Im not sure what the ladys name was but I do not recommend this place. I went to get my nails done for my sister in wedding. Im embarrassed. She took two hours to do such a horrible job. Not shaped like I wanted. Not pleased at all. Need to get fixed but spent the only money I had to spend on these.

Kim the new owner does great nail art. My nails always look so nice when she is done. She has been working hard to improve you nail salon keep up the good work.

Went and got a full set, not sure who did the nails but she cut me 3 times and the nails are just done poorly. Spent over 2 hours getting them done for them to look as bad as they do. I will not be back. Very unsatisfied.

Good customer service but service was not good. Was in town for business and needed color change. I didnt appreciate the price for polish change but, I still paid. The sevice fee was $20.00 very ridiculous. Si soon as I left to get on I4 to Orlando Florida and polish has already begun to peel off.

This lady had me wait 40 minutes to get an ombré fill. When it was my turn to be next she said I’d have to wait 15 more minutes for someone that wanted a pedicure. What piss me off is I could’ve went somewhere else. Which I chose to leave. Don’t waste your time sis. There are better nail salons with better service.

I have been to 3 different nails salon in this city. This one is the best to me. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I get the best service here. Never leave here disappointed. The price is moore than reasonable for amazing nails! Clean and beautiful nail salon with great service.

Went in 2 days ago, the guy did my nails and he cut them way to short and half of them were crooked. One nail has already popped off now i get to go spend more money somewhere else to get them fixed. Only good thing was the pedicure by Tracy

Worst experience the lady rushed the whole time because she had a appointment coming in and cut my cuticles all up. Horrible customer service experience and when I said said she looked at me like she didnt speak English and didnt ask or do anything about my finger bleeding were she cut it.. will never be coming here again and surely would never recommend it

I went to this nail salon for the first and last time yesterday. My daughter and I went in to get full sets. We arrived around 4pm and there was only one person working. She was finishing up another manicure and said she would be right with us. She finished up with that client about 15 mins later and took my daughter back. At that point, I figured I would just not get mine done because I didn’t want to wait until my daughter was done to start mine. About 15 mins later, another customer came in wanting a pedicure. The nail tech that was there went and got her phone to text someone. About 10 mins later a man came and he told me to come back. He smelled so strongly of weed that I probably got high just by sitting near him. I showed him the design that I wanted. He did an awful job. The paint is already chipped the next day, it’s uneven, and there are bubbles in it. The only reason that I didn’t complain is because my daughter was treating me and she begged me not to. I will never be back here. It was the worst nails I have ever gotten. Oh! I forgot to mention that he cut several of my nails all up and didn’t even say anything about it. The building also looks like it’s falling apart and unsafe. I will be going back to Modish. They are more expensive but they do a far superior job.

They moved extremely slow, and he had to redo my nails because he didnt do what i asked for, he also made my nails to short. Thos was the worst full set i ever had . not to mention they are very rude!!

Horrible!!! I have been going to this place for almost 1 year now. No problems until today. My niece came to visit me and wanted to get mani and pedi. I took here and she accidentally broke a nail polish bottle and she was so sorry and said that. The owner lady didnt care and made my niece feel even worst and uncomfortable. She said I am not happy you did that and your going to pay for that. I told her that she has no right to treat a child like that and she said she was sorry and we were going to replace it. Advised her we are leaving and never coming back. People make mistakes. She felt so bad and you shouldnt make a child scared to not want to be honest and sorry.

The one guy in there doing nails was very rough on my wifes nails and you about got punched in his face

Very rude. Made appointments and still waited two hours. Nail quality was very poor. Did not get what I asked for. Same 22$ nail set three times in a row, price went up to 38$ the third time. Will not go back to either of there stores. Daughter got a foot fungus from the pedicure tubs. Bad very bad.

Got my nails polished and wanted an eyebrow wax. I asked the lady if she could change the towel that she had on the table for me to lay on she told me she didnt have another towel and if you dont want you can go. Now I have been in her shop while she was out running errands as the young lady that polished my nails informed me because she is the only lady here for waxing today. I observed her boyfriend who was waiting on her to return as well lay on this table and nap with his dirty black feet from not having on any shoes (that she want me to lay on)and she wont change the towel for a paying customer. I politely sad ok and left her business. I will never return!!!
