Joly is located on Lem Turner across from Taco Bells. Very hard to locate but shes sweet! very reasonable and, I love my nails her and her husband make you feel so welcomed.

I been coming to this salon since July took over. Her family is like my salon family. Great pedicures in this shop and I am very particular. They get it done right the first time.

I was sitting in there for at least an hour before even being acknowledged after I was acknowledged I let them know I wanted eye brows and I still sat another hour waiting on them to do my eye brows very poor customer service and I won’t be returning

Acrylic uneven. She was rushing on my nails. Was rude and didn’t want to give me what I asked for. And was beating her son with random objects.

She was rude throughout the entire process. she couldn’t do what i wanted and was lying to me about what could and couldn’t be done with my nails mind you i’ve been doing nail’s myself for going on 5 years. she gave me the wrong shape, the wrong length, did not fully file them, very uneven, some of my nails are even at an angle, there is polish all over my cuticles. it was just an all around bad experience. would not recommend. would give negative stars if i could.

Ive gone here a few times theres nothing about the shop that makes it wonderful but nothing about the shop that makes it terrible. The nail techs are average, I dont expect them to ruin my nails but I also dont expect the Best of the Best. They dont always have a lot of nail techs and so sometimes you have to wait but thats to be expected. What I did like the last time I came is that they are taking a lot of covid precautions for themselves and their customers. The whole nine yards you sign in with your name and number Im assuming if something were to happen they would absolutely contact you to let you know that youve been exposed so it seems like they take the virus very serious I do applaud them for that but overall average experience.

Best pedicures in the city, hands down. Been going here for years. My family!

Did a good job but with Rona they didn’t ask me to wash my hands before starting on my nails. So brushes etc contaminated.

Literally was in and out. Did my nails with such precision. I’m almost 3 weeks in and I just now need to go for a fill-in.

Verrryy unsanitary to begin with! My acrylics came off after only one week, about three weeks ago. I spent $100 (including tip) for a very basic pedicure and a super short fullset with gel polish. They were really nice but the entire process was really rushed resulting in poor results.

I take my grand daughters here, they are very good although the wait time can be extreme depending on the volume of people they are servicing. They have a large variety of colors and designs to choose from. Clean establishment.

I went for a fill in. they Dont clean their tools between clients. Ruff on your nails. Lady dug nipper into my nail bed. Drilled tip of drill into acrylic until it burned on several nails. Non of the women in there has customer service skills and dont take ownership of their negligence. Why did I even give them the benefit of the doubt to be sensitive and relate from people who dont even wear nails themselves! They dont know how ruff they are makes you feel...to even apply a professional technique. They wanted me to not jerk my hand away when she kept burning and almost cut me! I probably would be bleeding from my nail bed right now if I didnt save myself. Then they tried to justify it. Save your blood and stay in one piece. Font go here unless you want to feel like a science project! And be disrespected in the process. I just left with nails undone.

Not worth spending your money here. Not a very clean salon. My nail technician was on her phone the entire duration and would stop for several minutes at a time to talk while doing my pedicure, which in turn made it take so much longer. They did not offer any kind of beverage. She barely made any attempt at exfoliating and cleaning around my nails and left a ton of dead skin. I was made to get up out of the massage chair and sit uncomfortably at a nail station to have my acrylic toes put on. If I want to go to a nail salon and pay good money for a pedicure, I want to sit and relax in the massage chair and enjoy it. Polish job was shoddy and she only applied one coat. Will not come back.

Its a great place to get your nails done.
