They charge for every little thing. I only had my nails done, but they charged me like I also got a pedicure. I will never recommend!

The light blue pictures I have posted with the glitter accent is what he gave me today and it has been the best experience with this salon so far. For that reason, I am going to raise my rating to 4 stars. Thank you Steven!

Just NO!!! He was ready to clear coat at this point. I have a natural curve. These are flat. Acrylic is streaky. Now I have to file them correctly. Not sure of the technicians name. Second chair from the last on the left. He was an older gentleman.

Came Two weeks ago and paid for white gel polish. Over the period my nails started to look very dingy and i couldn’t understand why. When returning to get a fil in, i Asked the gentleman Nail Tech why did my “gel polish” look like this and his response was “I don’t know That was last time”. As he was removing the polish (pinky) i realized that this was NOT gel polish. It was regular polish with a gel top coat but i paid for gel polish. I politely got up and left and when asked for a manager or owner was told “they will be here later”. I will never go here again.

I ALWAYS go to Steven. He sits on the right front side! He can snatch some beautiful coffin nails! He has a very nice & funny personality. I cant wait for them to open up so i can get back in to see him!

I went in to get a set of nails before Easter And 2 weeks after I went again and got a feeling and when I got home I start a habit severe pain in my right hand thumb and middle finger I noticed that some of the krilich that they used to put the filling in there was too much so I went ahead and started taking some of the doff to release pressure from my skin and called Damn they said to come back in so when back in the man city

I enjoy Montana and another gentleman (I dont remember his name but hes tall and thick, Chris or David MAYBE). I usually get my nails done and toes at the same time and I love it!!!!! It might be because Im pregnant, well see after I have the baby! Haha!My gel polish is always neat and natural looking which lasts a good month. They did give Roses to all mothers on Mothers Day! Awesome!Only once was my polish on my nails not the same color as my toes. Because I had someone on nails and feet at the same time I believe the colors got mixed up or the number of coats werent the same.All in all, I always ask for Montana or Ill ask for my tall thicker gentleman!

Im a little disappointed with this place. This is the second time Ive gone and had nail color issues each time. The first time was because the color they put on my nails was not the color on the card that I picked out. He said he picked the right number and he did but that was not the color I wanted. Today I got gel fingernails and was told they had a matching regular polish for my toes. They do not match!! Two employees told me they matched. Look for yourself. David did an excellent pedicure though..made it worth the visit.

This place is great, and quick. I can go on my lunch break and get a full set and dry with in 45mins. Everyone is friendly and they are a FULL salon. Hair wax nails lashes, everything. Ive never seen so many young males in a salon that do such a great job. Anything you need, food, drink, gum. They got you!!! Great service with a great price that makes you feel like its all worth every penny that you spend. Thanks guys!!!!

Ive gone to this place several time the last few times I went I was over charged for the service came back for a fill and the nail tec would not give me the gel colors to look at and decided on a color for me not at all what I wanted. This last time and the very last I will ever return was today I waited almost 2 hours to get my eyebrows waxed I got up and left not one person even apologized for the wait or even batted an eye I thought I found a good nail place turns out their customer service is going down highly disappointed

Came here for the first time today, cause its close to where I live and I cant find any salon that knows how to give a good pedicure, well, this place will be added to the list, got a luxury spa pedicure for $27 and I didnt get not one minute of a massage, just some scrub and lotion slapped on my legs! Does anybody know how to correctly give a pedicure anymore?! I can paint my toe nails at home, I need someone that knows what they are doing and this place does not! I will not be back, the person that did my pedicure was very lazy about it and didnt care about what he was doing, I shouldnt have even left the tip that I did leave!

I went in on Friday night to have a gel manicure and a pedicure. My nails started chipping and its been only 3 days later. Gel is supposed to last 2 weeks.They didnt go to the cuticle so for only being 3 days later, it looks horrible. The tech who re-did the couple of nails was in a rush. The color is not the same as my other nails. I definitely will not be going back.

I was going 25 miles out of my way and being over charged to get my nails done improperly and didnt even notice. I came in for a gel fill in and immediately noticed a difference in the care of my hands and shine in my nails before the polish was even put on. I had the older lady do my nails and I have NEVER had a tech keep the dust from the drilling down to where I could barely feel it on my hand as she worked on me. I hate when that caked up nail dust on the techs hands ends up all over mine and she was very mindful of this without me asking. Thank God. I love this place. Ive found a new nail tech. Pricing is fair as well. Great Service.

They were reasonable on their prices but a little unorganized and slow on waiting on people..i would love to have been told the chair was a massage chair and showed how it worked but i didnt find out until i was almost done..They did a great job on my toes and i even forgot my shoes when i left and they had them waiting for me to pickup the next morning..

Had gel manicure done. Next day I noticed bubbles in all my nails and then the gel peeled off and ruined my natural nails. I had them done for a special occasion and Im disappointed and upset!

A couple days ago Tracy the owner was disrespectfully ranting and arguing with her employees once again being rude and disregarding the clients who came to get a service and relax. She made one lady and her daughter cry because the commotion which she always stirs up was too much for the lady and her daughter to handle and caused him to be sad and to cry never to return again. This lady is talented but she seems to argue a lot/quite often with any and everyone and I’ve seen her go at it with customers in the past just read the reviews. Skip this spa it’s dirty-unsanitary, dusty(just have a look around), ghetto and far from Luxurious and I don’t think the owner knows the meaning of that word.

David always gives me the best pedicures! The staff is nice and accommodating and makes you feel relaxed. I go to this salon every time I am in Jacksonville. I would recommend it. :)

Very good experience! I will have to pay closer attention to the list next time because I thought my pedicure came with wax and hot towels but for $22.00 I got a nice pedicure and massage! I will visit again when I am on this side of town and in need of a pedicure.

Worst experience ever! When I first arrived no one greeted me. It took me 2 hours just for a full set, gel polish, and rhinestone design on both of my ring finger! When I asked the man how much was the design for rhinestone was going to charge he told me 5 dollars for the total of both! But when I received my bill he charged me $58! $23 for full set, $20 for gel polish and $15 for my design. Also my rhinestones are already falling off! Worst experience ever and I just moved here.

Average work, too expensive. I pay 35$ at any salon for fill in with gel polish, this salon is always 50$+ they even charge for the length of my nails. Been getting nails done for 10 years an first time experiencing this pricing. Plus all the posted letters everywhere about your children, needing id for cards, no refunds, and many more come off rude. They’re posted throughout the salon. Won’t be back.

I always have a great experience. I dont go anywbere else in Jax. David, Hanna, and Cole are great with Pedicures and nails. Hanna and the owner are great with eyebrow waxing. The facility is newer and up to date. They offer Wine!!!

This place is definitely on the pricier side. Not too bad, just a little more than the typical strip mall nail salon. That being said, I don’t mind paying a little extra for quality service. Sometimes the wait is long, but that’s to be expected without an appt. Seems like a lot of these poor reviews are regarding the wait time. They do take appointments. And nobody wants a rushed mani/pedi. I’ve been coming here for two years now and have yet to have a bad experience. The lady with the really short hair (ashamed that idk her name after all this time) does the absolute best brow shaping. She takes her time and makes them beautiful. Just a nice, clean, and efficient nail salon overall.

They did not greet me or anyone else when we came in. There was a male Technician there who was really rude. He was mad because our daughter was there in the waiting area with my husband and because I accidentally brushed my nail against my dress and asked him to repaint it. I was going to tip him extra more money because of it but then he blew up at me and told me he had a problem with me bringing my daughter who was with my husband up there. She was not even doing anything. She was sitting with my husband. She even tryied to tell me that my bill was $52.00 and that she would give me 10% discount and told me that ten percent off was $52.00. I told her hold on, let me see your calculator and do the math. After I did the math I showed her that 10% off of $52.00 was $46.80. She said ok I will charge you $45.00. I dont know who she thought she was fooling with. DONT GO HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE. I think they are racist and in the black neighborhoods trying to get our money. DONT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY HERE It is a waste!!!

I was told it was gone be a 30 minute today. Once I waited and got in the chair I was told it was gone be additional wait for the other services that I requested at the time of arrival. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Worst experience ever! I arrived at 12:10 to have a simple gel fill and was told that my favorite technician would take approximately 15 - 20 min to finish with his current customer. I was fine to go next door to so some shopping at the dollar store and retuned 20 min later. The owner again said my technician would be another 15 min. I told her at that point to just seat me with who was available. After another 15 min had passed, I left to get to attend to some business; but called back to set an appointment for 6PM. When I arrived at 6, the owner was finishing up with a customer and had me sit at her station. She apologized for the 45 min wait earlier saying the technician got backed up. I was sure she was ready to do my nails when she disappeared to the pedicure area and started a pedicure for her customer. It is now 6:15 and I approached her to confirm that we had agreed that she set an appointment for me at 6pm, she again explained that she got backed up. Some explanation for a customer who has driven to your salon twice in one day and not receive service in a timely manner. There was no regard for my time or the time of others as evidenced by the number of customers willing to just sit there 45 min to an hour to give them business. I do not understand why these nail salons refuse to set or honor appointments, but instead have customers just walk in and wait. Am I am spoiled by salons in the NE that work by appointment FIRST and walk in is as it applies, walk in wait for a tern? An appointment means you will be ready to serve me at a set time. If you are busy.... say so and my money can get busy going somewhere else. Horrible customer service. NEGATIVE 5 stars!
