Had a great experience there again.. Ive been about 3 times and each time was better than the last.. I got a full set today and they turned out how i imagined they would.. just perfect. And my nail tech was a hoot!!

I was on vacation when I broke my finger nail. They took me in right away fixed my nail for a good price. Staff was friendly and professional. Give them a try if you are in the area.

Didn’t even get a chance to utilize their services due to extremely poor customer service management!!! When 1st arriving before even signing in to receive services I ask “what is the current estimated wait time” a man replies “about 30 minutes” I say ok. I sign in and step out to Rainbows a store right down from the nail salon and return back at 30 minutes. Once, I’m back I sit an additional maybe 15 minutes, ok that’s no problem for me because he said “about 30 minutes” which understandably could mean a little longer. So, as I’m still sitting a call comes in and they’re asking about wait time as well and he again “says about 30 minutes”, to the caller! I hear and say well you told me that Sir and I’m still sitting here, no one says anything to me but he begins to speak in their language! Now to PUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE!!!! Two white women walk in and say they’d like a fill-in and full-set, HE TELLS THEM TO SIGN IN AND GO AHEAD AND WASH THEIR HANDS!!!! I stand at this point and ask have you forgotten about me over here and he says no but I can get you next after them. At this point I didn’t have anything nice to say so I politely left!!! THE WAY THEY HANDLED WHO THEY SERVED AND WHEN IS CONCERNING! Business and future business from me lost!!!

Worst nail salon ever! They tell you one price in the beginning and another when you’re done! The man was very rude!

My lashes fell off the next day .. my gel polish peeled within 48 hours.. Don’t waste your time. They seem to think that providing poor service is ok!

I just recently moved here from NY and I have been wanting to get a pedicure for the longest time. I looked on google and decided to give this place a shot, even though there are iffy reviews, but it was close to everything that I needed to do today. I walked in and was immediately greeted and seated, the pedicure I got was the basic one for $25. The person I got is Sandy, she talked to me the entire time and did an amazing job and is definitely my go to person from now on. The place is VERY clean, adorable, and a good music selection. Everyone should really give this place a shot and see what it’s all about.

The owner and employees are so nice. They do magnificent workI received a gift certificate for Bryans 2 years ago for Christmas and have made them my nail salon. The salon is very clean and gives you pedicure spas, and choice of types of polish to have applied to your nails. I used to get gel polish but, a year ago, I switched to dipping powder for my nails. I love it and do not plan on having them polished ever again, dipping is the way to go.

I love this place. Ivy is AMAZING! Nice and clean, Im very picky about my nails and I definitely recommend anyone to check them out.

I’ve been around the country and then some and honestly this nail trip was by far the most fun I’ve had at a salon. Not only was everyone polite, they were super funny. Everyone was singing along to music and the atmosphere was just a whole vibe. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the woman who did my nails but she was fast and left me with nothing to complain about. I’ll be back for sure :)

This place is wonderful :) we actually did not intend to come here, but I’m glad we did! I totally recommend Kim! She is one of those detail oriented people and that makes a difference! When you walk in there is a nice clean smell, it’s more than likely from the green tea lotion they use. This was important to me because sometimes nail places smell like pure chemicals, but not this place! I was offered some delicious wine while i was pampered. My pedicure water had flower petals in it from the option I chose. It was the more pricey one, but well worth the extra massage time and foot care. You can tell the management really cares about their customers and wants to use more high end products. I can still feel the mask they put on my legs! I highly recommend you give this place a shot if you’re looking for a clean and friendly place that really cares about making their customers feel special!

Me and my sister went on July 11th 2020. We both got acrylic with gel polish. First off the polish is VERY lumpy on both of our hands, our nails are already lifting and we haven’t had them for 24hrs. My sister Nails are hurting her soo bad she is about to soak them off. All imma say is we had very bad service and quality on our nails NEVER AGAIN will we go here.*Im not sure how to add pictures but I would if I knew how.*

I received a gel manicure here almost two weeks ago. My experience was very pleasant. I was greeted at the door, the polish selections were numerous, and my nail tech worked quickly and efficiently. In addition, the music selection was modern and the staff was not rude IN THE SLIGHTEST. I will DEFINITELY be back.

Never disappointed when I come here. I live in Greenville so I come every time I visit if I need a full set or full-in, and pedicure. They always do a great job. Love the guy with all the tattoos he’s funny and has nice conversation all while do an amazing job with your feet.

Ive been in the area for 5 years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The customer service is amazing and the environment is very clean. Sam does my nails and she always does a great job!

I asked for a powder dip manicure. My nails were pretty bad, chipped polish and i had some dirt under a few from gardening. They were filed down extremely short and uneven. I did not get a manicure. I only got the file shaping and the podwer dip but was charged for the manicure and the powder dip.I spent about 40 min reshaping my nails when i got home. And Im sad that they are so short :(

I love coming here. I use to go to the mall but a situation happened and they lost me. So I started coming here almost 2 years, my nails are definitely healthier. I break nails and come in with terrible Looking nails lol and they always treat me well. I have never had a problem with anyone. Anything I have wanted they were able to do it for me without complaining or having an obvious problem. I highly recommend them. They are polite and very upfront about everything. Very personal people and I love it.

When I go there I always get good service every time and you also get a free performance by Bryan the if your lucky lol. 😂

First time comming here and would never come back. Should have left when the lady asked me what shape I had my nails. The lady’s were really nice but I waisted my money and would never come back.

Went in on Saturday to get a manicure and gel on my nails which usually lasts 2 weeks on my nails and even longer if it wasn’t Because my nails grow fast. Well, today is Wednesday and the gel literally came off completely on its own! I checked my other nails and the gel polish was lifted and i easily removed it like it was nothing! I figured something bad was going to happen when the lady finished in only 15 minutes and rushed through the entire time! This used to be my favorite place but lately it seems like all they care about is how many clients they can get done in the least amount of time possible and they expect a tip at the end. I will start looking for a new place.UPDATE: just called and the owner bryan offered me to come in to get it fixed, which is nice. I just hope the associate takes her time doing her job so this doesn’t happen again because this is my favorite place to go. I will update on the results.Last update: went back to get the gel fixed and the owner gave me the manicure free as well.

Woman who did my nails had a horrible attitude. When I pointed out I didnt like the way she shaped my nails she got a tad nasty. She then fixed them but now my.nails look like globs of acrylic with polish. A few days later my finger was sore I assumed I hit it. Nope ensed up having to have my nail removed because of the way the nail was put on. Now I have a brown spot on my nail. And a medical bill. Ive been getting acrylics for 20 years and never been so upset!

I had a gel manicure done by Chuy and it was a wonderful experience! He always made sure that he wasnt hurting me while removing the cuticles, which he didnt, and was fun to talk to. He made sure my nails came out perfectly- he spent a good few minutes on my thumb because it was not looking right. It was my first visit here and it wont be my laat

I took my mom here for a pedicure and a manicure. It costs $80 for both of us. I complained to the owner because after both of our pedicures our feet were extremely rough. I do a better job with my Ped Egg. He offered to scrub more but we had already been there over an hour. He then proceeded to say thats all he could do and made the excuse that we have to come back and over time our feet will become smoother....as if Ive never had a pedicure and my feet were clearly rough from the grater. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. My Ped Egg costs $10 and can out work these people any day. I will NEVER go back. Im so upset over this experience.

I went to this nail salon for a liquid gel fill and had the worst experience. There was a new man that I had not seen before - explained the service that I needed. I asked him continuously during appointment about how he was doing my nails and he knew everything there was to know. My nails had broken and lifted up within 3 days. Very dissatisfied with service and will not be back there. NO TIP on that visit.

Came with husband for a date. Staff was very personable and did a great job. Definitely reccomend. Husband enjoyed it too. :)

Not happy with the job the tech did on my nails. The drill that was used on my bare nail was too harsh causing ny nails to split later on. I wont go back to this location.

I have been here several times because they have the nail changing color gel nail polish. Well today, I wanted something different. Usually when people get the set of nails.. They get white tips with the pink powder. I wanted white tips with the white powder. VERY SIMPLE and the lady working at table #1 couldnt even understand. So I had to go back to what I usually get. She has bad customer service as well... When I get my nails done I want to have a conversation with the person who is doing my nails. She just looked frustrated and she was stressing me out with her attitude. I also got my eye brows waxed.. She did a good job with the shape... But when she gave me the mirror to let me see how she did on them.. I had all my eye brow hairs that she trimmed all over my eyes and face.. She didnt even wipe it off. When I go to other places for wax they clean my face before I look at the mirror. No tip for her! And I wont be coming back for a long while. VERY EXPENSIVE for BASIC nails.... I could get better in NJ.

Reading the many reviews that are on different websites, I was a little skeptical. But I decides to give them a try. I walked in and everyone stopped, looked at me smiled and said hello. Theyre very sweet and have conversations with you unlike many thay ive been to. I had a full set and a pedi done, Chewy did awesome on my Pedi and then Amy did a fantastic job on my acrylic nails. Im in love with my nails and will definitely be going there from now on.

NEVER COMING AGAIN! I went to get a maniand the whole time it seemed like the woman was rushing! Everytime a new customer would walk in shed look over at her co workers (see what their doing) and then tell the customers shed be right with them then RUSH!!! I was getting a fill in for my mani and usually they ask how you want your nails, whether you want them shorter cause they have grown really long. As she was buffing my nails i asked if she was gonna cut them then she disrespectfully said why you no tell me before, you need to tell me usually they ask the customers??? Then she rushed even more. SHE RUSHED SO MUCH WHEN I WAS DRYING MY NAILS SHE FORGOT THE TOP COAT!!! SO SHE HADA COME OVER AND DO IT!!!! ****NO TIP*****
