I used to love this place, but the last 2 times Ive been there Id rank it okay to not pleasant. The previous time, while getting a pedicure the nail tech cut my toe and I swear she was digging for buried treasure under my toenail. Today, no cuts, but the tech was so rough and actually hurt my shins while massaging my legs. Time to look for a new place I guess, which is a shame because it used to be excellent.

There is a wait sometimes BUT it is worth it!! The employees are very skilled and have exquisite attention to detail. 🕒 👍I received a total mani and pedi experience. 💅 The massage chairs are comfortable and easy to use. They are quite sanitary and ensure good sterilized equipment. I was so happy here because of all the lotions, scrubs and soaps they used. They were lovely and smelled great. I have very sensitive skin and had absolutely NO reaction. 🥰❤The massage, hand and hot stone, was done with precision and clear experience. The employees are absolute pros. Their attention to detail is so good that it is hard to spot and type of mistake. They ensure great coats for vibrant colors and double and triple check their work.🌈🌈🌈For as busy as they were, they were thorough and did not rush. You felt very valued as an individual. They also respect you very much and do not push talking. I personally cannot focus well on experience while talking. I felt no pressure to do so at all and when I did conversate each staff member I had was polite and respectful. 🙂The environment us GREAT! There are so many incredible things to look out that it is hard to ever be bored. The selection of colors is very diverse. The staff are also extremely organized and communicate on customer wait and status constantly. I was really very impressed!This place did a gel french mani and pedi on me and it was truly the best I ever had. They are sooo thorough and ensure you can walk away without worry of running your nails.

I love the ambiance and professionalism. I drive about 35 minutes to have my manicure and pedicure done by Mai. She is by far the kindest manicurist. Not to mention she is very neat and sanitary. She always does a fantastic job.

Wonderful environment compared to all the other nail spas. Good service, if my wife and I go in together.When my wife went alone, it was to the broken chairs in the back with ripped fabric. The tech cut her toe on pedicure, showed no remorse or contrition. When together, we get the nice chairs in the middle, but they cut heragain on two toes and skipped on finishing both feet. We didnt notice until afterwards when it was visible that only one foot was done. They still demanded full payment and would only fix it if we stayed and waited. We had already been there too long and had to go, but there was no other offer to make it right. We were overcharged $20 compared to our last visit for the same thing. She would not change the price and wanted it now. We paid and left, vowing to never return. This, after tipping an extra $10 before given the bill.

Fabulous!! 1st time getting a Reflexology Pedicure...Im ready to fall asleep. Wine, massage, great atmosphere.

They always have full appointments and when I walk in for any manicure or nails they are always full.When I do make appointment I wait a long time. usually one one person doing nails and she always says come back another day but no real communication to keep my business. When I get pedicures and they recognize me then it’s so fast and the paint is not clean. Been coming here for years hoping they’d add better quality and maybe some nail techs 🤷🏻‍♀️ . After years of hoping I’ll move on.

This nail salon is so welcoming and relaxing. I always have a great experience when I visit. The staff takes their time. I will continue to come here as long as the service continues to be outstanding

Absolutely do not go here. It is so cute inside and I love the vibes and everything about it, it is always so relaxing and they give great pedicures for a good price, however, THEIR TOOLS ARE DIRTY!!! I went in for a pedicure about a month ago and my big toe was in a lot of pain about a week after and it got infected. My toe is full of pus and it is disgusting. This happened to me a couple years ago at this exact Nail Time but I decided to give them another shot and it happened. Unless you want a nasty infection from their dirty a** unsterilized tools, do not go here.

Nail Time was an AWESOME experience! We got the full deluxe pedicure and it was amazing, hot stones, paraffin dip, scrubs with grapefruit and such amazing technicians. I will definitely be back!I would highly suggest going for the full deluxe pedicure, everyone was super professional and they take great care of you. For the price, what you get out of the deluxe is amazing they even rubbed our shoulders as our nails dried!!The team, experience, and location were amazing! Highly suggest!

Called prior to arriving to schedule a pedicure to ensure that they would be able to service myself and a friend because we would be coming after work which was around an hour before closing. They confirmed we could come. Our service was absolutely rushed compared to my previous pedicures at this location. We were not offered any beverages and the reflexology massage that I normally get was very short. I visited again during the daytime to receive a service that I have previously gotten here. I told the lady what i wanted and she kept asking back and forth as if she didnt comprehend. She told me they dont do that service i told her Ive been serviced here before. She then asked if I wanted other services as well. Instead of answering I said you just told me you dont do that service so can you do it or not. Either you do or you dont. She still asked so you dont with this with that, you dont want this with that, each time i said no. After i continued to reiterate that I only wanted what I asked for she went back and said we cant do it. What i was requesting was at least a $50 service so to only allow me to be serviced ONLY if I add more services is ridiculous. Dont tell me you dont do the service then try to tack on more and more to then agree to do what i initially asked for. Will not be visiting again or referring anyone else here.

I tried to be nice but this place is horrible they have a problem with black African Americans. They are very rude and always comprising other races but when it come to blacks they treat them unpleasantly!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!!

I have been coming here since October for the SNS nail color powder, as well as pedicures. Earlier this month, my nail broke and I could not get an appointment right away and I went somewhere else. I PROMISE, I will NEVER do that again! I will just have to wait because I love this place and I will never again go anywhere else.I went somewhere else and I felt damn near mistreated compared to the service I get at Nail Time.Nail Time provides a real spa-like experience. They are very sanitary and professional.

AMAZING! The first time I went I had a girl named Holly and she did the design and everything just like the picture and it was amazing! It was just regular polish and it lasted over a week! The second time I got a girl named Hanna and she was absolutely amazing! She took a lot of time and even redid one of the designs because she didnt think it matched the other side perfectly! Would definitely recommend this place!

My niece and I went here while she was in town bc it was nearby. Neither of us left there happy and they charged us more than either of us ever paid for fill-ins. Dips here? $45 plus a tip. First we had an appointment scheduled for 2 at 4:30. Neither of us were seen until 5. Then the price. My niece did not leave with the same shape nail she came in with even tho she requested the same. Their selection of colors for dips were minimal and mostly pinks and reds - not my 21 y/o nieces style. For me: the lady who did my nails was rude - I didnt even get a hello. I got sit here. Then she yelled across the salon at other techs the entire time I was in the chair and was a lil rough. And 6 hrs later my paint started chip and dent. I guess the was polish too thick. I thought this was odd and never had them do that after hours of being dry. After the crappy experience and high price tag, my niece and I both have to go back to our regular salons to get our nails fixed - making this place even more expensive and time consuming. What a waste of my time and money. Ill never make that mistake again.

Pedicure was nice. Eyebrows totally botched. Eye brows not straight, don’t match, and missing chunks. Nothing was wiped down. Definitely didn’t feel clean in times of Covid. The pedicure was clean but the chair and other high touch surfaces definitely felt dirty.

I normally only come to get a pedicure but I went to get a gel full set and I will never go back. I asked for coffin shaped nails. had to give too many directions when the shape didn’t look right and the polish was horribly done. After a week, this is how they look. Just a waste of money and time. This is gel so it should last at least two weeks. Smh

Pros- They do a great French manicure polish lasts about 3 weeks.Cons- They do NOT clean the cuticles and Ive been here 3 times gotten the same service gel powder with gel polish and a regular pedicure, 3 different prices. First time was 70 since its a new set. 2nd time was 60. TODAY WAS 74$! They Do NOT explain what was charged! Be Aware of these people ask before you pay! Im going to try another place where They have firm prices!

This store is clean, employees are friendly, and services are excellent! I have not found a better nail place anywhere and I live near Nashville! The pedicures are excellent with hot rocks, hot towels, wax and massage in their basic pedicure. Polish always looks great and dip process for nails have beautiful results.

I went last week to get my nails done . I wanted to get a full set and was told I could not get them by the nail tech. Also a week later my nails a peeling and I got gel nail polish. I have never been to a place and my nail polish including gel that came off so fast in my life . I spent way to much money for my nails to be looking bad this fast

Today is my first time coming to get my feet done. I saw this place and said let me give it a try and boy I tell you this place is amazing. Love the atmosphere love how they serve drinks and everyone is so friendly and nice. Worth the money. Thank you I found a new place.

The worst experience of life! I paid $73 for the service and $10 tip even they didn’t worth of any tip at all. I asked for a gel and now it’s only a week and it looks like a regular nail polish. And for my foot, the color was already missed up before I leave the nail salon I didn’t say any thing Because I was shy to ask and the girl she didn’t know English at all to ask something or to tell her. Please please don’t waste your money going to this place please. The people are not nice the service is not good. I regret it so much. I don’t know how to add a photo to my review other wise I could take a picture now and post it. I can’t wait for this weekend to go somewhere and fix my nail .

Great atmosphere, prices and service. I tried Dip Powder for the first time and was impressed. May get again if it withstands like Ive heard. Even with the dip it was still less than my normal place and I got better service! The attention to detail was good but I think it could be better. Ex: I asked for my nail to be smoothed out more due to a visible lump. (See thumb in pic of how it appears to curve down) She buffed it some but I think there could have been a language barrier in what I specifically meant. The ladies are really nice and friendly. Id definitely go back!

They scheduled my appointment and then told me I didn’t schedule it. I proved my call log as well as there call log. Still told me that they won’t service me even though they made my appointment. I don’t drive so I walked in this hot heat. They did this to me pregnant daughter also. They over booked and made me leave.

Absolutely terrible service this go round. The language barrier is beginning to be an issue with the newbies and the rushing of service definitely plays a huge part with the overall experience. My toes were cut 3 times when removing the gel polish. The tech also forgot water in the bowl for my pedicure. How does that even happen? Terrible experience

I’ve gotten my nails done here with my mother a few times. It is a beautifully decorated and serene environment. We are always very happy with the end results of our nails. It is the best nail place and I recommend it to everybody!

Ven/Wen attempted to use to SAME Pedicure tools for my manicure. That is not to standard per the state of Florida. When I questioned her, she pretended to not understand what I was saying. I informed Hannah, and she stated some dont mind because its their feet and hands. Unprofessional.

Service wasnt appreciated! Front desk was rude and I didnt feel like a paying customer. Also, I wasnt satisfied with my nails when they were done,the shape of them, nails were sloppy in my opinion but it was the night before my birthday so I was desperate and didnt complain. They seemed frustrated with me because I asked for a manicure before full set, typically people dont ask I assume but it was very important to me that my nails were maintenance under the fake nail because I had several hang nails that week. The nail tech even raised her voice at me and asked, why do I want that?! She thought it was unnecessary since I was getting a powdered set or sns, which was all, the women at the front desk, said they do. Little did she know, I had already knew that because I had been coming there the last 2 years but not recently because I was out of town for months, working.Maybe to them this service made no sense but it was an extra service I needed and paying for. I could tell they were upset because my nail tech started speaking a different language and other techs started coming over looking at my nails. I HATE THAT! Please do not ever speak in codes and in your native language around American, English speaking clients about them, its an awful act and so rude and disrespectful. I used to visit them regularly because I live about 5mins away but Ive sensed some rudeness before from them so this was my last straw. I will never go back!One tech I could appreciate though and shes a teacher, I believe her name is Tracy, very nice women, we talked about so many good things but she only serviced me once. Its over all not worth the rudeness I feel when I go there. Glad to take my money and find somewhere else to go.

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. They offer lots of color options for all mani/pedi types. I LOVE their reflexology pedicure. I walk out feeling so relaxed.I appreciate that they have their sterilization machines are tucked in the back but still visible. I like knowing that they follow strict guidelines (I know they are required to follow state regulations but its nice to know they arent cutting corners).

First time wont be my last time! I came here after I noticed a waitresss nails at a local restaurant. She had the color Id been searching for. She recommended Millie. She was quick, efficient and EXCELLENT. I live at the beach but dont mind the drive knowing my nails will look beautiful! This salon is super huge and really beautiful inside.

If I could give this review no stars I would.. I came in today with my friend (we had a appointment with a request for Donna) not only did neither of us get her. My friend sat for 10mins after my pedicure started (her water was almost completely cold) before hers began. I received what I would rate the absolute WORST pedicure of life followed by my toes looking like a child painted them. I did not want to pay for my terrible experience.. I complained (received a clean up of my paint job) and was was still charged in full for such a terrible pedicure and experience... My friend and I came here every two weeks and will NOT be returning.

I love this nail shop. People are friendly and I love the pedicures. The gel polish always chips within a few days so I get SNS. The SNS lasts for weeks. I am on my second week of having it and there has been no chipping at all. Holly is incredible! Thank you Nail Time. Youve got a lifelong customer.

I entered the facility for a pedicure, she requested if I wanted a manicure and pedicure. I said yes. Manicure looks good except for I have dead skin hanging off of my pinky on my left hand. Pedicure remove doll the nails, however I paid for two upgrades to a pedicure and I still have dead skin on my feet. I requested her to continue scrubbing my right foot due to the dead skin still on my feet. She said no. Her name is chi, she is from Vietnam.By then procedure to tip for $15 and requested that the next time that I come to see her in two to three weeks that she does a better job if I tip her the same as I did today, I was told no she will not pay closer attention to my feet or hands. I was told this by the business owner and told to leave

Ive been going to this nail salon for a few years for PEDICURES ONLY. I love their pedicure services, but have learned my lesson the hard way, that not all nail techs do a great job... I will only book my pedicure appointments with Thoa or Hannah -- both speak English very well and hold great conversations, I have NEVER been dissatisfied with my pedis from them, so I highly recommend getting a deluxe hot stone pedicure with either one of them :)

Amazing environment! I go every 2 weeks and get gel polish on my natural nails and toes. Im very specific and picky with my nails and toes and no matter who does them, they all do amazing! Went here with 3 other people. We got to sit in the same section with these little privacy screens to make it like its own room. The hot paraffin wax pedicure was amazing.

My friend and I went to nail time on a Saturday afternoon we waited an hour and a half which I understand for a Saturday I knew there was going to be a long wait. Then I got a manicurist who didnt give me a full manicure and painted my god outside the lines. When I let her know she didnt care to fix it. I left with horrible nails and waited super long. I understand sometimes the manicurist may Not be able to see what the customer sees but I pointed it out to her and even had the front receptionist to come take a look at what I was talking about, and she still did nothing to fix it

Came in for a mani/pedi. Pedicure went great, the lady doing it was very sweet. Once she finished, she took me to a nail station where I sat for 30 minutes unspoken to. No one said “we will be with you shortly”. Several nail techs walked past me and did not greet me. Eventually, the nail tech who did my nails came up and said “you here for a gel manicure?”. I found that surprising that she didn’t even know what service I wanted. I do not do acrylics, my nails are very short and simple. Just gel polish. I wanted jewels on one of the fingers and I’m guessing the young lady who did my nails doesn’t know how to do it. So another young lady came to my station and precedes to put on the jewels without speaking to me or greeting me. I had to say something to her! Overall, my nails looked good, but I will not be back just due to the fact that they do not communicate well or make you feel comfortable.

Ha is great. They offer you something to drink. The ambiance is relaxing. They could probably use some upgrades in furniture but otherwise all good. Will definitely return.

Ive been going to nail time for a couple of years. They are good at what they do. These people posting bad reviews obviously dont know what quality is and cant afford it. You pay more for better quality and service, period. Maybe if you tip people well, you wont get such terrible service no matter where you go. Duh. ? I tip them well every time and they always accommodate me in a timely fashion and make my nails and feet look great! These ladies def go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and they are CLEAN! They always use new liners for the water in your pedi chair and sanitize EVERYTHING. Def recommend.

Naney was my nail technician and she was such a sweetheart! I have extremely sensitive skin, and not once did she clip me or hurt me. It came out beautifully! I am glad to say I have found my new nail spot!

They are always clean! They use sterilized equipment and they use the spa water covers, so your never soaking your feet without one. If you ever have an issue they resolve it immediately. Very nice staff. Can get busy on the weekends so call ahead for an appointment!

Wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Do wish they wouldnt use the plastic bags in the bowl during a pedicure though. Other than that we enjoyed our pedis.

Have been going here for 3 years for my pedicures. Hands down, best place Ive been. Their chairs are phenomenal (they actually give a very deep and relaxing massage), complimentary soda or water, followed by over an hour of having your feet rubbed, scrubbed, massaged with hot stones, dipped in wax, etc. for under 40 dollars. Cant beat the experience.

4 stars for the ambiance, zero stars for service. By far the most unpleasant salon staff I have ever inquired. Quality of work is almost as bad as their attitudes. Will def be going back to FL Nails. Service AND prices are MUCH better there.
